I ordered delivery through the app, and my order was picked up by DoorDash, but unfortunately it was canceled by the driver. DoorDash wasn't very helpful and told me to contact the store directly. Crystal, the manager, was very helpful and offered to remake my sandwiches for pickup. When I arrived, the staff was kind and even offered free chips for the inconvenience. We use to like coming here but barely any meat is put on the sandwiches for the price. Upsetting. Always 50/50 if it'll be a good sandwich. Today I was in line for a drive through and the uniform cleaning people showed up to deliver clean uniforms to Jersey Mike's and they opened up the back door in which I got a long look inside. And it was disgusting. There was food on the floor and there were dirty gloves on the floor and boxes everywhere. I've eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Recently I went on a Friday around 6:30pm and was very impressed by how hard the employees were working. Attentive and polite to all the customers. With any free time they had they cleaned all the stations, the slicer, the bathroom, the dining area. They made sure everything was restocked and organized. The customer service at this location the last two times is not great, this location is always messy. We walked in and all the tables were dirty and garbage full. Came here on a Friday night. These stars are only for the employees working their butts off. Their were only 5 employees and some very new at their job which took the more experienced employees away from other tasks. They were so backed up on mobile/door dash orders. Many people had to cancel their orders because it was taking so long. These businesses need to stop committing to services like Door Dash without having the capacity to service those orders. The service tonight here was terrible. A young lady with glasses with highlights in her hair was very rude. My wife had paid for the online order. I wasn't aware of the time she ordered. When I entered the store she asked if was I there for a pick-up order and I told her my name. The order was not ready yet. The young lady told her male co-worker... I would give this place a firm 0, entering the location , it was my first time trying Jersey mikes, people seem to love this place (not this location). So I tried it. Not greated to begin with, I ignored that gesture and proceeded to get in line to try a number 43 . Me and my sister ordered a sandwich that was recommended by our co workers.to begin with the woman that seemed to be the manager was okay. Followed by a young girl, who seemed lost in her world, and un happy. I mean i get it , we all have days we wish were better and I tried understanding, once we got the club sandwich the girl just stared at us and we were a bit confused, then I asked "do you want, us to tell u what we want in the sandwich?" And she had a face that I kid you not just wanted me to leave and tell her a bunch of things, but I took the benefit of the doubt, and just shrugged it off and waited for my food but for my sisters sandwich they didn't do their normal olive oil and red vinegar and oregano. She just forcefully placed some veg on the sandwich and plopped it on the paper, I'm sure no one should have their food in such ugly mannered. Piss ass attitude.
