I love Jersey Mikes! I used to go all the time in California. I was so excited to see they were opening a location near me. All my other favorite sandwich shops ony have east coast locations! I always get a turkey and provolone mikes way, so it's nothing fancy. But all the ingredients are top notch! The fresh bread makes it addicting. Chicken Philly was alright. I waited 35 minutes for my order while several people after me got there food. It looked like they accidentally forgot about me. The staff was very apologetic and offered me two coupons for future visit. I was satisfied, things happened, I'll probably give it another try. It's a little pricey so it may be a minute. read more

I got a cheesesteak with white American cheese, fried onions, mayonnaise, tomato, lettuce. It was very yummy. Staff was awesome, helpful and friendly. I gave 4 stars because the eating area was not clean. (This seems to be common in Waugh Chapel) Also, tv's had investigation discovery and ESPN sports. I'd recommend having videos of Jersey Mike's food or music videos or New Jersey scenery. Either way I'll be back. read more

Really bad Jersey Mike's. Just every part of my experience was just awful. Starting with service people were complimenting it- not entirely sure that they went to the same store because service was non-existent. When I went there were two people behind the counter. As my wait increased to even order instead of asking for help they just slowly worked. When my order was finally placed again it took forever. Finally when I got up to the cashier the cashier/topping person (again because they couldn't bother getting someone else to help even though the supervisor was there), the cashier was emotionless. The cashier then couldn't even bother giving me my drink cup. Then when I finally got my drink there were no straws (even though this was only 1.5 hours after opening). I asked the cashier where the straws were and they pointed to where they store the straws. And even though it was only 1.5 hours after opening the store was very dirty. I decided to get the chicken park sub and it was absolutely awful. It was drowned in marinara sauce making it an absolute mess as well as making the bread fall apart. Even though it is supposed to be a hot sub the sub was like warm. Lastly the chicken was rubbery. Overall very disappointed in my visit. Unless they change things I don't recommend coming here. read more

Highly recommend the #17 Philly Cheesesteak. Steak is grilled with the green peppers and onions to order, which is amazing. Took less than 5 minutes to get a fresh, delicious sandwich. The negative reviewers on long waits is probably because it was the grand opening when they went--give 'em a break! Service was friendly as well. We'll be back! read more

Horrible service! Several attempts to contact them for missing delivery items only to be treated rudely and uncaring. Stated they would refund the order...never happened. Never, ever set foot in this location. Very, very disappointing. read more

Just took my first visit to this location today, wanting to try the gluten free sub roll because I have a gluten sensitivity. I was very pleased with how all of the staff handled making my food, cleaning all their equipment wiping down the counters and changing gloves before making the sandwich. They had a separate tube for condiments so they didn't have to use the condiments that they use on all the other sandwiches. They were very helpful and polite. Will return :) read more

I love jersey Mike's but this store is by far the worst experience at one of them. They had two people working and the 45 minutes we were waiting they filled 4 orders. After the fourth I had to get up since we were there before them and they ordered 10 or 15 minutes after us. They hadn't even started our sandwich so I asked for a refund. Of course that in itself took several minutes which ironically how long the sandwich would be made at any other store. An additional kick in the junk was no apology received. This is the best sub shop in town. Im from Philly have been craving a chicken cheese steak. I was sceptical at first. But OMG! The chicken cheese steak was really good! I have been to many Jersey Mikes sub shops and this one is no different. Friendly efficient staff and good food. The only problem with this location is "location". It is on one of those main street shopping centers with very little front parking (parking is in the rear). If you plan to dine in it is not so much a problem , but for carry out it is not so convenient . read more

This is the absolute worse Jersey Mike's location I have ever experienced. I was excited when they opened a Jersey Mike's at this location since I live right across the street. I am originally from Virginia and their sandwiches were awesome. I never had a complaint on the quality of service or their sandwiches. Unfortunately, that is not the case at this location. Within the last year I have been dissatisfied with my sandwich 3 different times. The price has increased but both the quantity and quality has decreased. If I am paying $14 for a sandwich I do not expect to have to ask for more meat. I returned a sandwich last year and most recently I simply asked for more meat after watching a single slice of meat get spread the length of a giant sized sandwich order. Didn't realize until I got home that the bread was hard and crusty instead of tasting fresh and soft. I am tired or constantly giving Jersey Mike's a chance only to get disappointed. Maybe it's okay for the people who currently live in this area but my expectations are higher because I have received so much more from other Jersey Mike's locations. I can say I will never return to this location. It has soured my taste for Jersey Mike's in general. read more

My son and I can not eat gluten for medical reasons. We were very impressed with the staffs ability to understand what needed to be done to prepare our subs without possible contamination. They took the time to clean all of the equipment, knives, surfaces and remove all other sources, we are very grateful and intend on making this place a place we will visit regularly!
