The cold cuts are their own brand, very tasty very fresh, not a huge amount of meat or cheese in them, and they're a little on the pricey side, but it works well if you're in the area and want a quick sandwich whether it's a small one or a large one. They offer three sizes of sandwiches, so if you want a quick bite, they have a small size. You can do better size wise at the local shops in East Stroudsburg, but if you're in the neighborhood and are really hungry, you can get in and out in 10 minutes if they're busy. They offer fountain, sodas and different kinds of drinks in a refrigerator, but again they tend to be a little on the pricey side. They're friendly, have a place to eat inside, it's quiet, they don't bother you and we'll leave you alone if you want to eat your sandwich there, and will wrap the uneaten portion for you. read more

Extremely extremely disappointed with this location. I went in on Saturday evening and placed an order for two cheesesteaks. 1 regular and 1 giant, I told the nice young man who took my order my "request" which weren't hard. He was very patient and kind which I appreciate. The giant was mikes way no tomatoes. The regular was no cooked peppers add cold pickles and banana peppers. (I'm pregnant, but it's good) I don't think that was an extreme request. I thanked him for being patient with me and my "weird request". Now here comes the terrible part. They were not busy at all. I had 1 customer ahead of me. It took them after I paid 20 minutes to make the sandwiches. That doesn't include my time I waited for to pay which was another 5-7 minutes because the person in front of me was making his sandwich. After I paid, the curly hair lady with glasses and septum ring was manning the grill... she should NOT be working the grill. On top of being so disorganized she dropped maybe like 10 sandwiches worth of meat on the floor. After that happened it all went south from there. You can tell she was flustered. From that point on he kept dropping bread and ingredients everywhere. I did not complain at al, nor was going to until I got home. Both my husband and I sandwiches were completely wrong. I called the store to let them know. The lady on the phone was very understanding and nice with me. Told me I can come in and get 3 free regular sandwiches. I guess this part is my fault I was assuming it would be a gift card becuase I don't know when I'll be back there. I went in today to ask if I can get a gift card and guess who I was greeted by. The employee who messed up on my sandwiches. Extremely rude and told me that I need to order them and then they are free. I said I don't know when I'll come back because my husband has weird hours... she looked at me and said they don't expire, with an attitude. This employee with the curly hair glasses, septum peircjng really needs to be talked too. Her customer service is terrible. And like I said she should not be working that grill. It's really sad becuase we normally have a great experience there with employees and they make decent sandwiches. But this experience just ruined it for me. read more

On 7.17.2024 I ordered a regular #8 from Whitehall JM. I specifically asked for Sub not to be cut. Order#01-001861-99-131155 curbside. When I got my order home and unwrapped my sandwich, it was cut & the bread was oily on the outside & soggy on the inside. I couldn't even eat it. I gave it to my outside neighborhood cats. Regardless of location, Jersey Mikes is consistently good with excellent service. Their tuna is pretty good too!

Their sandwiches are tasty. The cold cuts used are good quality. The service is usually very good though they get overwhelmed at lunch time. The specials and loyalty program are good. My rating pertains to Branford and North Haven locations which have good employees. Different locations may not be as good. read more

I was physically and verbally harassed at JM of East Stroudsburg. I was cursed and spit on by customer behind me in line. The JM employees did nothing!! Did not call cops was not concerned for my safety or the safety of other customer in the store. When asked for management or franchise owner we were told they do not give out that information. We filed a police report. Called HQs in Jersey and their message system says they are closed for the Thanksgiving weekend, I kid you not, its December 22. I was greeted upon entering JM by a personable asian young lady who asked me if I was ready to order. I told her I would like the Big Kahuna sandwich, and it didn't take a long time, but I was baffled as to why they bagged it and put it out front. When they called my name, I explained I would like some toppings on my sandwich....now, here is where things took a turn. I don't know her name, but she has a tattoo of a three leaf clover on her wrist. This extremely unprofessional lady (and I use that term loosely) began to mutter that I was suppose to let her know beforehand if I wanted toppings. To which I added, I was not aware of that. She then put my sandwich to the side and started to put toppings on someone else's order, I allowed this to go on for just one min. And then I asked her to finish my sandwich, as I didn't want the sandwich to get cold. With an attitude she unraveled the sandwich and asked me what I wanted....I told her lettuce,tomato and onion. She put a miniscule amount of onion on, then I asked her to put extra onion on, with that she made a face and with an ATTITUDE plunged her hand into the onions and came out with about half a pound of onions and out it on the sandwich, the same thing happened with the lettuce. She then half-heartedly wrapped it loosely. Try as I may, I could not understand why she behaved in this fashion towards a customer! Here is a tid bit of information for you. Your work in the service industry, you should never treat a paying customer like that ever again. You made the decision to work in a fast food sandwich shop, now you may already have come regret that decision, but I believe you are where you are suppose to he, with your attitude and lack of what I imagine are any set of skills. I ordered two giant sandwiches, Bacon Ranch Chicken and Buffalo Chicken. The bacon in the Buffalo sandwich is burnt. The Bacon Ranch is sloppy and falling apart. On both sandwiches there is more chicken than the other side. If you have people who don't want to work, get rid of them. Give it to people who want to work. Lazy workers. read more

Zero stars for customer service. The lady at the slicer had an attitude which I can only assume was due to the fact that I was the first customer at 10:30am and ordered a few giant subs for the workers at my house for lunch. I said no tomato on my Turkey due to an allergy and tomato was put on..they then decided to remove the tomato and I then had to ask for the sand which to be remade due to one of the workers at my house being allergic. I was given more attitude. The whole visit was not a good experience and when I asked for another manager to speak to my problems seemed insignificant as I was told they were on a phone call outside. I thought jersey mikes was a great place to treat the team working on my house to..turns out I was wrong. It doesn't matter if your food is good when your staff INCLUDING MANAGERS are all very unfriendly and unwilling to help or even put on a smile, making the entire experience awful. read more
