I ordered 4 meals for my family. It's came to $54.00 which for McDonald's is not the cheapest. Considering I was too lazy on my day off to go out I was fine with paying that. Sadly only one meal came as we ordered, all other orders were so incorrect that we had to reorder. I will say this right now. Since Covid I have found a lot of companies to be rude, inconsiderate, inconsistent and/or lazy. I did not experience this here at McDonald's which, is pleasantly surprising. Rylie the manager was so kind and on top of fixing the mistakes made. He called Door Dash and had them reimburse us and then remade our order, called me to triple check it was correct and then gave us 2 meals for free. I am not a fast food person more than once or twice a month for my son. I can say with gumption that when I do treat my son this will be the McDonalds we go to. Came in to pick up my order, got ignored by the workers when I went up. FINALLY one of them very rudely asked me what I needed, told them I had a pick up order, which the guy then said "Oh" and told me to wait. Stood there for a solid 10 minutes, with all the front employees looking at me like I'm crazy. After the 10 minutes I came back up to check on my order, to which a NEW EMPLOYEE rolled her eyes at me and told me it will be done when it's done. This place needs to hire new employees, and you know what, they never do! Many of my Friends children have applied to this place, gotten an interview, just to show up and be told that there is no manager to give them an interview. first place I've ever been where I came in for a scheduled interview, waited in the lobby while they all stared at me (this seems to happen a lot even when I'm ordering here), then when finally asked why I was there, they said there's no GM to interview me. The shift lead then proceeded to make comments about my appearance in broken English? and me "looking bad" because I had trimmed facial hair that I expressed I would shave upon offered the position and that I just preferred it that way. But she just kept commenting how I "look bad". Overall, not very welcoming, they didn't seem interested in me as a customer, or hell even a potential employee for that matter. And the shift lead is kind of bitchy apparently. was mostly just really blown away. This is by far this WORST McDonald's I've been to. I just ordered a happy meal that took 25 mins, which was significantly worse than the first time I came to this location for breakfast with my children before their school down the block. We were late for school because the service was soooo slow. They appear to be a fancy McDonald's with nothing out: drink machines, ketchup, napkins, straws, etc. The staff were rude and unhelpful and let people stand at the Front waiting for the things that are out and self serve at every other McDonald's. The people next to me just sat down and said they forgot her daughter's meal in the bag they just got after being here longer than us. Nope. Basically every time we go, something is wrong with our food. Cold/sitting out too long, forgot an item, etc. Employees will look at you at the counter and not say anything. You'll just be standing around like an idiot waiting for someone to just acknowledge your presence. They redid the restaurant and now you have to walk up to the counter for everything. The tables and floors are always dirty. 20 employees working in the back and not one can wipe up the huge glob of cheese that's crusted over on the floor hours ago? Mc Flurry machine ALWAYS "down", they haven't been able to make anything on their treats menu for weeks. It was the initial reason why I stopped by, to grab a special request. Drove through and instead brought home food for my teenagers and nothing in the bag was what it was supposed to be. My receipt on the outside of the bag is correct, 2 totally different burgers inside. I should have checked! Employees must have all been high. Gave us a Hot'n' Spicy with the bottom pieces of a bun, gave us one Hot'n'Spicy that wasn't even a spicy chicken patty, it was some sort of regular chicken to some other sandwich I presume, forgot our fries, and we recieved some pretty nasty attitude about us having to add a few burgers to our order at the window. 0 stars if I could. First, my boyfriend used to work here and the way they treat employees is embarrassing. Second. they have no idea how to count or get orders right, nor make it right when they mess up. I've ordered here countless times. Never once has it been right. The only reason I continue to order is because it's close. I'll drive to a further one now. One time I door dashed like 2 meals and half of it was missing and when I told them, they did nothing. And tell me why when I ordered 2 LARGE fries and 3 ranch, I received 1 kids fry and 1 ranch and 1 BBQ. When I addressed that it was wrong, they yelled at me. WTF. Two stars because they're open 24 hours but like most McDonald's the service is horrible. They often forget part of the order or the sauce. If they forget something through the drive thru and you go inside to get something they will not come to the counter to help you, even if they see you standing there. One of the many reasons to not eat at McDonald's. I don't anymore because of all the crap in the food and it's not