Food is good but I don't think they can read. Out of the dozens of orders from this place I can count on one hand how many times they made what I want. Seems like the reviews say the same thing, but nothing changes. They dont care to read or just dont care about customer service. Asked for oil & vinegar on the side please dont cut the sandwich. no do not recommend for online orders. the customer service i received today was the WORST EVER. no customers in the store and took about 5 mins for them to get back to making online order food, once i said some thing to them. ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMMEND ONLINE ORDERS FROM JERSEY MIKES. The new team lead is disrespectful and rude. I work next door and have never been treated so badly. We used to trade and discount services with them and this year it's been taken over by unprofessional, immature little kids who are always talking and smoking out back. I've been in a few times and the workers are nice, my issue each time has been the amount of time it takes to make a sandwich, my last experience has a couple and 1 other person in front of me, the workers knew the couple or it seemed by the way they were talking the entire time, my issue was that all three employees that were helping them talked, the guy cutting the deli meats could not talk and cut at the same time, he stopped each time he talked, took almost 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches for them, I almost walked out a few times, the guy in front of me took almost 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich and again a lot less talking but still no talking and working, even they other guy doing condiments stopped for talking. Then the last guy even stopped and talked before ringing them up. It should not have taken 30 minutes to get to me. They had a girl on the backside making what looked liked call in orders and she was doing a good job making sandwich after sandwich but also not talking to anyone. I understand being polite and friendly but when it comes at a cost of time for other customers just needing to run in and grab a quick sandwich it totally made me frustrated and bad on me for not just leaving. Learning to talk and work are key in customer service in this setting in my opinion. read more

I love Jersey Mike's #9! I'd rather take a beating than go to the one in Idaho Falls and I live here. People are nice but the wait times are terrible. The last 3 times it's been the same. Order on the app, app says 15 minutes, we arrive in 20 and my sandwich hasn't even been started. Last night was the same. Order on the app at 7:15, app says pick up at 7:30, we arrive at 7:45 and our 1 sandwich isn't even started. We finally walk out with our sandwich at 8:00. We weren't the only ones frustrated by the wait times. I love this sandwich, but I'm done! I have over 20 years of experience in restaurant management so I get it. But it never changes.
