IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD DAY ORDER LUNCH FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I am convinced you couldn't pay the band of teenagers running this location any amount of money to be half way decent human beings. Every time I have placed orders online they prioritize the walk ins & I have literally waited 60+ minutes to get my order. My husband & I have learned just to walk in & order if we don't want to spend all day waiting for our food. We walked in this afternoon & placed our order. We both ordered hot subs. The girl with blue hair working the grill starts cooking her food that she brought from home on the grill. 10 minutes after we placed our order she finally throws down our meat. All the workers were complaining about a customer trying to use a gift card. After 10 more minutes the girl with blue hair takes off her gloves & walks to the back. Our food is just sitting on the grill BURNING. After 5 minutes go by she comes back to the front & completely ignores our food sitting on the grill. She grabs the spatula & starts preparing her lunch. My husband & I had to walk out. We drove down the street to the Gallatin location where they were nothing but a 10 out of 10 crew. The Hendersonville employees can take notes from the Gallatin crew from professionalism to customer service. I walked in tonight and was helped by Landon, Alex, Kai and Roman!!! When i talk about going above and beyond THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! I ordered a number 9 and i told Landon i had a weird request to put blue cheese dressing and chipotle dressing on my sub and he did it without hesitation!! They asked me if putting that stuff on my sub was good and i said i don't know its my first time trying it. They all looked at me mindblown. Landon even offered to remake my sub if it wasn't good! THIS IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Going above and beyond to take care of the customer!!! I told him don't worry about it i knew i was going to love it!!! I was only supposed to buy a sub and Idk how Landon did it but he read my mind and somehow knew i was thirsty and told me that they had really good sweet tea. Im a huge sweet tea fan so of course he had sold me on getting a large sweet tea ams Boyyyyyy was it amazing!!! Then I thought to myself you can't get a sub and a drink without chips so i grabbed a bag of chips. As Landon, Alex, Kai and Roman helped to make my sub and my experience out of this world they asked me if i wanted a cookie cause they must of saw me looking at them or they read my mind again!! I asked them if I should get a cookie or a brownie and they all said the brownie hands down!!! So i got the brownie. I just got home and torn open my sandwich and took a bite......when i say i died and went to heaven and got to witness the BIG BANG creation!!!!! BEST SUB IVE EVER HAD!!!! I went in on 8/02/2020 at 115 pm and Glenn whom was working the meat cutter took my order and then while complaining about how their catering system is set up and how he didnt like it at all he proceeded to less up two of ly three sandwiches. Making number 9's instead of 8's. I run a very large food company and proper training would eliminate an employee complaining in the front of house with customers. read more

The Gallatin location and that of Hendersonville suck. Plain and simple. The Hendersonville location is closed permanently and I suspect Gallatin will follow. At first the sandwiches were large as is the price point. Over time the product became a bread sandwich, sub par. I know I grew up in Point Pleasant NJ and was a customer at the original location from the age of 10! I grew up and played football with the owner Peter Cancro since we were children. I know that the quality lacks and the staff is generally unpleasant in both locations as if they are goal driven-perhaps this is the case. read more

Twice in the last week, this Jersey Mike's location has run out of BREAD. Yes, you read that correctly... a sub place has run out of bread. This means that twice in the last week, my order has been cancelled. When I asked for the manager to call me, the only answer that she could give me was that they had more party platters ordered than normal and they can't tell those customers no, or quote them a longer wait time. However, they CAN tell the normal average Joe customer that they can't receive their order. Absolutely horrific customer service. The best I got was "That's all I can tell you". I've been coming to this Jersey Mike's for probably 5 or 6 years and it'll be the last time. There were 3 high school aged kids and they were basically trying to push me out the door. We ordered a kids meal as well and they didn't give us the cookie or drink that came with it (Paid for this and wasn't even offered it). Jersey Mike's is the best sub chain because of the quality ingredients. They slice the meat in front of you, which really makes a difference in taste. This location is what you'd expect - good service, clean, and great subs. I have this nagging feeling that this store isn't quite as nice as the ones in Brentwood and Nippers Corner - maybe it's just the location. The sandwiches are great, I usually get the "Big Kahuna" the way it comes, why mess with perfection. The bread is always fresh, and hot. Also, the chain had a special buy one get one free - BOGO (equal or lesser value). I was all in... But to my surprise I was told that the special BOGO did not include the giant size, tho the coupon did not specify a particular size. There is never any adult there. Just a bunch of young kids working. Restaurant was filthy prep area looked like vegetables had been there for days. Mayonnaise had yellow all around top of it.
