I pulled forward to place my order and there was a human! A very courteous and knowledgeable young man there to help answer all my questions and make recommendations. I mentioned it was my first time so it would take me a bit of time to he said no problem and started walking me through the menu and recommending options based on my answers to his questions. I settled on the double bacon burger with avocados and tater tots with barbecue sauce for dipping and a flavored lemonade. He offered to add a jaggers sauce and explained with the expertise of a trained sommelier the ingredients and flavor profile of said sauce. True to his word, it was indeed smokey with a hint of pepper. The line moved quickly, payment was easy, and I was on my way. The burger was juicy and had all the right proportions for the condiments. I checked and it had mayonnaise and mustard, but it was still a bit bland. In hindsight, I should have added some of the jaggers sauce, but I didn't want the sauce to overpower the avocado and bacon flavors. Tots were good and seasoned. The drink was about 1/3 beverage and 2/3 ice so I made a mental note to ask for light ice next time. Overall, great meal with lots of options to try later. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. This was a car in the driveway after a long day meal so unfortunately, I didn't take pictures.

That said, you get what you pay for. The meat is better, the veggies are fresher, and the portion sizes are on point. You can get righteous cheese curds and their seasonal specials are pretty dang good (looking at you, walleye!) This location is clean and the employees give the impression that they are actually happy to be there.

The frozen custard here is spectacular. As I was having my chocolate decadence two scoops today,…read morethe thought went through my head "You know, I think that I prefer the density and texture of this to Italian gelato." Both work from a custard base, eggs, when done right. A few months back I had seen a YouTube video of a Brit who was taste testing fish and chips around the US. He tried the one at an East coast Culver's franchise and gave it a thumbs up. So, a few months back, I visited the Fulshear location and tried it. Their batter sucked up a lot of oil and the oil temp was off so it was really greasy. They kindly made a fresh batch for me and treated me to a butter pecan frozen custard for my patience. It was just okay. The owner of this franchise reached out to me and advised that they work really hard to have quality fish. For me the issue was not the fish, which is really good, but their particular batter that absorbs so much oil. Note: having lived in the UK, I've had a lot of fish and chips there. So a trip today to Katy to pick up some things at Nellis put me near to their Katy location. And I saw that they are featuring walleye currently. I ordered the 3 piece fish with two sides of cole slaw as I think their fries are forgettable. About $21. The fish was really good, but again, the batter recipe they've come up was not one that I was thrilled by. Great crunch but I needed to grab napkins and remove as much grease as possible in order to enjoy the meal. I finished off with that afore mentioned chocolate decadence and enjoyed it so much I ordered a two scoop vanilla with marshmallow cream after. The photo shows the stylized photo and the actual order. The second photo shows the oil I removed from the batter. Service...first rate. They've trained their staff well. Such nice people, going the "extra mile:. My compliments. Ambiance. Clean, fun environment. I am already dreaming about coming back for the frozen custard. Not the fish, but the custard for sure.

First, let's talk about the service which is extremely efficient you order at the counter and the weight staff brings out your meal shortly thereafter. The ambience is very plain like a diner very simple but very clean and so if you wanna grab some wonderful Greek food especially a Gyro you'll find no place better at least on the west side of town. The salads are wonderful of which I had a Greek why not I'm in a Greek restaurant but it was chalk full of wonderful, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and had a great dressing. In addition, I had a Gyro, which I really didn't even eat until later that day because the salad alone was filling. The owner happen to be in on this particular day as he often is in his restaurant. What a pleasant man we discussed what was going on in our community and then what his experience was in Michigan. He's always a delight to speak to. I would highly highly recommend Papa gyros..

I stopped in before an open house nearby, and it ended up being such a highlight of my day. The moment you walk in, it feels like a true family-owned Greek diner--unpretentious, warm, and inviting. Chris, the owner, welcomed me with a big smile and took the time to walk me through the specials, which says a lot about the pride and care behind this place. I ordered the gyro combo and it was next-level. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, stuffed generously with all the classic gyro essentials, and wrapped in warm, soft pita. Every bite was balanced and satisfying. The fries were fresh, hot, and flavorful--not an afterthought at all. And the baklava? Flaky, sweet, and rich without being overpowering--absolutely delicious. Don't skip the house hot sauce--it adds the perfect kick and takes the gyro to another level. This is exactly the kind of locally owned business that makes a neighborhood special. Incredible food, genuine hospitality, and the kind of place you confidently recommend to clients, friends, and anyone who wants to experience the area like a local. I'll definitely be back.

They always had good reviews and seen them mentioned many times on a local foodies FB page. And my brothers ofc is near by so we met here for lunch. 1- bring your appetite. 2 - you might need a to-go box. I did. They had so many choices. All look so appetizing. I went with the bacon avocado burger and onion rings. The pics don't lie. The burgers are massive I barely got down 1/2 and 2 ORs. Lots of bacon and chunks of avocado all held up by a huge patty and delicious bun. The rest would be for dinner. And it was. My brother went with the Lonestar. BBQ sauce, grilled onions and jalapeños and against, that huge patty. He was able get get all his gone but not sure how. Food was awesome and if you're a burger person, this is a bucket list stop. Pricing - we each got out as a combo meal and each was $16.95ish. So they're a bit pricy. But for portion size and quality it's a good deal. I got 2 meals off mine. Again, bucket list burger place. And they got more than burgers. The cashier said he had ate so much beef, he preferred the chicken wrap. Enjoy.

I ordered the cheeseburger, and while the burger is big, it still has to be put together well--and the bread should not be soggy at the bottom. Mine was, and the whole burger ended up being pretty messy. The onion rings had a cake-like texture--soft and sweet--but I think they could improve the batter so they stay a little sweet while still getting that crisp bite. The steak fries were not fresh at all and were extremely salty to the point of being uneatable. We only ate about half of our burgers, and the rest had to be discarded. It felt like a waste, especially since the steak fries had to be thrown out too. A few of my coworkers didn't enjoy their burgers either.
