This is my second order. Yesterday was a five star but today was an epic failure. Driver got lost so lunch was 20 minutes later than originally expected. Sandwich was a lot smaller than previous day and the sandwich was doused in dressing causing the bread to be super soggy and inedible. Super disappointing. $20 is a lot of money for a terrible sandwich. I'm not a happy customer right now. Consistency would be better. read more

Ernesto and Kira are AMAZING! I placed a large catering order for my office and had to make a change. I called and spoke to Kira; we reviewed the order completely and she made the changes I needed. I went to pick up the order and it was perfect. I was greeted by the entire staff with smiles and Ernesto offered to take the order to my car(it was quite large). He thanked me for the business and asked me to enjoy lunch! My team LOVED IT! it was set up so nicely - was delicious -flawless, just the way I requested! Ernesto and Kira are an asset to Jersey Mike's. Not only that, I placed the order on the national day of giving and they were swamped! Ordered 2 kids meals and they accidently made 2 smalls. When we went to pay, rather than accepting the mistake of his worker, the manager proceeded to cut the bread in half and remove some the deli meat and cheese and throw it in trash right in front of our faces. Says a lot about a place when they prefer to throw out their mistake rather than just swallow it. read more

I actually added this location to Yelp when it opened and then forgot to come back and provide a review! This was intended to be an update, gut here we go. I drove past two Subways and one Jimmy John's to get here, so it is my favorite of the three. Restaurant is clean, well organized, efficient and has ample inside and some outside seating. The freshly cut meat is a plus. Also the thinner, shaved meat seems better because even if it is the same quantity as on other sandwiches, it spreads out in your mouth for a better mouthfeel. I usually get the wheat bread for (in my mind) some added nutrition and I like Mike's Way with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. Typically I get the original Italian #13 or the Big Kahuna #56, a version of Philly cheese-steak. It is a very good cheese-steak. I like their bread, soft enough but still has a nice chew to it. Today, trying to be healthier, I ordered the turkey breast and provolone #7 on wheat, Mike's Way. This was rated by Eat This, Not That as the healthiest of the cold subs. It was good (but it was not a #13 good). The best thing is that I ordered online at 12:03 and I got to the restaurant at 12:10 and there was my sub waiting for me. Even better, I used their loyalty program Shore Points and got my regular #7 for free. Back in my office by 12:15 with my sandwich and I see my screen says estimated order ready time was 12:17 - they beat that by a long shot. Came in during lunch and was greeted by a friendly employee who explained their sandwiches and made some recommendations. I had a coupon for a free sub which rang up without any issues, I was almost surprised by this because the majority of the time when I try to use a coupon, the cashier has no idea how to handle this. Not in this case! :) The man who took my sandwich order double checked it with me and when he brought it out was super friendly. I feel like all of the employees here really went above and beyond and made this location seem like more than "just another quick sandwich place". Great training and customer service! My wife and I are are so lucky we stopped here for lunch, as soon as we opened the door we were welcomed by Kira and Ernesto! Big smiles, super friendly, and they made us feel like we were old friends stopping by their house for lunch. Great fresh sandwiches made with quality items, meats and cheeses sliced in front of you, no precut stacked meat in plastic trays like other sandwich shops. All items were prepared in a super clean work station right in front of us. The restaurant was spotless! Clean tables and chairs, floors clean and garbage pails empty not overflowing. Update: after the issue below, I have been back several times (can't help it - I like Jersey Mikes). No issues that I can recall. Last couple times have been during COVID - online ordering and pick up is very easy, staff is friendly, and the food is great (and they have bread ). Updating review ranking. Thanks!! I've been to this location multiple times, and have been eating Jersey Mike's for as long as I can remember. Parking was a pain as expected, with Valentines Day and Augusta Grill. After waiting about 5 mins, finally had our order taken. First 2 were fine, other than having to repeat several times. On 3rd sub, was informed they ran out of white bread. This was at 7:30pm, not a close. One of the workers said "not again". So I got my last sub on Rosemary Parm. Guy behind me ordered, and was told "we are out of Rosemary Parm". Extremely upbeat enthusiastic staff!! They are all very welcoming. They made sure I had all toppings for my Philly Cheesesteak. The server asked me every question possible to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. My #5 however, was not the same. I asked my sub to be Mike's Way with no oregano. The lady was almost complete with my order when she put a TON of oregano all over my sub. Thankfully, we both noticed what happened. She politely re-topped my sub without oregano. Everyone was very friendly and willing to fix the minor issue. This place was also SPOTLESS. It was extremely clean throughout the restaurant. I LOVE Jersey Mike's! Their food never disappoints and their staff is always so nice! This is at every location in the Upstate that I've been too, but especially at this location. I visit this location often due to my job. I'm a Paramedic and this is close to the hospital so if I'm in the area around lunch time, this is typically where I go! Most of the employees know me when I walk in the door, some even know my order! Shoot, my partner at work even says "Jersey Mikes, right?" when it's lunch time! My only complaint is that there isn't one in Travelers Rest yet! We need Jersey Mike's in TR!!!! :) read more

This is my favorite sub place. Nobody can top JM, not even the Italian restaurants. And trust me, I've ate them all! Their bread is great, their topping are fresh (love the thinly sliced white onions) and their meats are tasty. I use to get the veggie sub on the rosemary parm bread, but now I get the "sub in a tub" because I eat low carb. They offer a range of sandwiches, wraps and salads (tubs) from classic turkey and provolone to buffalo chicken philly. From a "mini mike" to a "giant" there's offerings for all appetites. There are a nice selection of chips to choose from, as well as cookies and brownies. They have a regular soda machine, but it does over some more natural varieties from a popular soda brand in vanilla (cream) and root beer. Be sure to sign up for their "shore points" and rack up points for free grub. Tuesdays are ALL REGULAR SUBS $6. You can't beat that, especially if feeding your large family!!
