The establishment looks brand new on the inside, hard to say if it's a relatively new location or they had renovations. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed that my order, while delicious, was lukewarm. The chicken biscuit meal that I ordered, the cheese didn't even add melt. I expressed my disappointment in my meal. I assume one of the employees relayed the message to the on-site manager & he profusely apologized for the outcome of my meal & promised he will make sure it won't happen again. Before I left, he gave a free meal card to use if I return again. I greatly appreciate the apology and willingness to correct a customer's grievance. I will do my best to return and see of they hold up to their promise.
