The work group chose this place two days in a row for lunch. The almost only thing I basically will not eat ever is a sub sandwich. I did order the wrap version and had two different types each day. I will say the wraps were both good but my only thing was that I didn't expect for them to be cooked and be so hot since I don't ever eat sub sandwiches and especially since it was super hot outside after already working physically for many hours before we ate lunch there. The one thing you should know though is that the server that you place the order with is very nice and the food was good and the other guys with me did love their own sub sandwiches and the chips. They don't care in the slightest and aren't doing anything about it or reviewing with their staff. I personally have not had this issue here before so it seems they've instructed staff to not give more than 5 slices of meat per giant sandwich. Yes I counted as they sliced it but I did not say anything given I knew they'd say "we have to charge for extra meat" and I'm not paying more for an already $20 sandwich that should have enough meat on it to begin with. They just don't know how to execute . If you ate depending on an order being ready when committed to this is not your store. A guy in front of me put his order in the day before and it was not ready for at least 30 minutes after the committed time. My pick up time also 35 min later than expected and I had groceries in the car. It would have been ok if they had just said it will be at least 30 minutes hadn't lied and said mine was "being worked on right then" which didn't even start on it for 25 minutes. Then i noticed they worked on orders out of order so people with a much later time stamp or coming in later were getting their sandwiches ahead of other folks that had been therr waiting . I will preface my review with this. I am very fond of Jersey Mike's. I order there at least 3 times a month for years. I have a large family, so we order 5-6 giants every time. This was my second time ordering at this location. The first time was about 3 weeks ago and I ordered 5 giant sandwiches, with extra meat for 2 giant roast beef and provolone sandwiches. Order was received, no issues. Employees were not overly friendly, but I have gotten used to that these days. Not much expectation from me anymore regarding customer service. Got home and neither of my roast beef sandwiches had extra meat. I let it go and moved on with my life. Last night, I placed an order on the app, like I do every time, at around 7:57pm. The order was for 5 giants and 1 regular. The app said the order would be ready at 8:17 PM. I arrived at the store at 8:16 PM, I walked inside and there was an older woman making my sandwiches, no greeting, no welcome, she just glared at me, and as I walked up to the counter, I smiled, said hello, and told her I had a pick up order, she immediately cut me off and said, very rudely, "it's not ready yet and if you're gonna place an order of this size, you need to give us an hour notice" My immediate response was a perplexed, "oh really, for six sandwiches?" she barked back and said, "yes." Not wanting to escalate this any further since she was still making my food and I didn't trust that she wouldn't f**k with my food, I went back out and waited in my truck for another 15 minutes until I saw that she had finished, and rather than bring the bag out to me like a good employee would, she just set it on the rack and of course before I could open the door, she had scurried to the back like a cockroach and left the young man who was working with her upfront. He didn't have anything to do with it, so I didn't bother him with any complaints. He thanked me and I grabbed my bag and walked out. Only positive of the experience was the young man working with her, which he probably hates. When I got home, I opened up the two roast beef sandwiches that were ordered with extra meat. There was barely any meat on it to begin with, let alone extra. All of the sandwiches looked like they were short on meat. I have been noticing this for a while now, I think it's because the owner sold out. Ever since Blackstone took it over, the sandwiches have been very skimpy. This could be just my experience, but I've ordered here enough over the years to know that the meat was and has been short. Also, I've never heard of ordering an hour ahead for five sandwiches. That should be light work for a place that only sells sandwiches! That's all they do! I worked in the restaurant industry, and have owned a cheesesteak restaurant for years, if 2 employees can't make 5 to 6 sandwiches in less than 10 minutes, you should probably find a new job. It's not rocket science. She was just a cranky old woman that didn't want to work, because it was an hour before closing. The place was dead, the parking lot was completely empty so there was ZERO reason why it took almost 40 minutes to make six sandwiches. Legitimate question. What happens if six people come in and order one sandwich each? Are you going to make them wait an hour? See how ridiculous that sounds. Or if you walk in to McDonald's and order 6 combo