This location out of the 3 in Charles County is by far the BEST! Not sure what they're doing differently but their subs are hotter or taste better! When we make our monthly trip to Costco we skip the Brandywine store and drive to this location because the order is always accurate and food delicious! read more

October 27, 2025 This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Jersey Mikes. I really enjoyed giving my business to the Jersey Mike's in Clinton, Md, however since the business is currently under new management (franchising) it has failed at providing its customers with a sufficient amount of its product mainly on the hot sandwiches (steak and chicken cheese steak). Today's order was unacceptable there was more bread than there was steak on my husband sandwich, and all the manager keeps saying is they go by the weight of the meat. It's more than that, I believe it's a money thing, if you use less meat you don't have to purchase as much. I understand that food prices are going up, but if you want to keep customers coming you have to show some gratitude in people supporting your business. Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite spots when I am craving a sandwich. My typical order is the #9 Club Supreme but I switch the Swiss out for American cheese and add chipotle mayo. I remove the tomatoes sometimes bc the sandwich can get wet with the vinegar and oil. You can't go wrong with a sandwich and bag of chips. read more

We've been binge-watching shows on Hulu and keep seeing this Jersey Mike's commercial over and over (and over!) again, so we FINALLY decided to give it a go. I'm always in the mood for a good messy cold cut -- the meats, the seasonings, the oils, and whatnots. This is it. While there aren't mountains of meats, it's more than enough to fill your belly and satisfy that craving. Clinton location has gone downhill since opening. They have cut down on the meat. The sandwiches have about as much meat on them as going to Subway and that's not a good thing. Only giving three stars because the food is good. Today was my second time at this location and both times the wait time for a hot sandwich is excessive. There were maybe 6 people in the store waiting on sandwiches. I had time to use the bathroom and go to the grocery store nearby before my sandwich was made . Arrived a few minutes early to get my order it was not ready had to wait for people in line ahead of me to be served first before my order was processed then it was thrown across the counter in my direction rather rudely the subs were soggy and had no real taste meat cheese and tomatoes were sliced so thin you could almost see thru them mayo and oil was over applied which made for a sloppy sandwich and made it hard to eat outdoors all in all not a good first experience won't be going back there in the future read more

Spacious and clean sub shop with friendly employees. My wife and I tried 3 different subs, the Club Supreme, the Original Italian and the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak. The Club Supreme had roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. If you want it Mike's Way, then they add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend and spices. Unfortunately, we didn't get it Mike's Way so it had a typical flavor. It had lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers and mayonnaise. Tasted better when warmed. Would taste better if it was made Mike's Way with provolone or white American cheese. We take the blame for this. The Original Italian had provolone cheese, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, ham, salami, and pepperoni. We picked rosemary parm bread and had it Mike's Way with pickles. This was a savory sub with an overlay of spicy Italian vinaigrette flavor. The flavor profile was well rounded. It doesn't get any better than this for an Italian sub. The Big Kahuna Cheesesteak had grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers, jalapeños & extra white American cheese. We added lettuce and tomatoes. We have had better tasting steak, but overall this cheesesteak had an excellent combination of flavors that was satisfying. If you love your cheesesteak with just steak and cheese, I would suggest Jerry's. The steak tastes more savory there. We recommend this place because of service and food. The prices are higher than Subway and Firehouse Subs. But, you can get an excellent sub if you put the right ingredients together. read more

I live in the area and this is my go-to sandwich place. I prefer the cold sandwiches but I had a hot sandwich once and it was pretty good. There seems to be considerable staff turnover but that's the nature of the industry; the good news is that just about everyone I've interacted with has been great. Good communication. Friendly. Today, there was a bit of a delay with my order. I ordered cookies but they ran out, so they offered me either a refund or I could wait for them to bake some. I really wanted cookies, so I said I'd wait. Although I did end up spending more time there than I planned to, not only did they give me freshly baked cookies but also a card for a free sub because of the wait. Honestly, I could have declined the cookies because they were super busy. (Rainy Saturday afternoon. Everyone wants sandwiches to go.) Finally.... a new sub spot in Clinton and it is delicious!!! Since this is new, be patient as the team members are in training and learning. The place is clean and taking covid safety precautions (plexiglass covering the food prep area and the employees). The staff were friendly and prepared our subs just as we ordered. We had cheesesteaks. The meat was tender and cooked well. The bread was fresh and the toppings were good too. The menu offers a variety of subs both hot and cold. They even offer wraps. I'll start by saying I LOVE LOVE Jersey Mike's over all other sandwich places. However, all locati9ns are not created equal. This used to be one of the better locations, and I give it 3 stars because the food is good, but it is declining. First, the way they put on toppings used to be generous. Now it's like someone has told employees they are putting on too much. I was there recently, and the young lady doing toppings was literally pinching extremely small amounts of lettuce. I don't like that there's too many inconsistencies with the toppings. I used to have sandwiches delivered from here but not anymore since they delivered a wrong sandwich. I hope they can get it together because I don't want to stop going here, but I will if things keep going downhill. read more

Jersey Mikes, Branch Avenue, (Woodyard Road, Clinton) - Sandwiches are good, Restaurant is clean and the customer service is fair. I can understand them being busy and service may take a little longer, but that is not an excuse for having a customer to wait at east 10 or 15 minutes, (being matter of fact) before acknowledging them, at least greet the customer and let them know they will assist you in a minute, (this was my experience). I ordered one cold sub and one hot sub, received the cold sub and waited for the hot sub. It was taking a little longer, so I asked how much longer would it be before it was ready and was ignored the first time, asked again and was informed that it was just coming off the grill. Meanwhile another customer, who ordered after me was also standing by and the female staffer inquired what was her name and the sandwich she was waiting for. This customer was waiting for the same type of sandwich I was waiting for. End result, she received her sandwich before I received mine. I think service anywhere should be in order and feel that was total disrespect. I think they should come up with a number system and serve customers better. The food is really really good. The staff is great and if you have to wait on your order...they will bring it to your table. You have to try the grilled Portabello Mushroom sub but don't add the oil because it's already oily from the grill. But it's so good. read more

This place just opened in Clinton,Md not too long ago. I decided to try them out today. I called to place an order for the Chipotle Cheese Steak and the told tell me the grill is not working and that they are only doing cold subs. They were apologetic but for this place to just open up and already having problems is disappointing.
