SICK! Made an online order at 4pm on 2/12/25. 2 of the 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly. The toppings were all very skimpy barely anything on it. Basically a loaf a bread. Subway is subway! Not much can go wrong with the food but still possible haha my meal was great I just felt bad for the person running it today because she was busy!! When I walked in there were 4 people ahead of me and 2 others who had walked in for pick up orders. She was back to back and all by herself! Horrible. When I walked in, one staff member only and she was on the phone. The music was too loud. I said hello. She acted like I was bothering her and actually asked " did you want a sandwich? I eat at Subway probably 4 times a week. Always get the Chicken Teriyaki protein bowl. Guy behind the counter was wiping stuff down walking around, no one else in the store. He finally asks what I want. I tell him the Chicken Teriyaki protein bowl. He starts scooping regular chicken, I remind him I wanted the teriyaki. He heats it and asks what I'd like in the bowl. I said lettuce, have gotten more lettuce on a Taco Bell taco. Asked for tomatoes and he starts tearing up these razor thin slices, I guess to make it look like I'm getting more. Asked for cucumbers and he takes out 3 little paper thin slices and cuts them in half, again to make it look like more? Asked for onions, then more onions and olives. He asks me what dressing (on my sweet onion teriyaki chicken bowl) I inform him him "sweet onion." Again maybe half an ounce. Asked for extra. Skimped on EVERYTHING, won't be back. read more

Worst experience ever. The ridiculous people forgot to put one of our sandwiches in our large order we paid for it but did not realize it till we got home. We called and the ridiculous person working there said that we forgot one of our bags in the drive-through and took my name down and said they would replace it the next time we came through. When we came through tonight he said that they did not have any record of it and would not honor their commitment again. The workers there said the ridiculous manager Kayla Weber said it is not their policy to replace forgotten sandwiches. I am putting in a corporate complaint and I will never go to that subway again. I get to the counter for 2 foot long tunas... and she says "We're out of tuna so I can either spread these 2 scoops onto one foot long and you can have two 6 inch, or you can wait for the SIX people behind you so that I can make more tuna." I cannot believe the customer service in this place! I presented a coupon for a sandwich which had 9-3-21 today's date And the expiration was today 9-3-21. It is my understanding that if a coupon was presented on the date which it was to expire it is still good until the next following day. The owner/manager refused to take my coupon and said the "special" coupon was no longer valid because it was no longer in there system. Mind you, my husband was in 5 minutes before me and presented a coupon and the coupon was HONORED! Everyone know that the expiration date ends on a coupon the following day of expiration. I have been in that subway many of times when the expiration date was on the date it would expire and the coupon was honored. My sandwich was fine, but the owner of this store needs to staff it appropriately. Sunday noon and one person to staff the store, people had to wait a long time for their order and the staff person was getting stressed out, and apologizing to everyone. I felt sorry for her, as did everyone else. I wouldn't go back there only because I don't want to witness a person that stressed out. the team behind the counter were nice and my sandwich was good. the reason why I'm giving it one star is a lady came in and ordered a flatbread pizza and when they took it out of the oven the lady behind the counter said it didn't look right and the other lady asked if something was burning. Well, it was burnt and she looked at it knowing it wasn't right, cut it up, burnt crust and all and put it into the box and charged her for the pizza because the customer that bought the pizza was on the phone not paying attention they thought they could get away with it.
