If you plan on picking up your order, this place is okay. If you plan on having it delivered, forget it. This location is understaffed and the customer service is subpar. With the price of their sandwiches, you'd think you could get better service. Waited 1.5 hours for delivery. When we called, they said they didn't have a driver and uber eats would be delivering it. Once we hung up, we immediately got a text notifying us that an uber eats driver had been dispatched for our meal. Really??? I ordered on line and I paid $3.99 for delivery plus gave driver a $3 tip. crazy. i called after an hour and my sandwich was not ready. they said 25 more minutes. I find out they do not have delivery. My daughter went to pick our order up and it took another half hour. We got our order the bread was over cooked and like a rock. Jimmy John's (#1420) I have been to alot of Jimmy Johns over the years. Everyone has been well maintained and had great customer service. I had the unfortunate experience of that 0.5% that gives Jimmy Johns a black eye. The food was not to the level that Jimmy Johns requires. The bread was as hard as a rock, and It seemed like it was made 2 days ago. The employee's was dirty, not in the proper uniform. There was a serious lack of hand washing which made my experience horrible. Overall cleanness of the inside needs to be improved. It looked like a tornado went through there and they didn't care. Over all, the family and I tossed our meal away and went across the street to McDonald's. You only get one chance to keep or lose a customer. Ordered pick up for four sandwiches and a pickle. The entire bag was soaked in pickle juice. We have ordered twice from this location. The first time our order took an hour and a half before i finally called and was told they have no drivers and "they tried to call us to tell us" we had gotten no calls. Today we ordered again and after 40 minutes i called and they said our food was ready they were just waiting on the driver. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food (on a tuesday afternoon) and our order was made incorrectly. Management needs to do something to improve this store. former employee here, you're better off buying your own ingredients and making a sandwich at home. never have I ever seen a jimmy johns that operates so far from corporate standards, or any standards as a matter a fact. from cross contamination to no one else taking initiative to clean or detail anything. pay close attention you'll see employees barely wash their hands before touching food, veggies and meats being left on slicer for long periods of time, cross contamination of food products on the slicer, serving old veggies and meats and passing it off as fresh, exhibiting poor customer service, and overall doing the bare minimum. I am corporate certified, used be a GM for JJ's and actually used to love my Job. I really wanted this store to be a success, had faith in its people and loved it so much. but I am disappointed that I've been treated so poorly for all the work I've put into this store and seeing this store operate so far from any decent standard is sad! This place is so poorly run it wont be around for long. I came in right before the lunch rush (11:20 a.m. and 5 people in the store at the time) and was given the wrong sandwich. I called the store and the owner/manager Trevor told me he was too busy to deal with this. He also blamed me for his staff not being more careful with which sandwiches they gave out. The cashier did not tell me my ticket number and the person at the end of the assembly line did not ask what sandwich she was handing me. She only said, Ticket 18. My response was, I guess. The customer service at this store needs to improve a 100%. Trevor finally agreed to send a new sandwich to me but he was not happy about it. do not order for an event. horrible customer service. here is what happened. I ordered a week prior to the event and when I spoke with the store manger I was told it would be no problem and the order would not be to big. the day of the event I call when they open and I am told all is good they should have it all ready for me to pick up. I arrive 45 mins early to see if I need to get like a cooler bag to keep it fresh. I speak with the AM manager who asked when I actually need it and would actually have it delivered. I asked if he was sure as it was not in the delivery address and I was assured it was not issue. I then received a call that they needed to void the pick up order and charge me for delivery when the store offered to deliver I never asked and was there to pick up. ok whatever I did not complain we did it and I gave a tip before anything was delivered. I was again assured my order would be delivered on time. mind you this order was over $500. I head out to meet them and when no one arrived after 10mins I called and was informed it had left the store and I was the first stop. my location was about 15-20 mins away from the store. I gave them another 10 mins and called and was placed on hold so a peer of mine called and was told it was still being completed and they would not be there until an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. when I heard this I was still on hold so I hung up and called back and was informed by the manger that because he had to talk to me he was not making my order and they were so busy. he placed the blame on me when my order should have already been delivered. anyway when no one was there when they said they would which was a hour late they again said they had not finished as they were waiting on fresh bread. this order was delivered 1 hour and 50 mins late this event only had an hour left so over half the event was over. the bread was stale on the order and over all not great. the manager has offered 25% back which I have yet to receive verification and a gift card which I have yet to receive. this event was mid November. I have had email, phone, and complained through official channels trying to avoid this review but I don't feel like they have taken this serious and would hate for this to happen to anyone else. read more

