So the main thing I love about Goodcents is I've been ordering sandwiches from them for many years- maybe about 15+ years, at different locations, and I have never been dissatisfied. The quality is always the same, never had a poor experience. I like the penny club on white, or ham & Swiss on wheat, or roast beef and Swiss on white. The veggies are always good, fresh quality and I love that the meat and cheese is sliced fresh to order. When we moved to Arizona, this was the best place to get sandwiches. I even preferred it over SUBWAY®. The last couple times that we ordered from here it was not what it used to be but this time my sandwich was disgusting. I am angry, I ordered lunch on the app. Went to pick up. Got back to my desk and then the disappointment started. Put my straw in drink and I would say carbonation was set too high, OK not really a huge deal. Then I open my sandwich, I ordered the ultimate club. There is no bacon on it. I had one tomato and there was vinegar on it. I absolutely hate vinegar! I have been going to Mr. Goodcents since they had a location on 19th Ave. and Union Hills. I worked at Discover financial services that was on 27th Ave. and beardsley and I use them often for catering. For our recognition events, they provided wonderful sandwiches for a large group of 50+ people and it was sandwiches of all different types from roast beef, turkey, and ham and there were about five pieces that were just made for vegetable eaters. And when I moved out to Surprise, I was so happy to see a location in Peoria Sun City border and then also out in Surprise off of Greenway and the 303 so it's definitely our number one go to place other than Jimmy John's, which we do use, but nothing beats Mr. Goodson and their sandwiches because if we have our birthday party that's catered by them they provide a condiment caddy that has oil and vinegar mayonnaise and mustard included in the caddy that are for all different types of people who like different things on their sandwiches and again it's roast beef sometimes ham, and turkey and each sandwich has different types of cheese from Americans, Swiss and provolone but I absolutely love the variety of sandwiches so it's definitely five stars for me when or craving just a sandwich and in comparison to New York heroes Mr. Goodson is my go to versus subway I cannot stay in subway and the smell of the place that Mr. Good cents their peanut butter cookie is absolutely wonderful. when I would use them for catering, they're absolutely easy to work with for catering and specifying exactly what we would need as a company for a catering event and how many people we had. We would usually end up with a little bit extra and that was perfect for an extra dinner or lunch if need be so thank you very much. read more

It also comes with a drink and a side. While I enjoyed the light version of chicken Parmesan pasta. The chicken is grilled, not fried. But the flavors were there. They offer multiple size sandwiches, from 3" to 18"! I went with a 12" Ultimate Club on Garlic Pepper bread. The sandwich comes with ham, turkey, bacon with your choice of cheese. Standard dress toppings is lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, oil, and vinegar. I added banana peppers for a bite and cucumbers alongside spicy mustard and mayo. The bread is soft and chewy, produce was fresh, meat was tasty, and the sauces were flavorful. This place is a great little shop. They also have salads, soups, and hot pastas! one good sub place, their sandwiches are good. Their breads are fresh and soft which is great, that is I think one of the most important factor for you to enjoy every bite of your sandwich. hehe ^_^ because if the bread aren't fresh, no matter how much great filling they put in it, it will greatly affect the overall satisfaction. You know what I mean? ;-) My only complain though is that I think their breads are a little bit smaller and thinner as compare to other sub places. Which is kinda disappointing. And I don't like it when they had to slice the bread all the way through. I like it better when it's not,because if you order a tuna sandwich, ohh it would be a mess! The turkey was fresh sliced and above average quality, so that is always an import factor in my turkey life. Don't go there after 7pm if you have think you're going to eat in the dining room. Even though the hours are 8 PM they close the dining room at 7 PM. Their excuse is they have to clean and mop. Most restaurants close at 8 PM and do their cleaning after that. They want you in and out at 7 PM. They're too much in a hurry to get out of there at 8 PM at closing time. Call to confirm the location and I spoke to a guy name, Andrew very short and was rushed to get off the phone. I'll never go there again just for the simple fact having to eat out in your car isn't an idea thing, since I don't live close enough to any other locations.
