Very friendly staff and they don't hold back on filling the sandwiches! Will definitely be stopping here for our food fill to or from Vegas.

This restaurant has been by far my favorite place to get a sandwich, the only employee that always is welcoming and friendly is Hailey, I normally try to go in on the days she's working because her energy through out the year has been delightful and she always knows my order and suggests new things to try when I'm looking for something different. ICK! The guy behind the counter was nice, friendly, communicated well. BUT! The sliced toppings you saw were at least a day or two old. The tomatoes in a sliced metal bin looked like they were about to fall apart, they were old. The lettuce, brown noticeably from the other side of the counter.... ick. We got 2 giant sandwiches for our office. They had no real taste, the consistency once you bit into it was tuna, the mead was previously frozen and tasted it, it may have even been freezer burned. The quality and age of ingredients is what killed it sadly....everything else was good, but its only a matter of time before these cut corners will make you sick rather than just a tasteless product. read more

If I could give zero I would. I was really surprised at how nice everyone was until they started my sandwich. The two gentlemen were nice and the lady doing the front was nice but she wasn't quite getting my sandwich correct but was nice when she had to fix. The second girl other hand was extremely rude. She was irritated first because I told the girl wheat and changed my mind to white remembering it was for my husbands sandwich not mine she did a heavy sigh as she had to walk the extra 15 steps to get the correct bread. I ordered steak only and the short girl that was cooking the steak had put cheese on it. My husband is allergic to cheese so when I told the guy that the sandwich was suppose to be steak only because my husband was allergic to cheese he let her know. She just pulled the cheese off and threw it away and when the guy told her that it needed to be remade because it was an allergy she she was extremely frustrated and had major attitude. I've worked in this kind of style sandwich shop and understand it can be frustrating but you can still serve your customers with kindness and apologize and take ownership of the problem. She rudely handed me my sandwich didn't ask if I wanted anything else on it didn't even say thank you or have a good day she just handed it to me and start whispering and laughing with the guy at the cash wrap. It was extremely unprofessional and I'm disappointed I'm really glad that we are only driving through this town on our way to idaho because I wouldn't come here again. We love jersey mikes because of its upbeat vibes and friendly worked but this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had ever with this company. read more

Oh my goodness, I was looking forward to trying a jersey Mike sandwich. I walk in look at the menu board and this girl, (behind the counter) ask , can I help you, I said we are still looking and she coughed hard and didn't even cover her mouth. She coughed over two and a half loafs of bread on the counter, and the veggies in the tins! Thanks but no thanks! You need to not only teach your employees how's to make a sandwich, but how to cover there mouths, because they don't know any better! NOT EATING THERE! read more

This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's, and I am HOOKED! We stopped at the Barstow location on our way to Vegas and returned 3 days later on our way home. We'd been thinking about our amazing subs at Jersey Mike's the whole time we were in Vegas, LOL. The bread is super fresh, the meat is hand carved as you order, and the service is exceptional. Samm served us both times we were in the store, and she was really friendly and patient with my two high maintenance little girls who couldn't figure out what to order. She provided excellent customer service. I'm a forever fan of Jersey Mike's now! Especially the pastrami reuben....YUM! read more

First off I eat at jersey mikes often.... this one was not that great all around..... the service was odd and not very polite to my daughter when she ordered. I had a big black hair in my sandwich but they did replace it with another..... a free Sammy would have been cool for the major inconvenience but i just waited while my family ate lol. Sandwich was still good but ill never eat at this one again. Temecula puts it to shame in every way. Sorry barstow. The service was good they were friendly. Only complaint was the sandwich wasn't made as I ask and when I walked form the store to my car and open it the oil and vinegar had already started to come out and it ran ALL on my clothes and in my car. I was very upset about that and hopefully it will come out of my clothes. This is why I get it on the side. read more

Really happy they have gluten free bread, i hate ordering it because it halts the process becauae they have to clean, but i have to. Service , subs and environment were great ! Came in on a busy Friday afternoon on my way to Vegas with my family , it was almost before closing , asked for gluten free and the lady and gentleman had no problem helping us with our preference , it was super busy but the guy and gal efficiently served subs with a smile on their faces .
