I had the chicken teriyaki with white rice and veggies. The food was good I use to be a regular here not so much since I moved a little further away. The portion sizes are uneven. Multiple times I've come here and I ordered regular chicken teriyaki and gotten more. This time not much chicken was given. Not complaining just noticed the difference in portion sizes. The inside has a decent seating area which was empty and it seemed most people got To Go as several people came in, grabbed their food and left. I got 3 of their sushi dishes (the Christmas roll, Black Dragon roll and 3 piece sashimi) which all tasted good. I do like that they have the pinkish/red ginger instead of the light yellow/clear ginger most places I've been to have. This one just tastes better to me. I'm not a fan of quick hibachi places. Usually I have "issues" a few hours later. BUT, I took a chance and glad I did. I was hungry and decided on a chicken bento with shrimp tempura to add. First off, place is clean and somewhat spacious. Nice employees. They cook to order, be prepared to wait. As for as food, it's good. I'm not a fan of California rolls so I gave it to my dude. Fried rice and chicken were tasty but I devoured on my shrimp tempura and got their yum sauce. Their sauce is 40 cents extra but worth it. It has a kick to it which I love!! It was a long day and no one felt like cooking so I ordered some sushi ! After reading reviews and seeing what was available for delivery I ordered the key dishes: Sashimi, the Dynamite role, and the salmon maki combo. From order to door it to about an hour for the food to arrive. The food was greatly stacked in their containers and nestled in a plastic bag. Each entree came with wasabi paste and ginger slices to cleanse that palate between bites. They also provided enough soy sauce for a boatload of sushi. All of the sushi has a neutral smell - a good sign that nothing is old, and the tempura on the dynamite roll was still crispy. It's been a long time since I ate sushi and Bento's hit the spot. Everything was rolled tightly save for a couple of the small rolls and the flavor was on point. Next time I'll see about going into the restaurant to eat rather than do takeout. read more

Wow. This place exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and price. It was around $12 per bento box and includes a small salad, 3pc fried dumplings, 4pc california roll. I enjoyed the taste of the salmon, but found that some pieces were over cooked. Next time, I think I'll try the beef or chicken as my husband enjoyed his beef bento box. We also got the miso soup but the flavor could have been better. We also saw people ordering the sashimi and we will definitely have to come back for those as they looked delicious! read more

I just absolutely LOVE this place. The sushi is pretty good for a "fast food" sushi joint. Their hibachi is okay...noodles is pretty bland but it's nothing a little chili sauce and soy sauce can't fix. Again, for a quick and reasonably priced sushi place, Bentos is up there on my list. read more

So I heard a lot of good things about this place. My daughter has been getting sushi from here for a while and I've tried a piece a time or two. It was really good. So along came COVID and I was down for the count unable to cook and only able to order out. Tried the hibachi chicken with fried rice and veggies.... I was pleasantly surprised. It was really good. Extremely fresh and flavorful. I got my husband two California rolls. He enjoyed them as well. It was so good we had the again yesterday. I ordered the hibachi chicken and a spicy tuna roll. My husband got a California roll, cucumber avocado roll & a shrimp tempura roll and my daughter got the volcano roll. We were all extremely pleased and enjoyed every bit of it. I had friends over and ordered several sushi rolls, shrimp tempura, and fried rice. It was decent, but not great. What was most ...unsettling (for lack of a better term) was the fried rice. When you order fried rice from anyplace you know what to expect. I'm sure you can see it in your mind now (and maybe even taste it if you're hungry). Well, this wasn't it. It was just rice with some peas thrown in for good measure; not fried rice. So, like most of my disappointments, I'll give it one more try to see if that last order was a fluke. I've been here several times, and it's actually improved since my last visit - at least in terms of general cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area and kitchen spaces I could see. I always get the same thing here - steak and shrimp hibachi, and it's great as a keto eater that I can eschew the rice that comes with the hibachi and get double veggies instead! Throw in some yum-yum sauce (which is basically their name for sriracha mayo) and you're in for a tasty time! This isn't meant to compete with sit-down hibachi places. It's still quick service, and the quality of food is what you expect - maybe slightly better, tbh. I find the pricing incredibly reasonable for the amount of food. They should look at getting a wider selection of fountain drinks, though. As someone who doesn't consume sugar, it's always a bummer when Diet Coke is your only option. (You don't need to worry about me and my hydration - I drink 2L+ of water every day, but enjoy soda with a meal). I've been here and the Diet was actually out of order, but this latest trip it was working! If you approach this as a quick service place with quick service quality food, you'll likely be delightfully surprised at the portions and flavor. This is a great little teriyaki place. They feature bento box style entrees that are quite good with a variety of items: a meat, rice or noodles, fried dumplings, California roll, and salad. They do a really good job of preparation with the meats. When I get chicken it always has those crispy bits that I love. Portion sizes are not bad. The salad actually has cucumber and carrots in it, and they use a nice sweet dressing. Dumplings are fried fresh to order. The rice is good too, although the fried rice is really just made using a lot of soy sauce and not always mixed so well. Besides the bento boxes, they also offer a small but decent selection of sushi. It comes served on a styrofoam plate, but easily compares to some regular sushi places in the area. The rice is fresh and they are generous with the ingredients in side. I like to order a roll with spicy tuna or something to contrast with the sweet teriyaki entrees. The facility is nice and clean, with a small dining area on the end of the strip mall. A lot of business is carryout, so it is never really crowded. I've been driving past this place for a while and finally stopped in on Wednesday afternoon. I ordered the Chicken hibachi and a side order of the pan fried dumplings . Unfortunately I was really disappointed . The Hibachi was really bland and oily , fried rice had no flavor and the veggies were just cabbage , one itty bitty piece of broccoli and a couple peas . I think the chicken initially started out good until they soaked it in grease . The pan fried dumplings are nothing like a traditional PFD . The ones here are really tiny and completely fried and unfortunately lacked flavor , I don't even know what was in them , SUPER greasy . The restaurant itself seemed nice and clean and the stay were fine , just wish I'd had a better experience like the other posters here . So bummed . read more

Should've run when we walked in. The place was filthy every table dirty food on the floors boat I was still hopeful and thought let's give it a shot anyway. We each ordered a sushi roll and hibachi. It's just your standard chicken-teriyaki dish with either white rice, fried rice, or lomein noodles with a side of stirred fried vegetables. We always walk out here super full or with leftovers.
