Came to this Jersey Mike's today, and I quickly realized I'm never going back. They gave us an attitude the whole time we were there. We wanted a little more onions, Lettuce and Mayo and they acted like we asked for free sandwiches. If I'm paying 20$ for one sandwich you can give me a few more onions and lettuce. When we asked for "a little" Extra mayo the lady globs down about a cup of meyo to spite us as she gives us an attitude. Her name was Briana and then one of her coworkers, a female came out(I think she was the manager) and tried to man up on me like I was some kind of criminal asking for my sandwich to be made how I like to eat it. Very condescending and rude and unprofessional. Horrible service. There was a new male employee getting trained today who was very nice when we first walked in, but the two women really had myself and my best friend leaving this Jersey Mike's with a VERY bad taste in our mouth. I will not come here again and I will be contacting corporate with the full story. As a paying customer who walks in happy and ready to spend money, I should never walk out unhappy from bad service. The manager would rather come out, call me a liar, and rather than deescalate the situation, she comes out and tries to talk down to us in front of other employees so she can look cool. This is Poor poor management, poor judgement and honestly an embarrassment to the Jersey Mike's brand. read more

Sandwiches I get are consistently of average scale. It's a nice option for fast food sandwiches. They've got three different sizes and you can even add mushrooms to your sandwich (they're hidden in the back). Customer service is nice enough. read more

This is the second time I've done a mobile order from this location and had a problem. I ordered 2 Turkey sandwiches (#7) one Mikes Way with Extra Mayo, Avocado, Pickles, & Banana peppers. It had No Meat No cheese & No Banana Peppers The 2nd sandwich was supposed to be No onions, add Mayo,Avocado, & pickles, NOT EXTRA MAYO!! My sandwich was so soggy Then to top it off I asked for for Lays Classic Chips & got Baked. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZED THIS JERSEY MIKES AGAIN! You got me twice there won't be a third! I have to say, I am overly impressed with today's service. I am pregnant and unfortunately cannot eat deli meats because there is too much risk. I wanted a veggie sandwich and so I came in to order and to my surprise Jersey Mike's uses the same slicer for meat and cheese. I was getting nervous in line wondering if I should be ordering a sandwich here at all as I would be getting cheese on my sandwich. When I told the gal behind the counter that I wanted a veggie sandwich, she said OK no problem I'm going to wipe down the machine. She wiped down the entire machine without me even having to ask and said that it is company policy to do so when they get an order for a veggie sandwich. I was so happy! Disappointed how food is handled. Grill was not cleaned after each cooked order. Lettuce scraps from previous made sandwiches were scrapped together and dumped back in lettuce bin. Cross contamination, you don't place food that dropped on counter / cutting board back with fresh produce. Because you're gloves does not mean you can touch everything. New spot by the Carson Mall next to Smashburger. This one recently opened so of course it looks very clean and definitely new. Pretty good amount of indoor seating. Plenty of parking since it's shared with the mall parking. Menu is pretty much the same as all other locations I got my usual regular #8 on wheat with just the sauces and oregano. I also like their Philly Steak sandwich as well. Normally for drink I get ice tea but I opted for the strawberry lemonade this time which was good not too sweet and was tasty. I will be back to pick up my lunch from here since it's near by my work. read more

