I have come to this location a few times with my husband but I came alone today. It's always a good experience but the team really impressed me today. When making our must stop detour to Dandee's Donuts on our road trip home from Naples, we wanted to find a quick bite near Dandee's. All the near by fast food restaurant reviews scared the you know what out of me. So Jersey Mike's was soaring high above the rest at a 3.5, which is lower than they deserve. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and the service was quick. The employee was very knowledgeable and efficient just didn't seem the most personable, but not rude. Stopped in at Jersey Mikes while car shopping over the weekend. I've never noticed this location before but they're in a great plaza of 441. The inside looked very clean and staff was very friendly; welcomed us upon walking in. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got my dad an Italian. He loved that they slice the meat fresh for each sandwich and especially loved "the sauce" (their traditional oil and vinegar) on it as well. I haven't been to Jersey Mikes in some time and I forgot how good their sandwiches were. The tables could have used a little wipe down (seems like restaurants are already forgetting cleanliness standards) but overall the experience was really great. I don't usually eat subs. Nothing against subs but I don't crave them like other foods. But recently with fasting month over, trying to eat whatever I can with lovely co workers. My co worker Emmy loves Jersey Mike's. She knows the whole menu and loves this particular location due to good customer service and freshness. I had been here a year ago or so and now this week. We might have been one of the first customers in the morning, since we went at 10:30AM. (Yes we eat lunch early at times.) The subs were on point. I ordered the tuna sub in regular size. For me the portion was huge, but for others it's a half of a sub. I ordered it Mike's way. Mike's way is with seasoning/vinegar/tomatoes/onions/lettuce. I did not add any cheese into my sub and it was still pretty tasty. When I got there my food was being wrapped up and ready for pickup. The employees here greeted me with a smile and told me the benefits of me getting a combo vs the sandwich by itself. This particular JERSEY MIKE'S is very very good. I'm not 100% sure as compared to others because I frequented this one many times as to maybe trying one or two others. First off IT'S CLEAN and the employees are REALLY NICE ( like almost too nice ) like they all get a piece of the business nice. The food is probably a 7.5-8 out of 10 but the cleanliness & politeness certainly add to the value. Are they more expensive then let's say PUBLIX yes but I've had nothing but great experiences here. The produce is always fresh and they cut the meats to order so unless the bread sucks ( which is certainly does not ) then you can't go wrong. The hot subs are more than hot, they are scolding, which in my opinion is a good thing. I ordered the hot Philly which was great.
