My husband, son, and I ate dinner here on Wednesday and had a great experience. As always, we were created upon entering the location are food with made fresh, fast, and accurately. We got a combo meal with extra mayo, oil, and the spices. We got salt and vinegar chips, an agave cream soda, and a box of mini chocolate chip cookies. The whole meal was delicious and it really hit the spot. My son really enjoys the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's, but of course the chocolate chip cookies were his favorite part of the meal. The white bread was delicious and soft and the meat and cheese was a great mix but they put pickled green peppers and onions on the sandwich. They didn't tell me they were going to be pickled and I didn't ask for them and the flavor took over the taste of the sandwich. They're supposed to be sauteed on the grill and caramelized as a compliment to the meat and cheese but instead the pickled veggies were overpowering and ruined the experience I was looking for. First time here and I had an amazing experience! I ordered the #56, which was a Philly sub, small. The only confusing thing to me was how the menu items were set up (how did they get to 56 when there were maybe 14 items in the menu?). Other than that, they were playing great music and the employees answered all of my questions concerning my sandwich. I happen to have points so I had $10 off and ended up paying 625 for my sub so it would've been $16.25 when I got to work I opened up my sub and it was worth maybe two dollars it had no meat. I wanted Firehouse but the reviews for it were terrible, and the reviews for Jersey Mike's were better so I opted for it. I didn't like how messy the assembly line looked that houses all the sandwich fixings. The mayo had other food particles in it which turnt me off. The board they prepped the sandwiches on didn't look the cleanest. We got the club sub, I opted for no mayo on my 1/2 so my sandwich was dry and lacked flavor, although I asked for salt, pepper, and oregano. The banana peppers on my sandwich had all these brown spots on them. Very disappointing. The bread seemed different from what I remember too. Not worth 20 dollars at all. I make a much better sub at home. There was also an individual just sitting in there who appeared to be homeless/destitute, and possibly have mental issues, as he was laughing hysterically for no real reason. Fast, quick service. We ordered a giant Turkey and Provolone sub- Mike's Way of course with added banana peppers and spicy relish. It was delish and big enough for my family of four to share! The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean with social distancing protocols in place. All employees were fully masked with the exception of one person with the mask below their chin. Jersey Mike's has grown by Leaps and Bounds the last decade. This company, which got its start in New Jersey ( the name of the business kind of gives you that hint, huh?), offers freshly-made subs with the meat slice right in front of you, something I grew up to expect growing up in New Jersey. Honestly, In the Garden State Jersey Mike's is not very good when compared to other sub shops. But to paraphrase Dorothy from "The Wizard of Oz," I am not in Jersey anymore. Jersey Mike's offers to me the closest taste to home here in the southeast. Their subs have a decent amount of meat in them and offer a few sizes, including the giant which is eighteen inches long. This is a place I definitely recommend. Their locations remain pretty consistent, as well, so any Jersey Mike's is pretty much a good bet. read more

Came here right before closing time (which is 10pm btw) I came all the way from east Orlando because no other JM is open until 10. The two people who helped me Kristine and (didn't get his name) but white guy with a star tattoo on his forearm, they were super cool and engaged in conversation as well as giving great service ! This is my favorite sub place in the Orlando area right now! Growing up I was raised on "hoagies" that had oil & vinegar on them, so when I found out that's the way they do it here I was super happy! The bread is tasty and soft, the meats and cheeses are sliced thin (and right when you order), and the toppings are always fresh. I know its silly, but I love that their bacon is ALWAYS crispy. They don't throw cold bacon in the microwave like another sub chain that I won't mention :P My favorite is the #8 - The Sub Club. It is Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, & mayo. I always get it Mike's way (Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices) but without the onions. On Monday's the #8 is the "daily special" so you can get a regular sub, chips & a drink for just $7.99. I have stopped by here on the way home from work on plenty of Mondays for a quick