Friendliest staff ever. I would go in here just to talk to the staff, that's how personable they are. And their subs, omg, they are delicious. We had a Jersey Mike's where we lived in Katy and they were friendly and their food was fantastic and this location here blows them out of the water. My boyfriend likes extra extra extra extra extra extra (you get the point) mayo and they don't hold back. They understand his strange addiction and unjudgingly add 5 layers of mayo onto his number 13. I normally get their Tuna. It tastes so good! Sometimes if you go to subway and get a tuna sandwich is tastes kind of metallic or just like mayonnaise mush, but Jersey Mike's tastes fresh and isn't complete mush. It's really good Mike's way but without tomatoes. If you don't know what to do for dinner I definitely recommend this place. It's delicious. read more

My husband picked up subs for us today from Jersey Mike's and he said that while they were hopping busy, the line went quickly. The only issue he had was that they were going down the line asking people like, 15 down who could not see the menu board what they wanted - and being his first time, it made it difficult for him. Anyways, I got the turkey provalone and he got the club supreme. We both very much liked our subs - but mine seemed plain. If I had gone with, I may have been able to fix that though. I really like the fact that they cut the meats and everything right there. The bread was good as well. So...three stars. I'd like to try more of their stuff and write another review. read more

Not a fan of this place. I thought the sandwich was decent, but a little expensive for what you get. But the worst part is the tip screen on the credit card machine, which asks you how much you want to tip before you see the total. I have to believe that the cashier, who hasn't even prepared your food yet, is aware of how much you tipped. I find that offputting. For a sandwich shop, tipping should not be forced on the customer like this. I haven't been there in about a year so perhaps they have changed this practice. I spent a lot of time on the East Coast eating these and it's always nice to come back for fresh deli cuts, crisp veggies, and the nice twang of oil and vinegar in "mikes way" style. I don't know why I come here. Lack of good sandwich options in Cedar Park, maybe. Every time it's a bad experience. This time only one employee behind the counter. I order the number 13 and he forgets one of the meats and skimps on the others. I get it Mikes way no onions and he puts onions on first thing. When I remind him he grudgingly takes them off. I hadn't encountered this chain prior to Austin but I have to report that the food is good, the prices are decent for what you get and the service is quite fast. While I wouldn't always go out of my way for this place I could see myself visiting it again in the future to try a wide variety of sub sandwiches when I am in the mood for them. My favorite sub shop by far!! The sandwiches are always fresh, made to order and Bri and her team are awesome!! I've frequented this location for years and there have been several new ones popping up in the surrounding areas. All their subs are still good but no one can beat the amazing customer service you get at this location. They handle the rushes like pros and are always so nice and they remember their repeat customers so it's a very comfortable feeling when you walk in. The #9 is the way to go too! This is one of my top 3 sub shops in town. Which Which and Thundercloud are the other two. The best part about Jersey Mikes is: 1. They cut all of their meats right there in front of you. Doesn't get any fresher than that! 2. They have great fresh veggies (way better than most shops) The down side is that they only have 7 and 14 inch subs. Typically I am still hungry after the 7 inch and the 14 inch is super expensive and more than I usually want to eat. read more

We visited them today and the two gentlemen present treated us like royalty. I only ever have their cheesesteaks, which are freshly made and tasty, particularly with cherry peppers. Their bread is airy and delicious. In the end, these guys made our lunch experience there wonderful. I like Jersey Mike's, but this location has serious cleanliness and staffing problems. There was an overwhelming stench that was a cross between rotting corpse, open sewer and slaughterhouse. My best guess is they mopped with rancid water and mildewed mop with possibly some vomit in the mix. The crew of 3 seemed very disappointed to be interrupted by having to serve a customer, and made that very clear with their attitude. I persevered and eventually got a sandwich. The sandwich itself was pretty good, but I can't say I'll be back to this particular location. The filth and surly staff are too much. read more

Had the Philly cheesesteak. It was very good, and the roll was nice and soft, but they either need a smaller roll or you need to double the fixins. You could hardly find the fixins through all the bread. Otherwise, people were nice and service was fast. read more

Local young workers have NO personality and make sandwiches with an obvious lack of care. Very typical sub shop, nothing special, portions are not special. Floor was dirty, some tables had not been cleaned up. Delaware Subs are expensive and you get bad service. Thundercloud subs are small-ish but prepared by people who care, funny people, weird people, Austin people, and they want you to like their food, also not expensive. Subway is Subway ... Jason's is OK for a deli sandwich but their Mexican salad has no chicken in it to speak of, so is a rip-off. Jersey Mike's opened with promise but at this point, why bother? There are no real Jewish delicatessens in Austin, or even real Italian deli's. We're all waiting! read more

Eric who took the order shook my friends hand over the glass and proceeded to yell at him and me for our orders and how he was here and barely working. The guy at the cash register was cussing and being super unprofessional. Me and my friend work in the restaurant industry so we know how a place should be ran and this was def not it. On my way home now. Was going to dine in but decided to go. Won't be going back to this jersey mikes will actually drive to 1431 cause the manager over there knows how to professionally run a store. Did I mention I like the roast beef sub? There are some real gems working there too, fast and friendly. Use their app and skip the lines; all you'll have to do is sign the receipt. Jersey Mike's consistently makes the best subs I've eaten. You can't go wrong here. My favorites are the #6, #9, and #13, the cheesesteak is great too. The bread is really good.
