We came here for brunch on our last day. It was a weekend and they're definitely a popular spot, not to be confused with the wannabes in the area, trying to use the same name, yet don't offer pastrami that is cured in New York, all the way from the Bronx! When we pulled up, we lucked out with great parking. We knew immediately that they were packed and seating inside would be slim pickings. We grabbed a table and Brooke came out to us immediately, greeting us and taking our drink orders. She was definitely overwhelmed but at the same time, she was extremely welcoming and didn't make us feel as if we were a burden, which I immensely appreciate. I had an egg scrambled with salmon and a croissant, which tasted great...it was a simple dish and I was happy with it. Hubby had their, BEC on a roll, and loved it. It made us miss home. Our kiddo had their French toast with a side of sausage, and they did not skimp on the sausage. Monks Liquor is right next door and you're able to BYOB, so we grabbed a couple of mini prosecco bottles and had some mimosas with fresh orange juice. This meal was tops and we were happy to have eaten here before heading back to NY.

Place is not too big or small, has a nice variety of breakfast and lunch. Didn't realize they serve breakfast until 2pm which was GREAT however after 11am they do not serve poached eggs (not sure why waiter didn't even know why she just said that's what the chef said). Waiter forgot to take some things off our bill but quickly corrected it. Would eat here again. Got the 2-2-2 which I absolutely loved!

We stopped here for lunch while in the area. Hubby got a white fish salad on a bagel, I had a tuna melt on rye with a cucumber salad, and kiddo had scrambled eggs with bacon and potatoes. We all enjoyed our meal. Our waitress was very sweet, but a little forgetful.

Healthy food and freshly made My bf had the Nova bagel so tasty and I ordered the Avocado Toast with eggs Super Yummi ! No need to mention names but the ladys at the counter were very helpful and fun to talk to! Check this place out for good breakfast and Relax

This place is the perfect neighborhood secret! Amazing Jewish deli with surprisingly crispy and delicious French fries! The Omelets are huge! The bagels are jam packed with food and toasted to perfection. I literally get cravings for their nova on a toasted everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. I've yet to try any sweets, but they always look incredibly tempting. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Don't sleep on this gem!

Have been here a few times. A little slice of Americana when you hang near laudedale by the sea. Managed to order an omlette without toast with now the 3 major food groups: eggs , water coffee and or veggies. That's gott be it, right? They make a great bagel lox and cream cheese here

I don't know what happened to this place, but after today's, let's call it "lunch," I'm doubtful I'll ever be back. I hear it's new ownership and that may be the root cause of what made today's visit horrible and lacking. There was barely any meat on both the hot pastrami and hot corn beef sandwiches. They used to come with pickles. Not today. They used to be large. Not today. They used to be delicious and, if fatty, it would melt in your mouth. Not today. The cole slaw was inedible due to the overpowering vinegar taste. The potato salad was really good. Perhaps the only "highlight" of the visit. Service was adequate and we got out of there as quickly as I could literally chew the fat and GTFO. Sad for me and sad for this place, a restaurant that is now only a mere shell of its former self.

Had the nova platter with the sesame seed bagel, which was delicious toasted perfect. Enough nova for both halves and I got bacon with that. It comes with capers, tomato and onion which I don't like so I did not ask for that the cream cheese was delicious.

My cousin from Miami recommended this place near Downtown FTL so I had to try it. We went for breakfast, but they are now open for dinner - but certain days/time, I'd double check. It's a cute, quaint, and more upscale deli than I'm used to but that only made me more excited. I was also very hungry. In true Yelp fashion, I looked this place up before we went and from the pictures, the portions looked huge, so my cousin and I split everything. But don't be fooled, we still ended up each getting an entree, and finishing everything. Like I said, hungry. Before I go on, the servers were great, nice, and the culture seems very accommodating because they kept explaining that we can mix and do plenty substitutions with our orders. It was really nice and refreshing for someone who wants to try a little bit of everything as much as possible. I ordered the Grand Schlam - which is like basic breakfast plate: a protein, egg, carb, and side. I ended up getting scrambled eggs, no cheese, the maple sausages, it comes with a Latke, and I choose the tomatoes with the basil oil as my side. Delicious. Eggs portion for the prices, amazing! The Latke was so yummy and perfect size. 2 maple sausages, not too sweet, which I like. And the star was fer sure the tomatoes with basil oil because it was refreshing with the savory egg and sausage combo. We also split the Corned Beef Hash - a popular dish there. It is a very large portion. My cousin finished most of it but only because I had some of it also. It comes with slices of corned beef, and shreds of corned beef on top of the hash, with eggs, and a side. And my dear cousin got a croissant as a side so he could make a freakin corned beef hash croissant sandwich. I mean is he my cousin or what. Anyways, it was amazing. The corned beef was perfectly cooked and not overly salty which was great. Then, we shared a Blueberry Pancake, amazing. Will definitely come back. They have the largest cookies I have ever seen. And I'm also interested in their dinner options too. Lovely gem!

