As a longtime customer, I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with the customers and friends I've referred there over the years. The steak fries were not fresh at all and were extremely salty to the point of being uneatable. We only ate about half of our burgers, and the rest had to be discarded. It felt like a waste, especially since the steak fries had to be thrown out too. A few of my coworkers didn't enjoy their burgers either.
