When I walked in and ordered the two girls helping me were not wearing their masks correctly. Then while I was waiting for my order I saw that in the back there were 2-3 people working with food that were not wearing masks at all. Then a guy came in who I assume used to work there and started trying to get behind the counter and converse with the employees. He asked if he could just go in the back and make his own sandwich to which the employee yelled "yes, after that girl leaves". Overall, if was just gross that they took no precaution when handling other peoples food. I was getting the food for my father who has cancer and therefore is immunocompromised. We use to be regular customers at this Jersey Mike's location prior to Covid-19. We went there yesterday (5/15) Obviously, the place is under new management. It was disgusting. There was litter all over the floor. The people who waited on us were very unprofessional both in their dress and their appearance. We will never go back. It's too bad because the old managers had this place SO clean & run very well. read more

Awesome. Unreal place. Best sandwich place around for sure. Good prices, great people working, and the food is great!!! Okay just wanted a small snack so I got the mini sandwhich. The bread is stale. I could feed it to the birds. The bread isn't even white like it usually is, my friend who I came with though his is white and soft. This should be easy for one of the 3 workers to spot. read more

Update on my previous review: Dennis reached out to me and offered a free sub to see if they could do better. He also said he would speak to corporate about the extremely thin pieces of cheese and meats. I did take him up on that offer and the sandwich was much better but the cheese is so thin that it is almost non existent. I really do appreciate the fact that he reached out to me. read more

Delicious, great flavors and freshly sliced deli meats and cheeses. Everyone in our group tried a different sub but when you do them Mikes way they are insanely delicious! I will be back to try every combination they offer. The chipotle steak sounded great but I had to start with the vegi complete with fresh cheese, green peppers, herbs, vinager, oil, basil and more! Being a Jersey girl I was so looking forward to trying your store. I have to say that I was so disappointed. Your prices are very high especially for what you get. I could get more meat on a sandwich at Subway! I just had a salami and cheese sub and the cheese was paper thin and only had one slice of that. The salami was also paper thin but I actually got two slices of that. Unbelievable! I know you can't do much with the bread here in CO but come on - you can put more cold cuts on the sandwich, what, with your high prices and all. We paid $23.00 for two sandwiches the size of 1/2 half of subways, 2 chips, and 1 drink. You are giving Jersey a bad name. read more

I am a total cheesesteak snob from Atlantic City New Jersey, and I grew up on the famous White House Sub Shop cheesesteaks when I was a little girl. Born and raised in Philly so I know my cheese steaks. Jersey Mike's is the closest to home I have found since moving to CO in 2010. I have tried many "philly" steak shop including Pat's. I don't like Pat's steaks when I go back home and the franchise in CO isn't different. I am a Mike's gurl but all Jersey Mike's are not the same. I live across the street from the store on Heritage Hills Cir but I drive to the one in University Park Shopping Center. The hot cook, I don't know her name but she has short curly hair and wears glasses, is the BOMB (that's good ppl). I rotate from the #56 and #8. If MY cook is there, I get the 56 unless I am watching my weight then I get the #8 without bacon/mayo. The service is always great and I am in and out in no time even during the high school lunch rush. Look, this may not be your career choice but the fact is you are on the other side of the counter working it. Other reviewers say great service, but that was far from what I got. The subs are ok-ish but super salty, so it's no like you are hitting home-runs to begin with - but having me sit there for 20+ mins waiting for my online order (I can see one of the subs was already made) while you're talking shop and taking your sweet time is just unacceptable. Why even have online ordering if the time stamp doesn't mean anything to you?? When I did say something about the wait, all you did is shrug and smirk. Food was great. Got a 7" Italian, Jersey Shore, I think. But what put this shop over the top is the service. I recently hurt my back causing days off from work, heavy duty pain killers, and a lot of help from friends family, The last thing I want to do right now is cook. So called in an order, drove myself in pain down to pick it up and found I left my purse at home. When I came back with my purse they handed me my sub and said no charge. I don't know if it was my obvious painful condition or that they were just glad I came back. But whatever the reason that is some awesome customer service. I'll take these guys over firehouse subs anyday. Jersey now has all my sub business. read more

I'm not sure where Frank K. got his stats, but when I went to the website, the Regular Size Original Italian sub (which is huge, by the way) shows it at 680 calories. I also want to say that there is NO comparison between Jersey Mike's and Subway. I do not eat Subway subs - their ingredients are not comparable to Jersey Mike's insofar as freshness, or quality of cold cuts, and the rolls at Subway are terrible, in my opinion. I love Jersey Mike's - it is the first sub shop in this part of the country that meets my very high standards!! read more

Best sub place of all the fast sub places. They also have some of the best philly's around. Get your sandwich "Mike's Way" you will never go back to the plain sub again! Great ownership too, they are always friendly and recognize you when you come back. read more

I got tired of eating at Subway and decided to try this sub place. I have to say that this is my new go to for a quick bite! So far I have only tried the Big Kahuna, and it's absolutely phenomenal. Best cheeseteak I have ever had! The Big Kahuna is basically a cheese steak with jalapeños, bell peppers, mushrooms, and the best part... extra cheese! The prices are a lot higher than Subway or Which Wich, but it's definitely worth it! read more

Wow, I don't know where to start. I guess with the online ordering, don't bother. We've used the online ordering the last few times and it's never been ready, or even started, at the promised time. We got a different excuse each time. My favorite was, "I'm sorry, we didn't get the order. Give us a few minutes." As they proceeded to make the sandwiches I couldn't help but wonder how they knew what to make if they didn't get the order. This time not only was the order not started after we gave them an extra 10 minutes, but the bread on one of the cold sandwiches was so hard it was inedible, imagine a big crouton. We wanted to like this place; the employees are friendly, the food is usually good, and it's close, but service is just awful. read more