I love Jersey Mike's so I decided to try this new location in Carson. Its 1245 ish and there is a line of course. But the wait isn't to long. I like the location, adjacent to Sears with plenty of parking. Customer service is mediocre, not that Mikes spirit like when I've walked into other locations. No one is smiling, just that resting face look. There is an employee taking orders while your waiting in line, but only if you were ordering a hot sandwich. The place is clean and neat with ample seating inside and outside. I ordered the number 9 as usual my way. The bread has a nice texture to it. It's like a soft crunch. The deli shaved meat is fresh and authentic. The nine has roast beef and turkey and Swiss and I delete the bacon. All the ingredients were fresh. The quacamole looked really brown. I don't get that, but it looked unappetizing. I used a 2.00 off coupon which brought my sandwich under 7.00 . For a half sandwich. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for. I ordered a sub with roast beef and provolone. I clearly asked the lady to add everything except oil. I waited and I was on my phone killing time while they made it. I got my sub and there was only cheese, meat, and lettuce. Like what is going on in their minds. If I asked for everything, I want pickles, tomatoes, even Mayo. Why isn't this the bare minimum of customer service and awareness. They did this the second time. They also managed to somehow stain my sandwich with avocado. I'm allergic to avocado. They can never get my wife's order correct. If you change the ingredients on a sandwich they screw it up everytime. Last three times I've ordered for my wife, I've had to have them remake it. The Jersey Mike's in Carson has the worst store manager and customer service! I ordered a giant club supreme. After getting home and having a couple of bites...I realized there was either wax paper or plastic on the cheese or meat of the sandwhich. I took 3/4 of the sandwich back to the store and after telling them the issue they informed me they could remake my club supreme but as a regular size sandwich...I ask to speak to a manager and received a disrespectful response...I told them to keep their sandwich. All I wanted was to be compensated for the sandwich I purchased and the inconvenience of having to return to address the issue with my sandwich. I did not appreciate the dismissive attitude the manager had regarding my concern about the sandwich. I order "The Big chicken Kahuna" which was number #55, the cashier charged me for a number #56 instead, which was steak. I do not eat beef, so believe me I was in a bad situation, especially for a person whom was just visiting Carson, CA. When I got home I was devastated because I was starving. Experience was horrible. I give it a big negative ... The girl was ringing up the sandwiches... had on gloves but didn't even bother to change her gloves when she decide to work on the sandwiches. I confronted her because I thought it was my sandwich and she said it's not my... it doesn't matter if it was my sandwich or not... she should change her gloves after touching cash... that's just plain disgusting! On top of that it was a long line... I only order one sandwich... she took order for the three people behind me... after my sandwich was made... she didn't even wrap up my sandwich so I can get out of there... she ask the other customers what they want on the sandwiches... I spoke up and said to her ...I only order one sandwich why am I waiting for her to make the other three customers sandwiches...? I don't understand how it's so simple to not answer your phone I tried calling to place an order for pick up but simply I do not get an answer I don't understand how hard it is to answer your phone and take an order .....online ordering takes longer and is not as easy as calling and placing an order customer service at this location should be really reconsidered on how they train employees. I used to work at a jersey mikes and we never had that many issues there my sandwich always come sloppy made, missing ingredients, they always forget my extra bacon. Then when you try and call the store to talk to someone they DO NOT answer the phone. Called 5 times about a messed up order never answered or I never got a call back and it's not the first time. It's a shame this restaurant gets such a bad rep. I've been to many Jersey Mikes and this location does not stick out as having horrible customer service or products. I, along with family members order from this location and never had any issues. This past week I witnessed a customer trying to enter the location without a mask, the fact that the employee even had to let the customer know is an issue for the customer. I use to work at a Jersey Mike when I was in HS so i know how things need to be done. I was on my lunch and there was the Jersey mike across the street from my job. Got in and there about three people ahead of me but it was fine. It took about 10 mins to finally order. I ordered a hot and cold sub and i got my cold sub quick but the lady on the grill who was heavy set(not trying to offend), she was doing hot subs and she was taking too long. It took her about 10 mins too make my food and when she handed it to me... it was no acknowledgment or anything or even a thank you. I will not order from this place again. We placed our order online for the first time and they did not satisfy the entire order. We ordered a Chicken Parmesan and were told this location doesn't make it, but it's available to order online. The online order requests your phone number so that they can call you for any issues with your order. They didn't call. Otherwise, we would have cancelled the order. The music, maybe it is the acoustics, but it is so loud in here it's hard for the employees to hear or even hear the person sitting next to you. Just went in to get dinner. First the lady was extremely slow yo ask what we wanted then she says they have no wheat bread. I agreed to white bread. She was so slow and rude. After mine was finished my husband stood waiting. She said , did you want to order? How crazy, no he was standing there for his health! So ordered a meatball. Same woman moved so slow, did not ask if he wanted anything else on the sandwich.... 5 minutes later, after looking for bags, we paid... still waiting...Could see she was taking her time even though nothing needed cooked, just scooped put into a roll. Then she slowly brings it over. He wanted oregano but so the lazy woman didn't ask sp we had to get it to go... again waiting for it to be put in a cup. There was none else in the place and there are 4 employees!. We have always loved this Jersey Mike's since it opened...well not now! Absolutely the laziest slowest person..
