My first time being in / to a Jimmy John's was ok. The Staff was very nice though the young gentleman taking my order and ringing me up was evidently in training as it took a couple of minutes to get my card actually ran for the transaction. The food? I got the Cuban sandwich which was definitely blasé. The bread was good but the contents of the sandwich were meager and non impressive. They're better than subway but, Newk's leaves JJ's in the dust as far as sandwiches go. It's nothing bad about this Clarksville location but, I won't be returning to any JJ's for quite a while if there are better options available. read more

I always loved eatime their subs. I first ate from one in Va. And it was so good. Usually eating from there I ordered the gargantuan. I am a big meat lover and usually only had it when we were traveling and staying in a hotel. This time I was getting it as takeout to bring home. I thought their sandwiches only came in one size. My hubby and I found this location and was surprised they had a drive thru and had giant subs. I have to admit compares to Subway (which does not have giant subs) or jimmy johns (which does) the prices are a little higher, but for what you get I can get 3 meals out of one for me or cut it in half and share with my husband. There is more meat and less fillers with vegetables. I love veggies but when you want a sub to take to a park or down ny the river this comes up clutch. We went twice over memorial day weekend. The first time was later in the Evening. We were the only customers and the workers took a little longer than they probably could have but we were grateful and thankful to find a late night sub shop around here. The second time we only bought a big one and shared it in a park by a lake. Both of us got a second meal off our halfs. This time the drive thru was faster. Next time maybe I will try another kind than the gargantuan. Its so addicting and delicious. Can I give them 10 stars? Is there a loyalty program for them? Sign me up. You guys rock. I walked in last minute and the staff had a positive attitude instead of the "dang, one more customer but I'm ready to go home" attitude. They were able to recommend subs by what all i wanted without looking at the menu!! Last but not least, the food was still fresh and hit the spot! read more

Originally screwed up our order, but made it right. ..and great subs! Thanks! Love Jimmy John's, a great upgrade over subway/Quiznos and very affordable. Bread and meat make the sandwiches. We ordeed "to go", and realized they forgot one of our sandwiches and a pickle. I called them up, and after a little discussion, they offered to give us store credit or deliver the missing items. (We had 5 hungry folks so we chose the delivery). Missing items got to our place in about half an hour. Thanks again for making it right! read more

This was our first visit to a Jimmy John's, and we will not be back. When we ordered, we thought we would tell them what veggies we wanted as they were making our sandwich (like almost every other sandwich shop), and the cashier didn't tell us otherwise, so after we ordered and paid, we ended up with no extra veggies on our sandwiches like we had wanted. When we realized this (as they were making our sandwiches), we asked if they could add a couple things to them and the employees made it seem like a big deal and half of the things we wanted (like pickles) are apparently side items, so they don't put them on the sandwiches. On top of that, the food that we did receive wasn't even good quality. I could have bought better quality meat, cheese and bread from walmart. So, although, the food wasn't terrible, it wasn't something I'll ever pay for again. read more

Out of typical chain sub places Jimmy Johns holds its own. Their quick and everything is fresh. They make their own pickles and chips which are amazing! Their Italian subs are great the dressing is a lot better than most. Delivery is fast. Go there all the time. read more

Just so a manager knows what butts need to go in the grinder, i went at 7:55 pm on 06/24/2018. ordered a turkey and a tuna sandwich. I would like to start off by saying the restaurant for being fast food was a pretty nice place. Unfortunately the staff was highly incompetent. I first pulled up to the drive thru no response after about 10 minutes so i slammed it in reverse and backed into a parking spot. Upon going inside i noticed they only had one customer who had already been helped so why the delay at the drive thru window. Then we approached the counter where the guy just looked at me like i was stupid in a what do you want kind of way.After letting him know i wanted the 2 sandwiches they made them but didn't ask me anything as to what i wanted on them so i got very bland poorly made sandwiches so thanks. FYI. if you like going to jimmy johns i would say go to the one on Madison st. they seem to have their stuff together and usually provide at least adequate service. Dear owner, Your paying them to much and i would probably fire them do to the business they are losing you. read more

My husband and I ordered from here last night online from the App on my Android. I had a #10 and he had a #5, and they were good! For a total of 11.75 we had both sandwiches in less than fifteen minutes. It really was freaky fast delivery! The sandwiches were tasty and fresh. There was only one high chair for the entire restaurant, which was taken, and the service was not that great. Our sandwiches were put together pretty sloppy with a massive pile of onions on one spot of the sandwich. The price seemed a little too steep fro what you are getting... We have had a much better experience eating at subway. read more

I've only been here twice & the subs were ok, but nothing exciting to write home about. I much rather prefer Subways or even Walmart's selection of subs. At least with both of them you have different options of breads & cheeses, (which in my opinion can make or break a sandwich).
