Ate here recently and thought it was really good. I had a single cheeseburger with bacon and added a side of fries. The bacon complimented the burger along with the standard tomato, onion and lettuce. I really like the fries as well. Not a lot of seating, but there is indoor and outdoor seating available. The outside seating is not covered, so expect direct sunlight. Service was real timely quick and I felt the prices were very appropriate for the food. Great grass-fed fast food burgers! Stoked the buns were organic as well. Both of those details matter to us. Burgers were cooked to perfection medium well. Upbeat staff happily answered allergy related questions about ingredients. My wife is dairy sensitive and it was great they have online ordering options that let you specify it as an allergy. We used to love to get food from here! It's close by, 'healthy' fast food, the bowls are def a healthy, yummy option, but something happened with the service lately. It's very hit and miss. I get ignored a lot when I walk in to get my food. I have to wait for them to finish the side chores before I get acknowledged. For me it's to the point that I think twice if I want to get food there or not. Food is still totally fine. Bummer! Absolutely terrible.. A seventeen dollar sale that had a handful of lettuce a few tofu thrown on top a spoonful cabbage a couple pieces of broccoli...it was awful. Nothing looks like the pictures on the menu. A fish bowl that the fish was inedible. No taste and like pieces of leather. Even placing the order was a fiasco. Telling us we didn't order...I had to send my daughter ( who was picking up) a picture of the order number and the order. Now she has sit there and wait. I should have know from the beginning how bad this place is. I would suggest the employees at least be personable and not act like they wish they were not working. Not sure what's happened with life and time. The last couple visits this place has really gone downhill. Half our food was wrong, burnt and took over 20 mins at the drive thru. The guy told me it was not enough staff so they closed the whole lobby! Seems like 2-3 kids running this place. read more

First visit to Life & Time...we needed something fast for dinner. There was literally no one eating inside so we were a tad nervous walking up. But we definitely loved the concept of the healthier take on fast food, so in we went. We had a party of 6 and ordered a variety of meals. My daughter and I decided to share the chicken teriyaki bowl and a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The portions were good and everything was cooked well and to order. We really enjoyed our choices...great flavors in both dishes. Some of the options are absolutely higher priced than your average fast food restaurant, but considering you're ordering a healthier way to eat fast, I'd say it was worth it. Very disappointed. They offer free Bachelor coffee with a Mt Bachelor pass.Then when you order it, tell you they don't have coffee don't offer you anything else. Wife picked up a burger, grilled chicken club and fries to go. The bread on both entrees literally fell apart in our hands as we were eating. So weird! The burger patty was mediocre but the chicken was tender and well seasoned. The fries were horrendous! Pale sticks of oil drenched potatoes. Dismal food; strange customer service. My friend noticed their beyond burger was listed as "could be made vegan". So she said "I would like the beyond burger made vegan" The worker replied "so without the sauce" ??? Umm we aren't the employees we don't know the ins and outs of the menu that's why we ordered it vegan - use your expertise. (Without the sauce it would not be vegan because their is cheese). Her burger came out over cooked and dry and lost on a very big, very dry bun that wasn't suitable for a burger. There was also nothing else on it, not even ketchup and mustard. Used to love going to life&time! Not sure what's happening, but my last visit was not good. Ordered a double burger and sweet potato fries. Took much longer than typical to arrive, but when it did, the burger only had a single patty, and the fries were soggy and cold. Was debating asking for a remake or a refund and decided on letting them remake it. I must mention the waitress was apologetic and kind. Next time the food came out the fries were dark and burnt , and the burger patties were like cardboard. So dry! Needless to say, life and time has some work to do to get back to the food I remember. We loved our quick, just drove into town dinner here!! What a great find! The menu has so many choices and we love their whole philosophy of serving the best food possible. The three of us ordered 2 Tex Mex salads and an Ahi salad. We try to eat healthy everyday and this was a perfect place to go! The flavors were all fresh and delicious. The ingredients are all definitely high quality and fresh. Loved all of it! We will return here as many times as we can during our 6-day visit to Bend!! It's small restaurant chains such as these that make the town of Bend, Oregon special. I greatly enjoyed the fast made - however delicious chicken teriyaki dish. The tray was wooden and so was the plate it was served on. There is great sitting area indoor and outdoor. Bathroom was very clean and well kept. I had a breakfast burrito and it was very tasty, however about 30 min later I had to run fast to the bathroom as something irritated my IBS. At lunch, had a burger and it was tasty but again had a little stomach upset as did another person I went with. (tourist review) What's Good: The Single Burger with Avocado was a very well-made burger and you can tell it's quality ingredients. The whole wheat bun was a nice touch to make it a little healthier, and did not diminish the yumminess. The Ginger Miso salad was pretty good - well dressed and a good portion. The Spicy Chicken Sando was also good. Not a life-changer, but not a bad option. They gave extra sauce, which probably makes it less healthy, but definitely needed. Add both Fries to the order, Regular Fries and Sweet Potato Fries, both are delicious. The Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie was...interesting. Not bad and judging from the ingredients, not bad for you. After a few sips, I enjoyed it. Maybe I was expecting something on the sweeter side. The restaurant is a great option for clean, healthy eating and I like their overall approach. Stopped in one morning. My better half was no too interested in the location as she would prefer Chow but we were hungry ... so I think the idea is, better than MickyD's ... Well, I was really happy with what I ordered as a breakfast and it had excellent taste. Not over seasoned or salted, just a good taste. Can't really say it tasted healthy because sometimes that means it is food like if you found it in the forest it would not kill you, but it sucks ... the food here did not suck. This location and menu should do very well, we will be back as it really is a good option for people trying to choose healthy things to put into our bodies.
