We head here once a month or so for lunch. We typically order their $7 chicken combo with 3 chicken pieces, fries, a drink and a sundae. We've always had good luck with this. The staff is friendly and most of the time the food is piping hot. We both think the DQ French fries are by far the best fast food fries. And of course we occasionally stop by for a Blizzard. During my time off of at work decided to go to Dairy Queen where i found one of your workers named Shane Brown, who repeatedly sweared and screamed at me i even believed he called me a racial slur towards my skin color, while i was in the drive through for to long according to him while i was taking my order. Whenever i figured out i wanted a chili cheese dog, it was mushed up and i found spit all over it, these actions better not be repeated or action will be taken further. read more

This review is for the drive thru. It's always fast and efficient. It's the only fast food restaurant in town so it's pretty busy for Cave Creek. It has such a cute small town feel. Would recommend the drive thru for a quick treat. They do have picnic tables outside and seating inside but I rarely eat inside. read more

I like Dairy Queen food and drinks. Stopped here for some Ice cream cones, and Chicken strips with french fries. It was not bad. We have a few of these stores back home. So no. A few of the workers were nice enough but most were not. We took our kids there to get dinner after their game and get ice cream for my youngest daughter's birthday (she was really excited about her gift card). We get there and after we order food they close the dining area so we have to get out and go through drive thru with my older son. They forget his food, mess up my blizzard (Oreo and cookie dough) and then when we say we are missing chicken fingers they make us go through drive thru again!!! Completely unapologetic for messing up my blizzard, never offered or fixed it, and by the time my son got through drive thru again we were done. So it's was about 945 pm on a week day night. Was up in scottsdale for the evening. Had a pretty stressful night due to gate security at my friends house. My BMW was not allowed inside of the gated community. Because of its obnoxious flame tune and ethanol injection tuning so in hopes to lighten my night up I decided to come to this location. And let me tell you this was the best location I have ever been to. Was met with a beautiful cashier who took my order and I got my food in a fast manner. The food was amazing. Floors and bathroom were super clean. They unfortunately used a banana that was not ripe so it had zero flavor. Ice cream is good, food is acceptable, the place is run by a few kids I guess that is expected at a dairy queen.

Do not trust the takeout because they make more mistakes than not. But the worst part is that they don't provide decent customer service when they make mistakes. Joann claims to be the manager and is very rude to customers. This happens a lot. Cave creek is sort of a small town, and people talk. I hope the owners fix it. read more

Been here couple time and will never go back. Ordered 2 small cones on the first visit by the time I got to the drive up window the cones had been sitting there for probably five minutes and they were dripping all over the counter. So I said your gonna have to remake those cones because there is no way we could eat those. So she turned around didn't say anything walked off. She finally came back with 2 new cones didn't say a thing handed me the cones and closed the window, still so soft could hardly eat then. Owner and 2 person crew on Monday night having a bad night. Over charged me $16.46 for a small and medium Blizzard (think they were adding their own tips into charge). Younger girl would not put lids on cups so melted in car on way home. If you are so overwhelmed and short staff just close don't cheat your customers or give half a$$ product. read more

We visit this location weekly and always have great service. The restaurant could use some updating but as for the service and food it's A++++. When it's busy the staff never stops moving, I've never seen kids sitting around on their phones. Super impressed with this location. read more
