This is a regular $12 sub? Wow

Cost cutting at this location has been very noticeable. Less meat and smaller subs. All lettuce Management please do better

I guess I'm getting old because I swore I already reviewed this place. This place is close to work and we've gotten lunch for the team from this location a handful of times. In the world of sandwich shops, Jersey Mike's has always been at the top for me. Compared to places like Subway, and even the nearby Jimmy John's location, it seems no matter the location, you'll get a solid sandwich. It's a pretty simple menu, subs and wraps in various sizes. A mini is 4 inches and will be around $5.45, but is only available for the cold sub options. All the regulars are going to be $7-8 no matter what sub you choose and I appreciate that there isn't a huge variance in price for the same size no matter what you're putting on it. The regulars are 7-8 inches and are plenty for me, so I have no idea how giant the giant size is. Their white bread is excellent and you can't say that about a lot of places. They don't have as many bread options as Subway does, but their Rosemary bread is awesome and I'm pretty sure that's all you need. It's also worth noting that they offer gluten free bread. Chips, cookies, brownies and drinks are all separate of course. I miss the days when you could just get the price of a combo, but alas, no more. Chips are $1.19 and drinks range, but are mostly under $2. Mike's Way is onions, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, lettuce, red wine vinegar and oregano. That combo is amazing. I have to say getting it Mike's Way with no onions and add mayo is a real winning combination with the Turkey and Provolone or the Roast Beef too. So good! By the way, this is one of the few sandwich shops where I will eat the turkey, usually can't stand it at other places. Overall, great quality on their meats. You can call in an order or order online for pick up. I suggest doing this as they get pretty packed. Even non peak times seem busy at this location. Also, all locations do catering which I've done at several of the other locations for team meetings. They need a days notice, but you can get 5 different sandwiches cut up and it makes people happy! Service can be a bit spotty here occassionally, especially on the phone. I'm used to other locations having stellar service always, but it's nothing major. This is still a great choice for lunch. 4 1/2 stars!

Excellent sandwiches, excellent service. If you've never had it, the pepper relish is amazing. My only complaint is that this location is a little small.

Jersey Mike's is okay, but only offers white bread... much prefer sandwich shops that offer a variety of breads.

Best meat market/bistro/frozen adult beverages place on the planet!…read more There are so many different things to compliment. So, I'll start with the origin, the meat market. The butcher and market staff are top notch. They know their meats and have amazing quality for not an astronomical price. They are my go-to when I am looking to prepare quality proteins. The bistro is one of the best places to get a meal. Their menu is always changing, but they do keep a few staples. For one, their fried catfish plate is probably one of the best I've ever had (I was born and raised in Arkansas, and I have eaten A LOT of catfish in my life). Frozen Flurry's is a treat in itself. They have a rotating selection of various frozen adult beverages that are really good and just right to take home for your own party. We will get a couple half-gallon jugs to go at least once a month! In all of this, the staff and the ownership are friendly, helpful, and make everyone feel welcome.

We were starving so stayed and had catfish plate and smoked turkey sandwich. This is the first time we were not super satisfied with our meals. Maybe it was because we were looking forward to brisket tacos & chicken & waffles. We had great service from Nathan! We grabbed some meat to bring home. Love making griddle burgers with the flurry grind.

I asked her if she could help me thinking we would meet as I got to the registers. Instead she said yes and I was put in a position where I needed to talk much louder than I felt comfortable. I asked if she could come a little closer and she reluctantly took a few steps. Now I feel as if there's something wrong with me so she didn't want to get to close. I said never mind and found another employees who could be helpful. When I went back to self check out she got behind me and I felt watched. We instinctively know when we're being watched. So I got all my things and went to the line. This clerk was also talking a bit loud. I told him I may not have brought enough. He immediately started telling me what the bill total. I tried interrupting because he was going tell everyone in the front my situation. I said the dogs may have to wait for their treat. I asked him to ring it up last. He was talking while I was explaining so he may not have heard me. Unfortunately the bill did go over and I needed to take something off. While looking I noticed the dogs treats were rung up. I repeated what I said earlier. He corrected me by telling me I didn't say that. I'm irritated at this point so I correct him. We both left it alone. I found him to be a courteous and professional. It just wasn't okay to tell me I didn't say something. You're basically calling me a liar. He could be a little more aware of how his voice carries when dealing with sensitive situations.

I had worked a long day and ordered the salad bar. I like what I like and enjoy the salad bar so much because I have a routine of eating the same thing with each trip, a salad and dill pickle pasta. Since I had worked a long day I went back for seconds and they were almost out of the pasta so I asked for more. I was told there was no more so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained that I did not wish to continue eating if they had run out of the food I wanted. Was there anything that could be done for me since I paid for an all you can eat buffet and the restaurant ran out of food. The manager told me I could be given a gift card and I said thank you. The manager then said I didn't have to have an attitude, the restaurant was giving me a gift card so I asked what attitude. The manager then said you raised your voice and I said no ma'am, my volume has stayed the same throughout our conversation. I was cut off and told the restaurant could not just make more pasta, it would take a long time. Did I want the gift card or not. I said yes please and then the manager said you can call the general manager if you want. At this point I was shocked having been disappointed that the restaurant ran out of food and then told I had a bad attitude after thanking the manager for a gift card. As the manager walked to the front to get the gift card I realized how badly I had been treated and asked for the general manager's phone number along with the gift card. The manager then told me I could have the general manager's business card but I was no longer getting a gift card. I am very disappointed that I no longer feel welcome in this restaurant by how management treated me and will not be returning.

I initially came here at 10am becuase that's what their website and the doors said, but they didn't open until 11 multiple days in a row, which was disappointing. I went nearby to get a coffee and when I came back they were very busy, so I guess everyone knew the correct hours except me. It's been so long since I've had this I didn't even remember what I used to like so I went with 2 of their classics. Ham & Cheese original, and a Deluxe Original. Sweet, savory Ham. Airy soft bread, perfect bites. The deluxe add roast beef was a bit more to handle, but ultimately very deluxe with the roast beef (closer to North Shore than Arbys), great ham, and the salami is a nice touch. I remember not liking the olives that much back in the day, but I liked how it melted into the cheese and with a more mature palate (20 years later) I really enjoyed it. After all these years I still can not place the secret sauce (very mayo, mustard, tangy, could use some sweetness since I know they already have mustard). Washed red onions, thing crunchy shredduce. I wish the tomato was salted. It wasn't hot enough to go strawberry lemonade or sweet tea, but the fountain drink was well mixed and carbonated.