cheap to eat there like it used to be. We have a club we enjoy pretty close to this location so we only hit this McDonald's anywhere from 0200-0300 and let me say - I hate fast food. The freshness of their processed food products are out of this world; having had McDonald's in riské environments around the world with the military this location takes the cake. Wow this is the worst McDonald's I've been to. I ordered a BTS meal through the drive thru. I then got my order and the lady( teenager potentially in her early 20s with brown hair) taking orders was not friendly was just in a hurry to get me out of the drive thru. I noticed I didn't receive my friends! I also asked for napkins and ketchup. No idea why I had to talk this person that. Like if I didn't act quick she would of shut the window on me. This location is so inconvenient. I went inside simply because they forgot part of my order. I was standing there for a good ten minutes before anyone even greeted me when they could clearly see me standing there from the kitchen. Then they were rude when they did come to help me. To start it off placing the order the drive three person repeated it back to me right but had entered it in wrong when I got to the window the cashier kept giving me short rude responses and wasn't understanding that I was trying to correct the order instead she thought I was saying that the one she entered wasn't mine or something then I got my food and parked to find the two McDoubles sloppily thrown together and half wrapped and the hot and spicy was still cold.... A few weeks ago, me and two of my family members went to McDonald's. For example, I used to have McDonald's every day on Fridays when my dad picked me up from school for a celebration of having a good week or me accomplishing something really hard.I still do, the only reason why I do not go there that much is because we have had it so much so we are having a break from it. Other than that, there are multiple reasons why I like McDonald's so much. One of them is that they have great food, and great service when it comes to the workers there serving you, your food. Firstly, and most importantly because they have such great food it makes me want to come back almost every day, and these are some of the reasons why. Most of the McDonald's are closed right now because we are going through a pretty tough time right now so we can not go inside of McDonald's. But, that is when the drive thru comes in!! It is very handy, and just a great thing to use on the go, yes the lines in the drive-thrus are long sometimes but that is just because McDonald's fast food is loved so much! When they were open they had a really good play place. When you could come inside I remember it was just so roomy and you were always welcomed and you would just feel so comforting. I remember when I used to get the Happy Meals there, there was a great kids meal and regular meals were good as well. I could also be very happy visiting McDonald's because it just made me very happy and when kids would ask me to play or when I was by myself with my brother, mom, and dad, it was just an exciting day and place. Whenever I walked in you would never have to wait for a seat there, you would always have a place to eat and you can always sit near the play place and where you order your food and in the back you could sit as well. You could basically sit anywhere. As you can see and tell McDonald's is a great place to go to but this is in my own opinion I think just because I have been there so many times they could improve their food like for example add something new on their menus, Not everything but some new meals or snacks or just anything edible would be very nice. From one of my friends, she told me that they sell pop its!! Pop Its are one of one of my favorite and popular toys right now. You can get them at Amazon, 5 below, and many other exciting places, like for another example E bay! They also have very and I mean very great service there because it is really easy to order food and that is where the name fast food comes in place. It is also very delicious because of its hot food. One of my favorite things about McDonald's is there are really good salty fries that must make you want to come right away! It is even making me hungry! These are lots of very good reasons why you should come to McDonald's for lots of great food, french fries, or even McDonald's delicious ice cream!! These were a few reasons why I really enjoy McDonald's very much and why I think you should go to McDonald's right away, it has very high quality food and it is a very friendly place /location. This store is literally within walking distance from my house so it's super convenient but they are ALWAYS out of something. The other night it was large lids, tonight it was Oreos and large cups. Ice cream is ALWAYS broken. The "efficient" soda machine is always down but yet they won't open the machine in the eating area for some reason. Whoever orders their supplies needs to be fired. Place is close to my house. Within a two week period going through the drive through I was forgotten in the hold out spots twice. After waiting for upwards of 15 minutes I went inside and the excuses I got were that the individual was on break or that it's coming soon.
