Jersey Mikes makes, in my opinion, some of the best fast-food subs around. Super fresh. Lots of flavor. I love the pepper relish! This location has a bad rep for service. And, honestly, I can't rebut that. It is often slow and the folks behind the counter don't really exude "customer service." All these negative reviews!!! Good stay away so there's more for me!!! I am here pretty regularly and even got my picky husband hooked!!! I have had one bad experience in my at least 100 times of visiting and that was five minutes to closing on a Sunday night! I take the blame for that!! There are five of us in our family so I think we visit jersey Mike's at least once a week collectively. The staff is kind the sandwiches are fresh and there's never any pushback on substitutions or changes. I love this place! read more

Been to this location several times, and let me tell yuh I'm done giving them chances. Every trip here, the order taker makes me feel as if she doesn't want to talk to me. Finally today, I walked out without getting food at all. I arrived at their scheduled opening and they weren't open yet, so I waited because it wasn't to big of a deal. About 5-10 minutes later they open and all is well, until I try and order. Not only do I wait around for the order taker to finally come take my order, but she does so by walking to me and then blankly staring at me. She proceeds to take my order then tells me they can't start on my order for another 5-10 minutes, because they were still cooking bacon. So I left and picked up mediocre fast food for everyone, and the young lady who took my order at the fast food restaurant actually smiled and greeted me. I've never tried jersey mike so I don't know if this was normal or what but my chicken Caesar wrap was gross basically cheap chicken in a tortilla with a ton of lettuce and some sort of salad dressing (definitely not a Caesar dressing!!!!!) I don't even know if there was cheese in it definitely couldn't taste it! And for $10?!? That's crazy I could've made that same wrap with better ingredients for a cheaper price and I wouldn't have to eat something else after to be full. Love this place. First and only sub shop I have found that offers gluten-free bread. It's great tasting and they handle everything separately so I have no allergy issues. Fresh product instead of presliced, who knows long it's been sitting around meats and cheeses. read more

I am 100% a Jersey Mike's fan...this one star is for the horrible and shockingly rude service guy that just caused me to walk out of my favorite sub place. A new girl was working the cash register-literally her first day. We all know this because the gentleman (working at 7:40pm on Friday, Sept 11, 2015), proceeded to announce to the long line of people who were patiently waiting in silence, that he "Has to take a break. It's her first night here and I'm doing everything and I can't handle this so you all will have to wait." Walks in the back for a few minutes. The poor new girl just stands at the register which is apparently the only thing she's been trained in. Then he comes back in and has an attitude during the rest of the lady's order he walked out on. He then kept saying out loud that it is going to be a longgggg time, almost discouraging us from ordering. A man left and the sour worker said even louder "It's going to be a while, I told you so" confirming his encouragement for us to not do business there that evening. I walk out not due to the "time" he claimed it would take, but for the sheer disgust in his unprofessional and immature attitude. I understand we all have bad days, but we don't discourage people from spending money at our place of employment as a result. This post was written only to bring attention to the manager of this store: I love your store, I love your food even more, but I want you to know about this situation so that someone can rightfully suggest other ways to handle a stressful day to this rude employee. If the employee was having an oddly bad day and is never like this, please disregard this review, but I've seen him in there before and he's never been anything near nice or welcoming. read more

