The modern decor in this sub shop was thin lined and pristine which enhanced my eating experience. The staff were friendly and promptly took my Italian sub order with extra oil and vinegar. The sub was prepared in front of me and liked that you can add more of any topping free of charge - without taking advantage of course. Quick service at this sub shop. Most of these shops are clean and this one was no different. Great location across the street from Holy Cross Hospital. Ordered the Italian sub since I enjoy the Italian dressing they put onto it and the meats always taste fresh with crisp veggies. The food at Jersey Mike's are consistent with each shop. We found Jersey Mikes about a year ago & haven't gone anywhere else since then (BK was our prior favorite - but NO MORE). Now I have a good evaluation of all the Ft.L. locations (we have tried them all) & THE BEST is on N Andrews Ave (just N of Cypress Creek Blvd) Out of the way for us, but worth the extra travel. The staff are all VERY FRIENDLY and I have never had an order fixed wrong there. I always make sure to leave a very good tip @ this location - the employees there deserve it. Our least favorite location is on Federal Hwy N of 6th St - BUT nothing bad here, and sandwiches are always great, they just don't pay enough attention to their app. order details (like leaving off mushrooms). So I never had Jersey Mike's sub , but wow ! So I found this place bc it's next to where I go to do my physical therapy on my knee . And while I wait for my ride one day I decided to check it out . And let me tell you it's a 10/10. Friendly and professional team. Subs are 10/10 ! You won't be disappointed trust me . Today I ordered the mini Tuna sandwich sub . Oh yeah they have all sizes ! If you want a full sub , half , sub , and mini sub . Actually it's not that mini just perfect if your not as hungry or don't want to get so full . I was working in the area and this place was across the street from the hospital that I was working at. I want to warn you that in the lunch hour between 12 and 1 they get really busy and there is a serious line. Parking is already a bear but its even worse at that hour. I just drive to the back and park in the lot nextdoor to go in and grab my food. Let me tell you they operate like a well oiled machine and dont miss a beat! Whats even better is that they smiles on their faces the entire time. I went almost eveyday for lunch or dinner while I was their and their vibe was so cool and laid back even when their was a massive line. They maintained their composure but moved fast. My order was never inaccurate They even knew my order by heart when they saw me before the end of my trip. I love my local Jersey mikes crew but I really wish I had that same energy up here in charlotte. read more

Parking a little tricky. Small shop. Was welcomed when I walked in . Long counter for all the breads , veggies . First thing I saw on menu up and behind the counter, look up. Philly cheesesteaks. I was offered three different types of subs bread went like the plain old white. There was plenty of meat and nice melted cheese came with peppers and onions and then you go down the counter and you pay the cashier with those potato chips and napkins they were very nice we will go back. I am so happy to have found this location so close to my home and I love that the ingredients are so fresh. I had been frequenting a competitor sub shop but the difference is night and day. The food is better but above that, this location is so clean and bright and the service is the absolute best I have experienced. My last three visits have been such great experiences that I told myself that I had to write a review this time. There are two employees and I asked them to write their names on a business card because I wanted to call them out. Gary (I think ... If I'm reading his name correctly) and his sister, Daphne. These two are so friendly, so professional, and if I owned a business I would want these two to be the face because they make you want to return. I thanked them both in person but wanted to do it here, as well. Hang onto these two because they make a difference and I appreciate their service so much. I definitely bypass that competitor shop, in favor of Jersey Mike's and I suggest anyone who wants a fresh, really tasty sub, served by warm and friendly people, please give it a try. terrible service today. 2 young guys working at cashier paid zero attention and playing with a lighter. standing around being rude. made my sandwich wrong and then were rude about it. as people lined up they just were talking to each other. my sandwich was made incorrectly so i asked them to remake it. when i got back to work to eat my lunch. there were chicken bones or something very hard inside the sandwich. will not be going back to this location. def needs some management or training there. read more
