Made my food fresh.. had a little wait but not too long. They also offered me a drink while I waited.

We were waiting 5 minutes for someone to take our order and we had to go to them to ask for service! And then they act like it's an inconvenience to take our order! Bad attitudes all the way around! I've already left a review for this place, i don't know what has happened in the past few months but my food has been terrible about 90% of the time. usually the eggs or cheese taste old, but today was the last straw. i found a piece of metal inside of my mashed potatoes and gravy. i didn't know it was there until i bit down on it. not sure what it's from, but I don't feel comfortable eating the rest of it. Last time it took 15 min for our food and they STILL forgot my mashed potatoes. (I dont eat meat) today, i ordered a egg and cheese biscuit and he said it would take 10 min for his grill to be hot (for a egg?) like he didn't want to do it but the sign says "all day breakfast". i still should have ordered it anyway because they pulled us up to wait for some FRIES!!!! I walk in to ask for a extra sauce and the manager is stuffing his face with chicken where i can see him then comes to greet me chewing it at the same time he's telling me sauce will be .27 extra. It's almost like you're being punked when you walk in; kept looking for hidden cameras; it's like a bad reality show on a floundering fast food restaurant. It took almost 5 minutes for anyone to realize that I was at the counter. But in the meantime the amount of f-bombs etc from the back would make a rapper blush. Placed order...out of rice, it'll be 20 minutes to make more (this was dinner time...5:30pm). Ordered another side. More drama in the back. And one employee eating off the line (pretty sure that's a health code violation). On the good side: it didn't actually take too long and the food is good! And overall the employee show was somewhat entertaining, but really not maybe the best way to run a restaurant. We've got at least 8 more chicken places in a mile of here. The chicken is delicious. Their Botato rounds are a delight, as are all the other sides. But damn do the employees make you feel like crap for having the audacity to order food. I've never gone inside, but that's probably for the best if the drive thru service is anything to judge by. Not even a hello is uttered when you pull up to the window, just your total, followed by your food/drink being forcefully thrust at you & the window shut in your face. Normally do bojangles for breakfast as the biscuits best in business Try country ham, egg and cheese biscuit. Pretty awesome. Just plain biscuit and jelly pretty darn good too Pork chop biscuit is on the list also. This place has come a long way in the recent months. I don't know if it's new management, but I suspect this is the case. If you haven't tried this place again in a while, give them a shot. They really seem to have turned this location around for the better. It used to be awful from a service perspective. The fingers and the biscuit here are pretty good for fast food. Don't come here The service is horrible for mid food. I got yelled at in the drive thru while trying to decide what to order for my family. The man got mad at me and yelled "Ma'am do you need help with something on the menu" with a horrible attitude. I told him no and that there was no one in line behind us and he said "I have a drive thru time to worry about" This man always has a horrible attitude with customers and the store is always dirty. read more

I went to Bojangles website, looking for inspiration, and was greeted with a full-screen shot of their BojAngler fish sandwich. My daughter is a Pescatarian, and It looked great for her. And I was in the mood for fried chicken, so I went to Bojangles, only to be told that the BojAngler is a seasonal item that has been discontinued. Great service every time we go we have quick and great service. Just get the chicken though. The sides are either regular fast food sides or they are extremely salty. We keep going back for the chicken biscuits and steak biscuits. They also support schools. read more

Went today and the employees weren't wearing their masks. Most were below their chin, one guy didn't have it on at all. Very irresponsible and unsafe when preparing food for the customers. Was walking outside & got stuck in the rain... Just after watching the Hendersonville fireworks show at the park... We were soaked, and employee Autumn was closing things up for the night... Instead of looking the other way, she welcomed us inside, made us some fresh chicken, and let us hang out until it stopped raining. Autumn is a wonderful employee. They don't serve dine-in customers at 7 o'clock on a Wednesday night. At least they wouldn't serve me. I stood at the counter as two employees hurried back and forth in front of me to get food for drive-thru customers. But none for me. One of the employees sweetly said that the other would take my order soon. She didn't. So I walked out and went to McDonald's, where the same thing happened. Sigh. Recently discovered Bojangles. I love dirty rice and they got it ! The biscuits are as good as it gets ! I really like the biscuit with egg, sausage and cheese. They serve this all day long. The chicken breast is my favorite but my family eats all of it. We love it and it's our go to Fried Chicken in Hendersonville. The sides are great too and the kids especially love the green beans and macaroni and cheese. Biscuits are wonderful if you're a biscuit fan. Service is always fast and friendly and the food is always fresh. We have solutely love this place period family packs are awesome for taking out on the boat or to a picnic or for a family or catered event. If you haven't tried this place you have to. Hendersonville recently added a Bojangles to our stable of fast food options. I had not seen a Bojangles in such a suburban location in a while, having mostly seen them in truck stops and more city-centric locations. Basically, it is a competitor to Popeyes and KFC, mixed with southern breakfast options like you'd find at say, Jacks. Biscuits and gravy, sausage biscuits, chicken biscuits and more for breakfast, fried chicken for a more comprehensive meal. They serve breakfast all day, apparently. After waiting several weeks for the drive-thru line to abate, and for my diet to allow the splurge (80+ lbs woohoo), I decided to stop for breakfast the other day while making an extremely early AM visit to our local Walmart. I got a Cajun chicken biscuit, biscuits and gravy, and the Bo Tots. The prices were very reasonable. Almost too reasonable. From a food standpoint, I'm really happy (but my diet isn't) we now have a Bojangles. The chicken was good, the biscuits better, and the sausage gravy excellent. I mean, it isn't Loveless Cafe, but honestly, you don't always have the time for that level of dining. The BoTots were a little over seasoned, but since this is a chain, I don't see that as their fault. Their kitchen was new and thus spotless. My only complaint was with the service. I heard arguing over the order system. My food came in odd packaging, including no bag to hold two separate packages, one that could have easily leaked and made a horrible gravy mess. That said, it is a new location. Perfect? No. But the food makes me overlook the early service difficulties. read more

Guy in drive thru wasn't very friendly, all I noticed was " go ahead.... yeah... pull around". Got to the window. The girl in the window took my card I asked for ketchup. She said " huhhh". I had gone in and looked once and decided nothing looked good to me and left. However, my husband LOVES biscuits so we stopped one morning to give them a try. I got two scones, one blueberry and one cinnamon. He got two biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. The service was fast as they weren't busy. The biscuits and scones were awful. We ordered 4 chicken and biscuits. When we got home every single one of the biscuits were so hard I could barley bite into it. Then I called up there (because we were already home) and the manager Nicole was basically trying to tell me I was wrong and that it was impossible for the biscuits to be hard. Kept arguing with me instead of being professional,she stooped way low. I could understand if I was being rude but even though I was upset I kept my cool and even said "Mam"....I will never go back (they couldn't give me enough free chicken n biscuits to go back!) they need to learn respect and hire better managers. Food was good. That's the two stars. Service was extremely rude. Words were customer service friendly but the delivery of them was full of attitude. It was quite apparent the teenage girl working the window had no interest in our order or being at work or working in general. She was short and pushy. When another young female employee overheard us complain about the rudeness she came to the window to deliver our food with such sickeningly sweet sarcasm we were afraid our food may have been spit in.