This place is way too over priced for a sandwich. We tried it for the first time today and got a Reuben. It was ok but not worth $15 at all. They were completely empty and still couldn't take the time to spread the whopping three ingredients evenly. The subs are OK but I'm less thrilled with the service. Maybe it's just my age talking, but I don't like being called "man" or "dude" when I'm your customer. I'm not your buddy. I waited a lot of tables and worked in retail coming up in life and would never have gotten away with anything but sir/miss/ma'am. You're getting paid for *service*. Second thing: when somebody makes your order wrong, it's common courtesy to just let the customer keep the wrongly made order if they want, since presumably it will be tossed anyway. It's just a small "give" since they wasted your time. But here, no. Apparently that's not part of their policy (and I made a point of politely asking). Instead, they took it from me and put it on a counter behind them. And let it sit there the entire time I ate my (remade, 5 minutes later) sandwich. We stopped in at this location a few times after it opened recently and finally gave up and stopped coming. The only thing on the menu worth ordering is the Big Kahuna. Everything else, especially if you order it "Mike's Way," has almost no meat on the sandwich, and is just a lettuce-and-onion sandwich. In addition, the location is very cramped and small with the customer line interfering with the people who are sitting at the tables eating. The servers consistently act rude or stupid or both. 08/17/2019 (Saturday) 1:00pm 3571 S Tower Rd Aurora, CO 80013 Let me start by saying that I and my family have visited Numerous Jersey Mike's locations in the Denver Metro at least twice a week for over two years. This location at Tower and Hampden is absolutely the WORST location of all the ones that we visit. The only reason we visit this location is it is convenient, being about a mile from our house. I never consider going to this location during "lunch time" as the service time is exponentially slower than the normal turtle pace. Back to the visit; Saturday afternoon, when we arrived, there were three people in line in front of us and five employees not including the Manager Jermaine. We received the usual hello greeting as we entered but the experience was down hill from there. We waited five minutes to actually give our order to the first employee. Two sandwiches, One Cold(#8), One Hot(#26). Three more customers lined up behind us. The "Manager" Jermaine was at the front by the register and proceeded to leave the work area to the back. Now SEVEN customers in line. NO management or direction to the staff as the customers lined up. Continuing with the visit, the hot sandwich ticket was hung up - only one other ticket in front of it. The "new" employee finally started working on the cold sandwich - A Regular #8, Mike's Way NO onion and LIGHT on the oil and vinegar. Sandwich prep - not only No Onions but very light on the lettuce and unfortunately very heavy on the oil and vinegar. I am so glad that I asked for light oil and vinegar (!?!) Ten minutes into the visit, cold sandwich received, both sandwiches paid for. No Hot sandwich yet. Not only No Hot sandwich - The HOT sandwich had not even been started!! When asked about this - the front girl stated that there were a lot of Hot sandwiches ahead of ours. Not true - there was one order of three hot sandwiches ahead of our single item. I not so nicely stated that she should go get the manager to direct help to the single hot item cook. Another employee overheard my loud conversation and stepped in to assist the hot item cook. Eighteen minutes - from entering the restaurant we finally had our order complete. As we were turning to leave - in the front door walks Jermaine; He had apparently left via the back door and minutes later arrived by the front door. No greeting, No Thanks for coming in today - Nothing to acknowledge us. This review may seem harsh, but unfortunately this is the typical experience at the Tower and Hampden location in Aurora. I have Fifteen years of Management experience in the Restaurant Industry, so I do have a critical eye for service, food quality, and cleanliness. This location lacks in ALL areas. The service time is always slow, the food quality is average at best and the restaurant appearance and cleanliness is only average to sometimes poor - dirty tables often is the first thing you see as you enter the restaurant. I visit the Jersey Mike's locations at North Stapleton, Smoky Hill, Greenwood Village, Parker Road so I have experienced a High standard of FAST service, Excellent Food Quality and Above average Cleanliness. But not at the Tower and Hampden store. The continued history (not a single visit) of POOR service and food quality has lost this customer to this location. Subs are great. Lines are long during lunch hour, not very fast service. At 10am, I faxed in a 20 sandwich order to be done at 12, they were not ready when I got there. 20 minutes later they were "done". I didn't double check my order, should have... We were missing 3 of them. I didn't go back cuz now I was already late for the 12:30 staff meeting. I just reordered from somewhere that delivered for the girls who didn't get their lunch! Went in at 8pm they don't close till 9pm and they had 1 loaf of bread left they had the grill off for 15 min they said to each other.
