I ordered the new Bourbon Club Turkey sandwich for delivery at work at 10:40am. The delivery driver came around 11:20, which was fine but he brought me the wrong sandwich. I phoned the store who said they will remake it and send the correct sandwich out. It is now 1:15pm and no sandwich. I phoned again and the manager said they will issue a store credit on my account for next time, and if it doesn't show up by tomorrow to call back. I understand mistakes happen, but this is terrible service. I have ordered online numerous times for pickup and the sandwich is never ready when I am there to pick it up. As of the last time when I arrived no one was up front and I stood there for about 5 minutes until someone came to help me. The worker then proceeded to have some sort of remark about no tip on my order of which was very odd to me. I had grabbed a potato salad from their fridge of which was 2 days past the use by date of which I did not realize until I got back to my work to sit down and eat. I purposely don't really go to Jj'S due to facebook postings of the owner posing with killing big game on safaris. The Thai Chicken wrap intrigued me, so I came here last night. Other family members wanted wheat and white turkey subs. The Thai Chicken didn't seem to be made correctly. I got a ton of messy sauce on one side, dried out chicken in the middle and some crunch. Maybe blend the sauce with mayo and mix with chicken. It was very disappointing and around $9 something. I don't recommend. read more

I have bought subs here for years. A few days ago, I went there to get 3 subs to go. There were no customers inside when I arrived. I placed my order, and went to the area where the finished sandwiches are handed to the customers. The workers made a sub, then another, and 2 more. They put the first single sub in a bag, set it aside, and put the other subs in bags to be picked up. I asked about my sandwiches, and was told that they were just starting to make them. I was still the only customer in the place. They made my subs, and I asked why my subs weren't made first. They said that they make the pickup orders first. I explained that I was actually in the place, waiting for my food, and someone that ordered online for pickup might not be here for 20 minutes. I was told that they still had to make online orders first, and I decided that I will go to another Jimmy Johns in the future. I've ordered from this location a couple of times and each experience has been poor. The first time I ordered from this location, it took over an hour to receive my food. I understand restaurants having busy periods and being short staffed at times, so that's what I thought the situation was. The second time I ordered from them the same thing happened. This last time ordering with them was my final time. I placed my order for 1 sandwich at 1:00pm. At 1:45pm the app said my food was finally out for delivery. At 2:30pm the app said my order had been delivered. So it took them an hour and a half to make and "deliver" my food. I went outside to grab my order and it was no where to be found. I asked that they deliver to my front door. I looked around, I even waited a little bit incase the driver were still on the way (trying to give the benefit of the doubt). Still nothing. I called the store to see where my order was. The guy who answered the phone said he would call the driver to see. When he came back on the line, he said the driver didn't know if he delivered my order or to where and that they would cancel my order and refund my money because he didn't know what else to do. They cancelled my order, however they kept the money I left for a tip, and I never got my food. To keep the tip on an order I never received is terrible. Safe to say, I'll never order from this location again. read more

For a sandwich that's known for its bread being fresh, this was awful. Actually, one of the worst subs I've had in ages. The bread was so dried out, it tasted like it was from two days ago. I Love this Jimmy Johns. I am in and out of this place and back to work in under 15 min. They Truly are freaky fast! The sandwiches are made well and everyone is very friendly. It always puts you in a good mood when you go in to a place and everyone is lively and upbeat. My complaint, they get so busy that they don't answer the phone or I am on hold a long time! The commercials tell the truth about how fast they deliver. It isn't freaky, it is downright WEIRD! I ordered from them online and no joke they were at my door with food in 8 minutes. The subs were really good and fresh. The chips are bagged chips so they are neither here nor there. The bread is awesome... crispy flaky on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. True to their claims they are freaky fast, even on a busy night. They are also acceptionally friendly. Their sandwiches leave something to be desired, though, and for the rising costs I expect more. Like the ads on TV they are fast. However we were not impressed with the overall quality/flavor of the sandwich. Pay extra for a pickle? Crazy. Asked for iced tea and found it was that crap from the soda dispenser machine. When I questioned where the fresh brewed tea was all I got was, "We don't have that here. This was a group order for pickup, delivery wasn't available to a park. Group order option awesome, but this experience was terrible. Gave the store 4 hours to complete order but when we got there they hadn't started (Quote: "Oh yeah, forgot about that"). When we got back to our baseball tournament the orders weren't separated and writing on the sandwiches was illegible. Took 15 minutes to figure out whose was whose with over 30 sandwiches. Had to open many to figure out. Even JJs feedback form sucks, it took 4 times to submit and still not sure it worked. read more

Just ordered two sandwiches from here, the person that answered the phone didn't know how to speak very well and slurred every word. They should not be answering the phone if people have a hard time understanding them. It seemed like she was upset with me because I couldn't understand her poor grammar skills. So the whole freaky fast thing only works if they know how to use GPS....and basic directions...and landmarks. Ordered online and got a confirmation within 2min. I've ate JJs in the past and it was always "freaky fast", truly. Well today took 55min....yes 55min and that's from the time THEY HAD ON MY RECEIPT. Come on guys 55min to make one sandwich and drive 2.1miles. Guy called and said he couldn't find it. Gave him one land mark and he said got it great and couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. After him driving past the house 3 times I went out and flagged him down but of course I could have walked there and back lol. If the food wasn't good I probably would eat here for a while but am definitely forgoing this specific shop. To top it off the sandwich was made incorrectly and the condiments requested, which were also stated on my receipt, were no where to be found.
