The worst cashier Braulio Rosa works at this Taco Bell. We walk in to order with cashier Braulio Rosa who does NOT greet the customer. Not any hello or welcome to Taco Bell. The young kid stands there as a robot. No facial expression no heart beat. Takes the order and hands the receipt. Watched him with a similar approach to numerous customers with other customers making similar comments. Taco Bell should not have him work with the customers. This is not a typical Taco Bell with a drive through. Even though it can be inconvenient to order, they do have an app and the option to pick up. I never thought I'd be a fast food girl but they have some yummy bowls that are relatively low in fat and calories. When I'm in a super hurry and too exhausted to make a meal, I come here to pick up a chicken bowl with Diablo sauce. It never disappoints. The people working here are friendly, fast, and fun. The environment is relatively clean, for being a fast food restaurant. Overall, this is my secret indulgence when I'm short on time and energy. Maybe I'm delusional to think eating this way will maintain a girlish figure but it hasn't wrecked too much havoc as of yet, as long as it's done in moderation. I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years. I would even say decades and usually a couple times a week. The late night staff is awesome, they always get my order correct and the portions are fair. The mornings though.. whole different story. My order is always wrong. Always. It's almost comical how wrong they get my order. Not sure if it's a language barrier or they simply don't care enough to pay attention. I avoid coming here for breakfast and usually a month or 2 goes by before I try again and when I do I regret it all over again. It is extremely frustrating as I always order to go and head to work. I shouldn't have to physically open the bag. Pull out an item. Unwrap the food, OPEN the item and make sure certain ingredients were added or taken out.
