Hate giving bad reviews, but this place consistently gives poor customer service and performance. We avoid going here majority of the time because it's rarely a good experience. Regardless of mobile order or in person, you're going to wait. When you walk in you can tell they're avoiding eye contact and would prefer if you about faced and just left. You are never greeted and personally just feel like I'm bothering them by eating there. We love Jersey mikes and the food, but don't go as often because of the staff and awful vibes. Probably missing out on a lot of business because of this. I'm a very sympathetic person, I understand there are many factors that play into a workers day, but this is an every time thing when we visit. read more

Great first impression! Walked in and was greeted by the staff, they immediately took my order for a regular Italian on rosemary and Parmesan cheese bread. Nothing fancy, and overall it was a great sandwich. Meat was sliced in front of me, condiments were fresh, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Been in this store multiple times and other stores in the area and different states. However this evening the guy who was checking us out was rude and argumentative. He checked us out before our sandwiches were done. But before I got done, our sandwiches were wrapped and being put in a bag. That was fine but I was never asked what I wanted on my sandwiches! I asked why my sandwiches were done when I didn't tell them what I wanted on it. He told me you tell them at the guy at the meat counter what you want. I told him no, I always get asked when they make it. He kept telling me I was wrong. Then I get home, call because there was nothing on my sandwiches other than meat and cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no oil or vinegar, no Mayo, no pickles, no oregano, no banana peppers, no jalapeños, no cherry pepper relish.. absolutely NOTHING!! I asked for a manager, some guy who answered said there isn't one on duty. Asked when there will be one, he replied 7-3, asked if that was tomorrow and he said no actually Friday. But there was a line leader on duty that can refund money. I don't want a refund, I want the manager to know that there employees were crappy to costumers. Very argumentative and when they answered the phone, someone in the back ground screamed into the phone. Yes, I ordered grilled sandwiches but do want all the vegetables too. The crew working were too busy talking about other customers and how much money ($90) they spend there and some kid named Shawn who watches "midget wrestling." They never once asked what we wanted except for the initial order of sandwich size, bread, and number of sandwich wanted. They were busy and making orders also to go but they never let us know they were working on our food. We were the only people in the restaurant at this time. I will be calling tomorrow and the next day to speak to a manager because this idiotic behavior is unacceptable in any establishment. I even gave a tip and afterwards I completely regret it. If they would work on peoples orders instead of talking about how much customers spend there and people watching midget wrestling, maybe they could get peoples food done the way they want it. I'm highly pissed at the customer service of these boys. One was a young man with a fro and a young man who is a tall white boy with glasses (I do believe). He is the one that told me I was wrong. This experience has ruined any chances of me returning. However, I do feel that the management needs to know how their employees are behaving when no one is there to watch them. Don't tip ahead of time. Went in for two sandwiches. I was the only person in line. There were four employees behind the counter. The gentleman who I assume was the manager because he was helping two other employees could not speak to me in regular English. Everything was slang out of his mouth, you don't have to say yes ma'am, but it's not professional to say Bro and Man to every customer. Maybe young kids but adults don't want you to talk we're friends we want customer service. Anyways, I order the two sandwiches and after about eight minutes, my hot sandwich comes out. I wait about three minutes. Notice three of the employees are just standing there and no one is making a sandwich and I ask about my cold sandwich. A lot of these reviews complain about time of their food being ready for either in store or online orders but I don't think they take doordash or mobile order apps into consideration cause those have time lines too. I went in today and ordered 2 subs and sat and waited because I saw they were making a lot of subs that were probably doordash or online orders. Even with being busy it wasn't that long and the food was fantastic I always get the big chicken kahuna and it always tastes well. And for cleanliness I didn't see an issue in the dining area or the bathroom. I'll definitely be back I love Jersey Mike's! read more

I haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in over 2 years & as a last minute dinner choice, we decided to try out this location. I entered & there was a family of 5 ahead of me who placed their orders & right before beginning their sandwiches the gentleman went ahead & wrote my order down. I ordered 2 Giant #13 Original Italian subs. The gentleman who took my order sliced all the meats/cheese & moved our subs right down the line. I had mine Mike's Way without tomatoes. My other sandwich was a tad more detailed with mayonnaise, cherry pepper relish & then I asked for the lettuce and tomato to be placed on the side. Without missing a beat the gentleman dressing our sandwiches was finished, everything wrapped/packaged very nicely & placed in a large paper bag. The service was expeditious, staff was friendly & I get I had their undivided attention. Once we arrived home, my husband commented on how well put together & heavy the subs were. The taste was on point across the board & we'll definitely be back. This was really one of the only times in recent history that the service & quality of food actually equaled the price. I truly can not believe the experience we had at this location today. There were 3 people in line ahead of us and we saw about 4 online orders, so we expected to wait a bit. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to end up having to correct them on our order. These guys make a pretty decent sub for a reasonable price. I like the Original Italian (Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni) Jersey-style Italian sub served "Mike's Way" with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and oregano then add chili pepper relish (CPR) slathered all over the roll. Probably my favorite lunch stop in the area. Plus if you eat in they will usually come around to your table and hook you up with some money saving coupons for your next visit. read more

