Very big fan of Jersey Mike's until these last few times I have ordered, sandwiches used to have plenty of protein packed and soft bread. I feel like there is no effort put into this shop's sandwich making. Way to much veggies definitely not enough turkey/protein and bread has been hard as a rock it hurts the roof of my mouth, you guys need to step up your game and stop skimping out on the protein- might as well as start going back to Subway. I pay more for your sandwiches because you guys use to claim your sandwiches have more protein than other competitors but this no longer seems to be true. First of all Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches. The ingredients are fresh and I love the mini option. But this particular location has the best customer service. Every employee makes us feel right at home. They go above and beyond just making sandwiches. They always have a smile on their face and they engage with every customer that walks through the door. Have been here several times in the last couple months and have had consistently pleasant service and tasty sandwiches. I would suggest always getting a sandwich as the wraps have been less tasty. The staff has offered to explain menu and went out of their way to ask what kind of sandwich I was considering and then make suggestions! Typically really nice high school/college aged workers who are so much nicer than I expected. The quality of meat seems to be better than some other sandwich shops but it comes with a steeper price too. Most sandwiches around $8. They are able to make hot sandwiches and grill onions/peppers which I appreciate. Not a lot of bread choices. Not a ton of topping choices but definitely sufficient. Go for the Mikes way but watch as they do it, some workers go a little overboard and your bread will be soggy. They also have a reward program to earn discounts. read more

It's incredibly off putting when you rush from work to make it somewhere before closing, and walk in 20 Minutes BEFORE closing and they are already packed up and cleaning. If your business stays open until 9, then nothing should be put away before you lock your doors. It creates exactly what happened to me this evening: I was treated as though I had put them out, and making my food was so inconvenient to them. That creates a bad product- both of my sandwiches were made incorrectly and very sloppy/messy. It creates rude customer service as the person making my sandwich says loudly to the other- it's so rude when people walk in at closing. It was 20 minutes before. I'm highly disappointed. read more

I crave the #13 a lot and I order it from bend take out. When they get my order right its so good. But so many times they mess up my order I'm allergic to onions and they constantly put onions on it when I say none, I also asked them to put the dressing on the side and they will put dressing all over it, I asked for it in a tub they are supposed to cut up the meat but more times than not they throw a big hunk of meat on lettuce so I have to go home and cut it in bite-size pieces so it's like a chef salad and it's easier to eat unfortunately when they do get it right it's so good so I have to keep getting it I just wish it was the same every time when I order it I never know what it's going to look like or what's going to be on it or what's not going to be on it they need consistency read more

Second visit here and was as great as the first. Greeted as I walked through the door. Ordered the Philly Cheese and this thing is off the chart good! Found establishment clean and staff friendly. I see a negative review and not sure how they got that one. I seen alot of other patrons come through the doors and greeted as well as I was. Thought I was special there for a moment but everyone gets treated well. This place rocks for good food. Being in Bend Oregon you better be on your "A" game when it comes to food and service or your not going to make it. These guys are going to be around for a long time from what I seen and experienced. Do not eat here! Last time I visited, there was a sharp quarter inch chunk of bone in my big kahuna sandwich. I didn't know there was a bone in it until eating the sandwich and received a painful surprise. One of my molars still hurts so bad. We stopped in to this location during a very busy lunch hour. Our son has Celiac Disease and we had to order gluten free sandwiches. The staff went above and beyond preparing the slicer and cutting area and keeping the bread from contacting other surfaces to avoid cross contamination - it was amazing and something we didn't expect from a sub shop! I now feel bad for my original review of this location as it is back to what I know and expect from my 14th Street Jersey Mike's location. I was not impressed. Expensive and no flavor. My husband got the #2 Jersey shore and it was dry and he says" nothing to write home about" I ordered the club and it too was boring and the little bit of bacon that was put on it was flavorless. The restaurant right next door was packed and I was the only one in Jersey Mike's. Hmmm? 2 of the employees were polite and courteous and the other one got irritated with me when I asked for extra cheese on the one sandwich and told me I should have told him before when he was over there. Went here for the first time. Pretty sweet how they slice you meat fresh each time. 3 guys working all nice guys they seemed personable and professional. Sandwich is better than Subway. Costs about 10 bucks for a regular sub, chips and drink. I will be back. I ordered the #8 club sub, Mike's Way, but they forgot the bacon and mayo. The bread is also very stale and there is also next to no Italian dressing. This sandwich probably couldn't be any drier if they tried. My fiance and I eat Jersey Mike's in Eugene a couple times a month and the location we get food from there is like a totally different restaurant compared to this Bend location. I will absolutely not be purchasing food from this location in the future. I'd ask for a refund, but we just drove over the mountain and I'm too tired to deal with it right now. read more

I go to this location almost every day. One of the few places you can get a real deli sandwiches in this town. I love how they slice everything fresh and they like to stack it high. The food is good but the staff is better, always friendly, great to talk to and always have a smile on there faces.