The sandwiches arrive like legends overstuffed, unapologetic, and bursting with flavor. One bite and you're transported straight to your grandmother's kitchen, where the secret ingredient was always love... and yes, a generous whisper of schmaltz. This is the kind of place where the taste of grandmother's cooking triumphs over pretty furniture every time. Who needs chandeliers when the corned beef sings? And then, the matzo ball soup pure poetry in a bowl. Golden, comforting, restorative. It warms not just your body but something deeper, something older. One spoonful and you pause, the second makes you smile, and by the third you are quietly plotting your return. It doesn't just satisfy it calls you back, like a melody you didn't know you missed. The room itself feels like a well-loved novel soft around the edges, rich with character, inviting you to linger. No noise, no nonsense, no pretension. Just the gentle rhythm of conversation, the turning of newspaper pages, and the universal language of people enjoying honest food. The staff are not just servers they are stewards of tradition. Warm, attentive, and proud, they carry forward something increasingly rare: care without pretense, hospitality without script. And here is the truth this is not a place you visit just once. This is a place you return to, again and again. Because like a fine old wine, it reveals itself differently each time. One visit you fall in love with the soup, the next with the sandwich, and then with the feeling... the unmistakable sense that you've found something real. I recently moved to the area and was scoping out sandwich places…read more I was happy to see they had their own parking. I came later in the afternoon to pick up sandwiches. It's a cute deli! With indoor and outdoor seating. Let me start off by saying everything taste super fresh! All the ingredients from the toppings, to the sides and desserts! Service was great! They had tons of cookies, some cinnamon rolls left. No more muffins though. I saw some soups, and puddings. I would have liked to try those as well, but I wasn't going straight home. I'll have to try them next time. The toffee cookie was soft. It was well balanced with just enough toffee and chocolate chip in it. I accidentally got two of the same kind because one of them wasnt labeled. I thought it was a normal chocolate chip cookie but it's okay because I really liked it. The roll was also super soft. It looked like it was a a cinnamon roll? I basically downed the whole thing it was so good. And that was on top of having my half of a sandwich. Sides: We had their potato salad which had a nice tang to it. I didn't get a picture because I ate it and forgot. The coleslaw had a nice crunch to it. But I would try something different-it wasnt for me. Nothing wrong with it just not my cup of tea. Had the dill pickle. Not sure which pickles they use but this one was good! It was refreshing and had a slight dill flavor to the brine. On to the sandwiches! I chose ciabatta because I knew we were going to enjoy them a little later than they were made and it was such a good call. The ciabatta had a chew to it and it avoided having soggy sandwiches. Tuna: I'm a tuna connoisseur. I had it with all the toppings except for cheese. Another-well balanced! I wasn't getting too much olive, or pepper. It was a perfectly made sandwich. The tuna didn't have tang to it. Which is fine. Not everything needs to be vinegar-y. I love a good tuna salad! I did get some bites of small celery. It was a refreshing sandwich. I left half for the end of the night, and it was still delicious! Italian: Had it on sesame ciabatta. It was recommended. It was a nice add! Again perfectly balanced sandwich. Bf said he probably would get just the meat and cheese next time. But that's because he doesn't like veggies i didn't mind it on his sandwich. So it's really preference. I told him we should get the corned beef next because it seems like that's what they promote most on ig. I'd also like to try their blt next time too! Overall I really liked this deli! Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
