I came here twice before because of the Axxess deal, but both times I felt like I should have had South Coast Deli instead. The thing you notice instantly was how inexperienced the workers are. They can't split the bread properly if their life depend on it. Both times they squish the bread by pressing down on it too hard and cut it so unevenly that it looked all jagged. Please get these workers a proper bread knife. One side would be really thin and barely holding together and the other side would be 3 inches thick. The ratio of onion to everything else is so off that you can't taste the onions. My guess is that lettuce comes pre-shredded and nobody wants to slice the onions, so they use as little as possible. There were crumbs and lettuce everywhere even when the place was empty and the workers had nothing to do but wait around. Lastly, $9 for a regular was pricey. I felt ripped off because this is Subway quality at South Coast Deli/3 Pickles price. It has been 19 days since the start of Axxess card, but you still can't use it here because they don't have the app? I don't know if it is the business's fault or Axxess' fault, but I sold some books for IV elementary school and people will surely complain and make it harder to sell next year if they can't use something that supposedly should have been active since September 15th. read more

I am a bit of a Jersey Mike's addict, and I go into the Camino Real store once (sometimes twice) a week. So, I feel confident in giving this 5-star review, because I have never once had a bad experience here! The employees and the manager are wonderful, friendly, and attentive. They always remember my "usual" order and don't tease me for being so boring that I have a "usual." I'm not sure how other reviewers seem to be having such a different experience from mine, but I will continue to praise this Jersey Mike's location for its stellar service and friendliness! read more

i really liked their sandwiches so i went out to get one with my service dog. when i entered the store, they told me to pick up my dog or leave. i explained that he is a service dog and when he is being held he cannot properly monitor my disability. they told me that small dogs cannot be service dogs and to leave the store. i left, annoyed, and i dont think i will be coming back here again. please educate your workers. read more

Yesterday tried to order online. Twice the app told me my "order could not be processed, so I simply decided to go to the shop and order. Paid for my sandwich and ate. 30 min later my wife gets a fraud alert from our bank, because JM charged for the two "not processed" orders. Went back to the store and all they did was take my phone number, so that someone at corporate could call me. Still waiting and still have the extra charges against my bank account. May I start by saying that the food was delicious. However, the customer service was terrible. The man beginning to make my sandwich seemed to be in a rush, while I was alone in line. The woman finishing was terribly rude. She hassled me for asking for light tomatoes, threw a pen at me, and was just overall rude. Super rude employees every time I've come. Finally decided to say something now. My boyfriend and I came at 8:52 last night (10/10/16) (granted they close at 9:00). I politely asked if they were open and the guy employee just blankly stared at me and mumbled something like"Ya I guess...". I asked if he was sure?... He continued to glare at us while making my sandwich and made my boyfriend so uncomfortable he decided not to get anything. I would understand the rudeness if this was a place where you SIT AND DINE, but it's not...it takes you 2 mins to make my sandwich and I'm out before you're even actually closed? The other employee girl putting on my toppings looked like she was seriously inconvenienced by our presence in general. Terrible customer service. Girl serving me was visibly sick, which I didn't notice until it was too late. Decided to just eat it because I was starved and I learned my lesson because I got sick a day or two later. Emailed the store and got no response. Emailed corporate and still no response. Emailed them a third time and finally got a response just giving me a free sandwich. Besides all this, a lot of the time they skimp on the lettuce and onions and considering how expensive the sandwiches are, that's not okay with me. Look elsewhere for a sandwich. read more

They have a 2-for-1 offer on the Axxess card so I decided to use it. I ordered a roast beef with provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, and extra mayo for my husband. The guy made it perfect. I ordered the Philly Cheese-steak with added tomatoes for me. The bread/meat handler yelled it back to the grill as did the topping handler, however, when I got it - no tomatoes. Points off for that. The service was good. Everybody working friendly and upbeat. I probably wouldn't go without the 2-for-1 deal, because as another poster mentioned, for the price range South Coast and Three Pickles are better sandwiches in this area. read more

I've only ever been in at night, and my sandwiches are always well-made and the young girl who usually makes them knows how to do it so the bread doesn't get soggy (a pet peeve of mine, which usually happens as other JM's). I'm a huge Jersey Mike's fan, and I was excited when I heard they were opening in Goleta. Their subs are amazing. The bread is delicious, and the ingredients are fresh. They cut the meat and cheese right in front of you. I recommend the #8,9 or 13. The mayo and bacon combo on the clubs is just amazing. Be sure to get all subs Mike's Way! read more

My only complaint is the turkey is slimy and 99% fat free...not real turkey texture and very processed which is nasty. Also the cheesey rosemary bread needs to be toasted...not good cold. read more

At the recommendation of a co-worker, I headed over to Jersey Mikes. I tried the Big Kahuna Cheesteak. Since it's a hot sub sandwich, they give you a number and you pick it up when called. Wish I could have the option of adding lettuce and other stuff in it. It was fulfilling but not worth the price. read more
