If I could leave a zero star rating I would. The place is run by four incompetent teens with no one managing the process. They looked like they hated their jobs, kept blaming one another for errors, and the girl even rolled her eyes impatiently and went "pffft" as we were trying to place an order for our large party. These kids had no idea what they were doing and were very poorly trained. The more frustrated the line grew the worse they performed. They could not get any orders right to save their lives. After 20 minutes of waiting for sandwiches that hadn't yet been started and watching the frustration of the customers in line, we asked for our money back and stormed out. The tables were not being cleaned and when one customer asked to have his table cleaned he was handed out a wet rag to do it himself (I am not kidding). What a disaster of a place!! My family and I decided to stop here for lunch before heading to the beach. We should've walked out when we weren't greeted but against my better judgement we stayed and ordered. The guy who prepared the hot sub was extremely rude. It was obvious by his body language he was comfortable serving us. The female cashier just stared at us as if she never seen an interracial family before. She also cut my bread in half and slid the top part across the nasty counter. I just knew it was trash by the way she handled it but nooooo she proceeded to put it on my sub. I could've cried right there. Every last table and booth were laden with crumbs from God knows when. The bathroom was so nasty we decided to walk down to target to use their bathroom. There are flies and gnats flying around the food and the dining tables. The two working there acted like they were from Jersey. Oh! They were very blunt with us, very unfriendly and acted like they hated their jobs. It was painful as we walked through each sub and what we wanted on them, I just wanted to get our food and get out. After spending $50 on subs I just hoped it would be good......uh, they were ok but waay too much oil on them them. The service over rides the food in this case, hence the 1 star. Why? I went back there this past Sunday and was pleasantly surprised, they had enough people working and the wait was reasonable. I think this place has some of the best subs around for the money. I always get the #13 Original, Mikes way, it has so much meat on it that it is a meal in itself. read more

The location of Jersey Mike's is right next to a greasy vape shop, and let me tell you there are not many things worse than walking in to lunch, while another person is walking out of a vape shop sucking his little vape machine and blowing a fat cloud of vape right in my face. Aside from the greasy location, the food was a sliver above average. read more

A favorite lunch stop for me when traveling from Panama City to Ft Walton. They are always fast, friendly and make a good sandwich. I always get the #7 on wheat, Mike's way no 'maters with spicy mustard and pepper relish. Yum! read more

This was my 1st visit to 1 of these franchises. Ordered a special on their board that mentioned roast beef, provolone & I think "cappacuolo" (I say salami). It was a regular sub & I ordered it to go. What I found disappointing was that the sub was very light on roast beef. Then, half way through I kept thinking, huh - I feel like it's missing something more. After rethinking what I ordered, I realized it was missing the salami. I was going to go back to complain but took a peek at the 2nd half & found a few thin slices of salami. I can't finish a regular sub at another franchise because their subs are quite substantial. In this case, I had plenty of room left over & I wasn't bursting at the seams. As far as the taste goes, it was okay. I've had far better roast beef. Can't really comment on the salami simply because with what few slices there were, it didn't stand out in any way. So, meh - 2 stars it is. read more

A friend of mine worked at one in Stuart, Fl. I was excited to see there was one near my new home in Ft. Walton Beach! These are the best subs in town! Even a little bit better than Lenny's (sorry Lenny's yours are great too) I like that it's never too super busy and is close to Norriago point if you're going to or from the beach there. Had to make multiple substitutions due to being out of meats and out of bread. Some of the staff was very helpful given the situation. Other staff member could use lessons on controlling frustrations. Maybe just a bad day for this location but I would probably not recommend or revisit. read more

Food is great but, I have to drop their rating since employees at the Destin, Florida location informed me today that they no longer offer a military discount. The company has done a lot of great things for military personnel in the past, so I find the policy change odd. I don't think the policy change affects all stores. I suspect it was the poor decision of a local franchise owner as opposed to company-wide policy. read more

THE WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER AT A SANDWICH SHOP. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I never have bad experience at restaurants but this place changed that. I placed my order and left a generous tip, I got my drink and chips and waited 25 minuets watching other customers get their orders. When I approached the counter to ask about my order I was completely ignored for 5 minutes by 3 inept clueless dweebs that could not have managed their way out of a dark room. Finally i got the attention of dweeb #3 and asked very politely about my order. He said he did not know anything about it as dweeb #2 had taken my order. Dweeb #3 then proceeded to tell me he "did not have a ticket". I told them they could keep it and walked out without my order or a refund. I figured between the 3 dweebs they could not handle something as complicated as that. To sum it up these three losers could not have done a worse job of handling the operation of the store. The floor was a mess, tables were filthily and trash overflowing. This all happened at 2 pm, not even close to lunch time. Stopped by for a late night snack, which turned out to be a pastrami reuben on a wheat roll. That was a first... on a wheat roll. Turned out to be pretty darn good. We also picked up a tuna "sub in a tub". Nice idea of having a sub without a roll for those that don't want the bread. That was very good. We'd go back here again if we were back in this area. I've ate here for a few years now and absolutely love the cheese steaks. But today I went in and I guess the cook was having a bad day cause he couldn't have been a bigger ****. He was rude to us and even got our order wrong. We ordered two cheese steaks one with peppers one without not like it was mission impossible. Recently attended this place and was greatly disappointed. I ordered 2 giant subs to- go; after getting home I realized my bread was completely stale and disgusting. It then clicked that I watched them microwave my bread before putting it all together as well as taking out of a container that is used to store things in a cooler. I came to the conclusion that of coarse the bread is left over from the day before and they are just skimping out on my 24 dollars worth of subs. I called the store up and was told that it is COMPANY policy to serve bread that way and if I didn't like another sub they would refund my money. Funny how with so many subs shops serving fresh bread that they would have company policy to serve crap. Either way I won't be attending again. For that much cash would rather eat anywhere but there. read more