Jersey mikes is usually one of my family's go-to lunch spots. Today I placed an online pick up order for 12:15, and I arrived 5 minutes early. I was not even approached about my pick up order until 12:35. When they asked for my name on the order, it had been sitting behind the counter, completed, the entire time I was there. Once I got home and we opened our sandwiches, (buffalo chicken and philly cheese steak) they were both completely soggy and cold. I wouldn't write this review if I had gotten there, the staff was behind, and made my subs right then and I just needed to wait a bit. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. This location does not even deserve one star. I came in early today and was greeted to a long wait, which I don't mind I understand that the lunch rush gets busy. My problem is with the fact that there were 4 employees on this shift and only 2 of them were helping customers, one of which I know was a manager thanks to one of the employees telling me. I don't know if they were on their breaks or just goofing around in the back, but based off of the annoyed looks of their coworkers it was not hard to tell that they were not doing their jobs. Thankfully I got my food in time to get back to work, but I am severely disappointed by the lack of team effort and support by these two other employees. I would like to shout out the two that did help me, Alisson and Nathan. They showed me excellent customer service despite their handicaps of a lack help. If I ever return to this location I hope to see an improvement in the way that this store treats its employees by providing them with the proper tools (responsible employees) so that they are successful and do not have to struggle with a Thursday morning lunch rush. read more

Can I give this zero stars? Myself and my husband got the WORST case of food poisoning we've ever had after eating here, and their food tastes disgusting....I thought I was going to die. I would recommend that you never, ever eat this food. I am so impressed with their gluten free protocols to prevent cross contamination. They wiped down the entire line, meat and cheese slicer included. All staff changed gloves, put my food on a protective tray, used separate veggie bins, clean knife, etc. As someone with celiac, this is HUGE for me to be able to enjoy a meal out once in a while. This is literally the worst Jersey Mikes I've been too. I just moved here and since moving here I ordered 3 times and every time our order was wrong. The last time I went it also smelled really bad! Food review: First time at this location. I had the tuna wrap, my son had the chicken parm, my daughter and husband had the club. The tuna wrap was delicious, fresh tuna and veggies... yum!! According to my daughter, her club was just OK, hard bread and flavorless, paper thin cheese. Minus one star. Staff review: I'm not sure if all the staff is like this but, beware! Know exactly what you want before you get there. If not, you will be yelled at and condescended. Subs are a very difficult food to make everyone happy. Jersey Mike's has their own way of doing things, and they aren't like a Subway, or Jimmy Johns, especially with the lack of topping options. No black olives, green peppers, spinach, jalapeños, etc. I wasn't given an option for for choice of bread type, but I overheard someone else order after me say they wanted rosemary bread, once I heard that I immediately asked for it. That one change actually made it my only good Jersey Mike's experience. I mostly only show up for the free sub offer coupons, as it's very pricey for a sub by itself. They will not give receipts when you pay in cash, and give excuses that they don't print out when using cash. read more

Jersey Mikes is one of my favorites places to eat. I went in to this one at 8:45 pm - they close at 9pm. I asked what time they close because I was going to ask if it was easier for them to make a cold or hot sandwich in case they had already cleaned the grill (they had not because it still had some meat on it). Worst experience ever. Ordered 3 sandwiches- #3, #13 and a #26 chicken BACON ranch. Asked to add bacon to the #3 the girl looked around came back and said "we're out of bacon". I ordered a chipotle philly cheese steak and your employee gave my cheese steak to another customer who started eating it. The employee called my name and I walked up to the front to pay and receive my order and the employee didn't have my order. The employee said he gave it to a couple that were eating at a table. We eat here often so we have a points card and we have earned at least 5 free sandwiches. It gets busy during lunch cause it's so close to ft carson. Mike's Way means the sub's come home freakishly WET so bring a towel. Pepper smash qr slush is authentic though, and they hide 3 types of mustard in the bottom shelf behind them as if loathe to offer it. Overall acceptable if not 3x what they're worth in cost. Love this place! We had them in California, and I was so glad to see that they are in Colorado too!!! Granted I have to drive a distance from Pueblo to Fountain for it, but it's so worth it. The staff here always seems friendly, even when they are super busy. Unlike so many other poor reviews the service was a 5/5. However the value being a 1/5 really hurts. Food was only a 3/5. Their cold subs I saw being made look like they have an acceptable amount of goods. But at $8+ for a mediocre ~8 inch sub it better be fantastic. Got the chicken philly. It was simply alright. Was expecting firm bread, similar to jimmy Johns from the website pictures online. Sadly it is very very soft. It was quite mushy by the time I got it home. And their oil/vinegar they add to the cold subs I can only imagine would result in soggy sandwiches. Had it been $5-6 would've received a 4/5. Went in today to get lunch and there was only one other person in the store ordering. 4 people behind the counter working while 3 of them were just standing there talking to the customer in front of me and 1 was cooking. With only 1 person in front of me and being ignored the entire time, I was not able to be out of the store for 15 minutes!
