The WORST Jersey Mike's ever. Ordered a "Giant" sub and the prep only slice one layer of cold cut roast beef throughout the sub, I should had ordered a veggie sub instead. I don't know what's going on at this location but they can't seem to get it together enough to make online orders correctly. Our order was so messed up it was barely edible. Not one sandwich in our order was done correctly. Pretty disappointing when I pretipped and paid around 50 dollars for our order. They need to pay attention or find somewhere else to work. read more

I asked was the bread soft and the sandwich maker made a face and smirked with a sarcastic laugh to say "Why wouldn't it be, we just baked the bread today." I love Jersey Mike's subs. I always get the giant Turkey with provolone cheese on white bread with all the toppings, minus jalapeños. They load it up! I have download the app to start earning points. This was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike's. The order went through on the app, but I forgot to add a beverage. No prob, I could pay with one of the twenties I carry for miniscule purchases. The kid running the cash register gave me $2.16 change. Huh? Where's the rest of it? The manager said she'd check the security camera. She ended up telling me that she counted the cash drawer and it wasn't short. Why in the hell would it be short?! You just robbed me of $15 and the drawer should be over, not short. So, the employee can't tell 20 from 5, and apparently the manager can't count. Whatever was on the security camera wasn't mentioned. How convenient. I definitely won't be back. I suggest paying on the app or swiping your card because you run the risk of being a robbery victim, too, if you pay with cash. Oh, and the sandwich? Meh. Nothing to make it stand out. The manager never did reach out and make it right but I have either been in there for take out or sent my husband in many times and it is my favorite place for subs. For anyone reading my reviews just know this, I'm not a serial complainer. Alot of the reviews I don't want to write however I do it as to not tear down or knock down someone's business but to make folks aware of these places. Some places I give second chances and I did with Jersey Mike's. There are people who read the reviews and form their own opinions...thats ok. THIS LOCATION HAS ROACHES, MOLD & other FUNGUSES. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT. I have been into this location many times before I realized how unsanitary this place really was. I love Jersey Mikes. But THIS Jersey Mikes needs to be shut down. The manager of this location talks about her employees and ex employees like they are trash!!!! While there are customers in the store!!! If you want to be disgusted just go look under their table and chairs they have set to the side, or the mold in their fountain drink dispenser. ***THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVE FROM THE EMPLOYEES IS GREAT.*** Just a nasty store, is all. Completely unorganized. They'll have employees stop working on getting the line down to work on takeout orders. They don't assign a couple people to work on takeout and then a couple to work on in person orders. It's random and chaotic so people stand around between ordering and paying for 30 minutes. A little pricey but the beat subs around. We love Jersey Mike's and are happy to see that they've branched our to more locations. My favorite is the #7 (turkey and provolone), Mike's way and add pickles. The customer service is always great. I love that you have the option to input your phone number and we often get free subs. This location is always clean. Since the Covid pandemic they have placed serval tables and lines on the floor to ensure proper distancing between the guests and the food. Great job! read more

I love this Jersey Mike's. My husband was eating low carb and their big kahuna sub in a tub is soo good , we get it even if we are but watching our carbs. The manager here is awesome. She is just great!! Their regular Subs are great too!! Their bread is yummy. My favorite is the club sub with bacon and all the veggies. Eat it there if you can or get the pickles s d peppers on the side. It sogs up fast. Their big Kauna is my whole families favorite though. Chicken or beef. Both are delish!!! I love to get a side of pickles or a full cup... yes you can buy a cup of their pickles. I love the point thing too!! Always sign up for this as it does pay off with free subs. Why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars: I do think they are super expensive for a Sandwich, you can literally get a whole meal at a steak house ( Texas road house or Logan's ) but when you don't wanna mane it yourself this is a good place. I'm not sure what has happened to the quality of food at Jersey Mike's. I came in today and ordered two regular #7's (Turkey and Provolone). One was Mike's Way and the other had banana peppers added. Both were drenched through the paper and bag. Which wouldn't had been so bad, if the bread was the actual Jersey Mike's bread, crispy on top and soft on the inside. No, this bread was the equivalent to Subway's Italian bread, and completely soggy! I wouldn't be so upset, but I literally paid double the price for sandwiches that are the same low quality as Subway's, except with less toppings to offer. Today was our FIRST day to do takeout in 7 weeks of isolation.I have never had a Jersey Mike's so I have been wanting to try it. I call and order ahead and arrive 16 minutes later and order not ready. Waited 10 min to get to counter and the guy fixing our subs sneezed and not wearing a mask! He did sneeze in his elbow and was behind a shield but NO mask! I left! Could not believe it. I told the manager I was cancelling and felt uncomfortable.