Jimmy John's in Reunion shame on you for tryinG to skim the cash drawer, over charging customers for a sandwich with add on prices that are literally due to requests to with hold, yes withhold the tomatoes and mayo on a turkey slim sandwiches. Yes, that's correct, the cashier tried to up charge me to withhold the tomatoes and the mayo on a slim #4. $6.31 was the charge, they insisted. I said why is it $6.31, break it down meaning charges, insisting to add the lettuce, but exclude the tomatoes and mayo, would be $6.31. We went back and forth then I argued that the JJ little johns is $$3 why can't you give me that instead t, I asked because I just need a basically a plain turkey and cheese sandwich but the cashier and the guy making the sandwich I insisted it's still $6.31? I said you're kidding right? I've never paid that much even for the slims where I live. They looked at each other laughing and said no, meaning they weren't kidding, and he added, different neighborhoods charge different prices! They're skimming off the sales was mmmmmm first thought, I said forget it, I'm going to the next shop near my house, I'm not going to be a victim m to their scheming! We own a restaurant, I knew what tthey were doing from the moment the price didn't change as I argued about the discrepancy in menu and pricing, it was obvious, it was annoying, and my husband took a picture of the culprit staff members for proof. This happened at about 9 pm Sunday after Super Bowl, 2/2/20! This is unacceptable and it is likely something they do all time, hows your cash drawer balancing with these clowns? How many reverse charges or cancelled transactions occur daily? They're probably putting in false charges too especially If they think the customer is dumb or not asking for their receipt. The food here is great...but their delivery is terrible. We order all the time and more times than not...something is ALWAYS missing. And it's small things too...but if I ordered it....I WANT IT. One time a cookie missing, next time pickle, next time side of ranch....etc. How hard is it to double check the order? I go here often, but lately not as much... every time I go here, something is missed. They always, and I mean, ALWAYS forget something. One time it was my pickle, or to cut the pickle, or to cut the sandwich. They were not very busy today.. and still missed cutting my sandwich. They never give you a bag when you have more than one sandwich.. it's sad there. Terrible Customer Service Experience!!! We placed an online order for two customized sandwiches and pickles. The sandwiches were not customized. It included toppings we didn't want and was missing toppings we did want. We called the store, they said there is nothing that they can do, that what was sent to them is not what we ordered and we were told its not fair for the delivery driver to have to deliver the sandwiches again. This was a while back, but I still feel the need to share the bad experience I had at this Jimmy John's location. My family and I had just flown into DIA, and needed a quick bite to eat, so we decided to stop in at this Jimmy John's location on our way from the airport. We love the JJ BLT and Pepe subs, and are normally pleased with the service, so it was a no-brainer to get food here. My grandfather walked into the store with a bottle of water that he had purchased in the airport, and when we sat down to eat our subs, one of the staff members saw it and accused him of stealing it from the store shelf. The person who had taken our order asked to review the bill, and we calmly explained that it wouldn't be on it, because it was not purchased from their store. We'd thrown out the receipt we'd gotten from the bistro where we purchased the water, so, unfortunately, we couldn't provide that for them to squash the situation. When the staff member couldn't find it on our bill (which it wouldn't be on, because it was not from their store), all hell broke loose. We are an African American family, and this was my, at the time, 87-year old grandfather's, first time visiting the country. Absolutely terrible first experience of the U.S. I won't share the name of the employee who accused my grandfather of stealing, but his initials, I believe were M.V. He shook his head, and muttered something under his breath. I'm not quite sure what he muttered, but I found his response disrespectful. I explained to the staff member how embarrassed my family felt, and that I was upset that this had to be one of my grandfather's first experiences of the country. He rudely responded by telling me to stop playing the 'race card' in front of my entire family, and all the other staff members and individuals dining in the restaurant. If you are an African American, and you HAVE TO eat at this place, please be sure to show them everything you have in your purse, backpack, etc. before you sit down to have a meal. That way, you can be sure to avoid embarrassing situations such as this. There are plenty of other eating places in the surrounding area, your best bet is just to choose somewhere else. read more
