The staff informed me they had lost my ticket. As a industry worker, I get it--tech glitches happen. What is not acceptable is what happened next: it took another 30 minutes to receive my food after alerting them. During that entire time, no one updated me, no one apologized, and there was zero communication. Losing a ticket is an accident; ignoring a customer for another half hour after realizing your mistake is poor management and a lack of basic customer service.
