I hold ownership/management responsible for what appears to be a lack of procedures in place. The list of what was wrong last night starts with bang bang sauce for the shrimp that was way to mayonnaise forward. The house made croutons were stale (chewy stale) and the Caesar salad dressing was vinegar forward, like you would use on coleslaw. The Bison burger was overcooked and the fries were cold. The "market price" crab cakes had lots of filler and were cold and the broccoli was overcooked to mush. The cowboy steak was seasoned well but it was overcooked as well and the potatoes were cold.
