Ordered food online for pickup, food was ready when I got there and so was the insults. I walk up to the register and let him know I'm picking up and he looks at me confused. Then says "your not Terry right" umm yes I am why... "oh we were expecting someone else totally different. Excuse me! And on top of that my food was a mess. Took two bites and had to throw it out. WHERE'S THE BEEF?? ordered a roast beef hero with cheese and it was mostly lettuce and tomato.... very small portion of meat. also all hero's are made on the same counter surface, so the next hero picks up debris from the previous, should use paper down on counter during the prep. since i used, the buy one get one free coupon, i ended up eating both hero's due to the lack of meat. service was quick and friendly, but the portions are smaller then any local deli. i usually get by with eating just half of a deli hero by the way. read more

I wish I read the reviews prior to coming here and went with my gut feeling when I walked in. I was not approached by anyone for a couple of minutes, not even a hello while people were working behind the counter. When I was approached the workers kept arguing between each other and the cross contamination was disgusting. They just place your sandwich on the counter that is not cleaned from the previous sandwiches so if you are allergic to anything especially gluten I warn you not to come here. The lettuce was brown so I did not get that. I ordered a club and it came to $12 with a cookie not even a drink and it was a regular size sandwich. When I got into my car and opened my sandwich, they totally gave me the wrong thing forgetting the bacon which is a priority on a club. I will never come back to jersey mikes ever again. read more

We have heard nothing but great things about this sandwich place. When we heard that had gluten free bread options, we we're excited because my fiance has a gluten intolerance. We placed our order and were told that it was a 4 dollar up charge for the gluten free bread! I went to Jersey Mike's yesterday (1/14/20) at lunchtime based on decent food from prior visits. There were no patrons in the store, just me and two women behind the counter. I stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes waiting for either of the ladies to ask me for my order. Although I could tell that they both saw me, neither acknowledged my existence. There were no polite comments such as: "I'll be with you in a minute sir" or "I'll be right with you". Both of the women looked like they were in a bad mood. I gave up on getting a Mike's lunch and walked out. As I left, one of them muttered a nasty comment. I certainly won't be returning to this store again. read more

I am a regular Jersey Mike's customer and have never had an issue until I visited this store in Bellmore. First, the store is filthy. The refrigerator that displays the meet was covered with sandwich paper so you could not see inside. When the worker took out the cheese to make the sandwich it was not wrapped and the first piece he could not even use as it was black. To makes matters worse, the customer service was atrocious. I asked the worker to label the sandwiches ( I ordered 4) and he seemed annoyed by this request and even starting complaining to his coworker as I was leaving. When I got home, he had labeled the one sandwich "hers". Not sure how that would be helpful when determining whose sanwich was whose. Lastly; there was barely any meat on the sandwiches and I paid 60 bucks for 4 giant subs. Total rip off...I will not be visiting this store EVER again now. read more

This is by far the best hero shop in the history of hero shops! Super fresh, and very tasty and filling at a very reasonable price. My favorite is the Philly cheese steak which is way better than any Philly cheese steak from Philadelphia. RIP to all Subways, Blimpies, and Quiznos. read more

Just want to say sandwiches are very good. Nice selection. The reason for only a 2 is that I would like to frequent it more often if the staff behind the counter weren't so non interactive. Not a Hi, or a hello. You have to watch them and almost instruct them on how you want a sandwich that is pretty much pre determined. And sorry to say that tonight was my worst experience. Three guys behind the counter and not a one was being polite and they were moving like drones. I get more of a response when I'm in the drive thru of burger king. Maybe you should look into why they look so depressed while working. Hey if they dont want to be there and are treating your customers like just a #, maybe you should set them free and get people in who are more responsive and friendly to your customers . And I'm sorry to say that the employee behind the register was down right rude. There was one person in front of us and it took us over 40 minutes to get 2 regular sized subs. I got the Turkey club with bacon, roastbeef and provolone, ask if he could give me swiss instead, and he got a bit nasty with me. Balls and a half. For a 120 lb skinny nothing of a boy, that could have gone in a different direction. The place was a cross contamination nightmare . No changing of their gloves at all. Same gloves different customer. Didn't even wipe down the slicer after cutting cheese and then going to meat. The roast beef on my sub was horrible, I got the fat and of the meat and it wasn't even edible. I couldn't finish it. Behind the counter was atrocious. The manager is a terribly rude woman! She screamed at me for standing on the wrong side when I just walked in and yelled at me about toppings! What kind of service is this?? I see other reviews complaining about the same woman. As a HR manager, how do you still allow someone like this on your team? Let alone a management position? She needs to be held accountable. I have seen this all too often. I am sure she is not treating her employees well either. I would never allow any of my managers to treat customers like this and I work in retail as well which makes it horrifying that this is not being taken care of with urgency! Do chats with other employees, surprise visits, pull her in the office and show her all the comments. Not someone I would want representing my brand or team. You have someone like this in you store you will lose customers and valued employees ( if you haven't already). Also I would think the store would be cleaner. Overwhelmed. I ordered online and still had to wait 20 mins. The food was good which is why I still give them 3 stars, but the online ordering needs drastic improvement. I have gone here twice now and it's been a wait after online ordering. Both times I got an apology and a card for a free bag of chips and drink. As for the food, the cheesesteaks are very good. I lived in PA for a number of years, so I'm picky about Philly cheesesteaks. The Freeport location is much more efficient with the online ordering,but the place isn't as clean as Bellmore. read more

Its a chain sandwich/sub spot but the ingredients are fresh and meats are sliced to order. I read other reviews and i dont agree with some of the negative ones. Ive been coming here once or twice a month for the last year, and the employees here are the nicest people ive ever seen work at a chain food establishment. Seriously.
