I was charged for a sandwich that was supposed to be free because I had earned with my points from prior orders. For some reason the system would not accept it because they couldn't verify email although I have the same email for years and is the email I signed up with. The manager on duty told me he was giving it to me free bypassing the system. That did not happen, to my surprise my account was charged the full price. I am a senior on a fixed income and would not have ordered it without getting my free sub. Their large subs are expensive. No one and I mean no one will help resolve this. Store level personnel don't have a clue how to fix and you have to email to some blind email and hope someone sees it. If you would have asked me what I thought of Jersey Mike's Subs, I would have told you that I have never been there and, frankly, I don't care for my sub sandwich affairs. However, this endeavor pleasantly surprised me. The building not crowded at all, given that it was a random Monday in September, and the service was pretty quick. Our sandwich maker was very nice and they didn't do anything like touch the coins and then the food and it seemed pretty clean. I ordered a kids veggie sandwich and she looked at me kinda weird but I'm over the age you would consider a child so... My sandwich was amazing. I ordered jalapeños along with the regular toppings, and the provolone cheese balanced it out with superb technique. Highly recommend. Man the experience was absolutely amazing. Jennifer the store manager was so helpful. Her and her crew keep by far one of the cleanest establishments in the county. They really are an amazing team of people. Wayne was amazing he was there to answer any questions I had. Obed was the best. He put my sandwich together just the way I like it. Everything was super neat and properly placed with the correct amount. Charity was great with toasting the sandwich. It was done to absolute perfection. Justin was amazing at checking me out. If you have been to a Jersey Mike's before don't bother reading my review, you already know. If you haven't I'll explain a little something. Spend the extra couple dollars and enjoy a fantastic sandwich here. It's reminiscent of walking to the local Italian Deli back in the 90's and getting a ridiculously large Sub with good quality meats and cheeses. They don't cut your cheese in half and pretend that's normal. You'll be full and love every bite. Everything is fresh and they slice and prepare to order. My favorite is the Original Italian (#13 "Mikes Way") but I haven't had a bad sandwich or service from a Jersey Mikes yet. I've patronized this establishment several times and personally I like the online ordering options. read more

I like Jersey Mike's but this store seems to have too many issues going on to get a sandwich right. I've been here 2 times and they have messed up 2 sandwiches. This time, forgot to add the lettuce to my hot sub. Also, its a terrible shopping center for parking and traffic at the light. read more