and filling dinner. Oh, I love iced tea and they have some amazing tea here (especially for a chain restaurant). I love the smell of fresh deli meat when walking in here! When my wife told me that she has never had Jersey Mikes, I had to bring her. I love the fact that they slice the meat and cook it for you if need be. It definitely shows that you're getting freshly sliced meat and cheese, and the sandwich truly taste fresh. Each day of the week there's a sub special of the day, that allows you to get the drink and side combo for a discounted price. You can also get "Mikes way" on the sub, which includes all the sides. Beware though, if you get oil and vinegar they will smother it, so be sure to tell them in advance how much you want on your sub. Definitely coming back and recommend all sub lovers to come here. Another notable favorite of mine is the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It's sooooo good. The Buffalo sauce has a good kick and you can get either blue cheese sauce or ranch. Staff was nice and welcoming... im noticing a trend in my new Altamonte Springs home :) So i decided to have a Buffalo Chicken wrap! ohhh sooo yummmy and DEEELISH!!! You can definately taste how freshly made it is!!! what a change from some other sub spots ive been too. The buffalos wasnt overwhlemingly spicy and balanced with ranch, cheese, lettuce and tomato. I walked in today at 1:40p, no one at the counter, a brunette slicing/preparing meat(s) for future use. At 1:45p, still no acknowledgement that I'm even there as she talks to others and begins eating some of the meat she had just sliced. Another customer walked in at 1:45 as well. I really, really LOVE their sandwiches ... all of them that I have tried. Sometimes I'm kind of boring and simply do a Turkey & Swiss, but I'd have to say my favorite is a kick-butt Italian! These are soooo good. I must be kind of hungry as I'm writing this because I feel like I'm using excessive descriptions as I salivate through this review. Holy cow! Anyway, the staff is nice, attentive and quick to pull my order together, "as ordered". I like that there are three different sizes so regardless of my appetite, there is always a perfect size to "do the job". Of course, I love that there is sweet tea (a must for me) and the chip selection is crazy too; I love the cracked pepper & sea salt flavored chips. Mmmmm. Lastly, I can't be the only one that enjoys reading the cool little stories on the Jersey Mike's cups. I love that they do charitable works and help out people in need; I wish more places did the same. As if the sandwiches haven't already claimed my heart, this really makes me like Jersey Mike's as a company. Awesome! The only down-side is the parking is kind of tight depending on the time of day! I picked up some dinner here yesterday; as far as I can remember, it was my first visit here in nearly two years. (My original review is from August 2011.) I had been to a few other Jersey Mike's shops (on Edgewater Drive in College Park, for one) between 2011 and yesterday, but just not to this one. The visit here yesterday was very favorable. My sandwich was prepared just as I expected it to be and tasted great. I chose the regular chicken salad sandwich and got pretty much everything on it. It was very good. I was impressed with the bread, which seemed to be very fresh. I believe that most, if not all, Jersey Mike's locations are offering double rewards points (see http://www.jerseymikes.com/rewards) on Mondays through the beginning of September, so that's a nice bonus. I'm not sure when I'll be back at this or another Jersey Mike's, but hopefully it's before 2015! Seems that I end up at this one only once every 2 years. Haha ... read more

1 star PERIOD!!! Walked in around 8 to grab a regular Philly. (Usually, so yummy) The person who was making my sub was on the phone, chatting it up, the other person sweeping the floor had to get his attention to tell him I wanted lettuce. He hangs up the phone, than using the same hand(glove) he was holding the phone with grabs a hand full of lettuce and stuffs it on my sub. (What .....ohhh my gosh, you didn't change your gloves?!??) I told him um....you just used the same glove to hold the phone,grab lettuce,and make my sandwich. He was like "oh, I'll make you another one" Um...no , I RAN out the door. This has got to be the worst jersey mikes out there. I just ordered online and my sandwich was not ready to pick up. Then when they made the sub the guy squished down the bread, gave me the last of turkey. It was such a small piece of turkey, I'm surprised he could get any meat off of it. They always give you small amounts of cheese and meat at at this location. Then, to top it off there was very little lettuce left and I asked for fresh lettuce and was told this was fresh lettuce.