meals, are they going to make you wait an hour? Whoever owns this location, your employees are probably losing you tons of money, and I know you are a franchise, so you need every customer you can get. Unless you don't care, like most corporations don't, but I thought I'd mention it just in case you were one of the few that actually cares to give your customers what they pay for, along with a positive experience in a friendly atmosphere. Reach out if you'd like. I'm here for any feedback you need. Needless to say, I will not return to this location. If you want to be chastised about what you order and you want to pay for something that you don't get, this is definitely your place. Bottom line, If the app says it's going to be ready at a certain time, it's not the customer's fault. If the app said the order would have been ready at 8:30, I would've showed up at 8:29. So, to the snotty lady that was working last night on October 16th 2025 at around 8:00 PM, if you don't want to work, just quit and find a job that you might be better at. Don't ruin our experience because you are having a bad day. I'm sorry that you hate your life and your job, but check your problems at the door. I hope your manager/owner sees this, and appropriate action is taken. In the 10 years I have been a jersey mikes customer, I have never ONCE been told to give an hours notice for ordering 6 sandwiches. The reality is...she probably IS the manager and nothing will change. I do want my money back for the extra meat I never received. At $23 a sandwich, I'm not letting this go. read more

First time ever stepping foot in a Jersey Mike's (was born and raised a Subway girl...lol) and this location nailed it! Had the famous Philly Cheesesteak w extra cheese and it was AMAZING! The place was extremely clean, too. But the biggest reason I am writing this review is because of the service. I told the guys it was my first time there...and they all enthusiastically told me I get a free chocolate chip cookie. BONUS! Woohoo! But the thing about it was it seemed all the employees there were really enthusiastic about their job. I've worked with a lot of younger, early in their career and these guys just seemed above and beyond engaged in the business and taking care of their customers. Not sure when the quality of the product declined at this location. When it first opened sandwiches were great, full of meat and toppings as requested, hot subs hot and juicy. Yesterday my Philly cheese steak lacked any significant amount of cheese or peppers onions and meat was over grilled. Special order for extra lettuce and Mike's juice on a turkey sandwich was ignored or completely missed. Were originally from NJ vacationed in Point Pleasant many times and hold Jersey Mike's near and dear. But not so much this location. Franchise owner needs to step up the quality of product. This Jersey Mike's location has always been a struggle, but is the closest to home so I continue to try. Today I had an inexperience there that will be my last visit to that location, perhaps Jersey Mike's in general. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the 10+ employees had made 100 to go sandwiches and not made a single sandwich for a person in line. There was no acknowledgment from the staff that they were extremely busy, no apologies or thank you for our patience. It literally was like crickets. After 20 minutes, and a line out the door, I decided to speak up and express my frustrations. The woman making sandwiches looks up at me and then says "have a good time coming up to get your sandwich". I am an extremely patient person, pride myself on being kind, but this was absolutely appalling. I understand they feel overwhelmed, but to speak to a customer that way, who is about to come eat in your establishment is disgusting. It felt like a direct threat, and I chose to take my business elsewhere. Our hot sandwich was ready, but our two cold subs weren't even started. It took an additional 17 minutes to get our cold subs. And the staff had a very cavalier attitude, so to add insult to timing injury, the staff on hand didn't even offer a veiled apology. Bread is always dry and hard. Hard to the point that after ordering ahead and driving home and it's been marinated in "Mikes Way", it can still sound like a rock on the counter. Minimal effort is actually put forth in making the actual sandwich as it's barely filled with anything. So you basically pay for rock hard bread. The service here is always amazing, but much like the other reviews have stated, if you order delivery, it'll most likely be wrong. I know of at least four times we've placed orders and after receiving delivery we discover the incorrect order. It's usually not a big deal, but after just gets to be annoyingly expected when we order delivery that one of the subs most likely will be wrong. Again, all of the staff here has been great, it's just a bummer to have this be a constant mishap. read more

Why on earth they can't keep their menu working on the app is beyond me. For every other JM location I have ever ordered from, the app works flawlessly. But this place? Who knows.
