I ordered through the App. I went to pick up my food. My bread for my sub wasn't the bread I chose. I CALLED the store, the phone did a weird ringing noise. I then called another franchise location- only for the phone to ring and ring (no answer). I DROVE back to the store to tell them that my bread wasn't the one I ordered, just for them to say "we're out of it." They DIDN'T notate that on my receipt or stop me when I came in and took it off the pick-up shelf. No effort anywhere, where I was informed. They could had hand written it on the receipt slip. But they couldn't do that, as well as didn't have their phone charged/ on the hook. And all of these places have a tip option. Want to give this store and it's workers a Big Shout Out for a job well done; after ordering a cold cut for the 1st time and it wasn't up to par; after speaking to the District Manager over the phone she handled it. I went back a month later and they were waiting for me to come in so they could remake our cold cut, to my surprise the District Manager was in the store and remembered speaking with me. I try to minimize gluten in my diet so when I want a sub or cheesesteak, chances are you'll find me at Jersey Mike's. In addition to white or wheat rolls and wraps, you can also choose to have your sub on gluten free bread or in a bowl. My husband usually orders #66, the Portabella Cheesesteak. A hefty amount of chopped steak mixed with fried onions, green peppers and mushrooms topped with melted white American cheese. The sub comes "undressed" so he usually adds lettuce and tomato. When I order this sub, I sub gooey provolone for the more creamy American cheese. Last visit, my husband ordered #13, the Original Italian. That baby was STUFFED with meat. He was only able to eat half of a regular sub and had half the next day. I had a tuna salad bowl which I'd recommend ordering with extra veggies to make a true salad. The sandwiches come dressed "Mike's way" - lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar, oil and oregano. I always add pickles and banana peppers. You could also add mayo, pepper relish, jalapeños and/or a variety of mustards. I preorder on the app and my sandwiches are always waiting for me by the time I get to the store. The app is easy to use and makes customizing a breeze. Their loyalty program is "My Mike's". You earn points that can be traded for free subs. My usual order is for five subs so reaching freebies isn't very difficult. Our most recent visit didn't go as well as usual. I had a large order and should have checked my bag before I left the store. I didn't receive several bags of chips and one of my bowls wasn't topped correctly. I sent an email through the app and am awaiting a response from the local store. We get together with our family every Wednesday for lunch. If you're at Jersey Mike's around 11 on a Wednesday and see a lady walking out with a big bag of sandwiches, chances are, it's me! read more

After patiently waiting in line for 15 minutes, (and even told the clerk, there's no need to rush), I really didn't appreciate how she returned my kindness by totally disregarded me standing there and started to serve a couple that just walked in door. I spoke up and asked her if she forgot about me, but she acted as if she didn't hear me! I was dumbfounded by her actions. I said, "Oh wow, really?!" Lately I've been watching the incredible TikTok vids from JM's and had to stop in. The good stuff, my sandwich was delicious, an Italian sub #13 cold Mike's Way. I loved it. Meats, cheese, bread super fresh and high quality. The problem was it took 20 mins from the time I walked in the door to get my sandwich made. There was a huge order in front of me and the sandwich tech was cutting every single slice of meat for every sandwich so dang slow. The three other workers were just in the background cutting up with her while she worked the assembly. The place was filthy and the people waiting on food were really getting upset, me TOO. Due to the slow service, the wait time just to order was 15 minutes after walking inside. There were three employees working today, an older lady who was working hard to compensate for the other two employees lack of urgency and service. The other two were very lethargic and uninterested in caring for the customer. Specifically, the girl with the dimple/cheek piercings I've seen working here before was in her own world. When it came to my food, I received the worst put together sandwich I've ever gotten at a Jersey Mike's, slapped together with minimal ingredients, and no attention to detail. This person needs to be retrained. I also notice she likes to set her backpack, laptop, and personal items on the table closest to the drink cooler, taking up a table that could be used by paying customers. Overall, this was a poor experience for me, and I love Jersey Mike's. However, I will commend the older lady working hard to make up for the lack of her coworkers. Just get two more of her and this place would be a well piled machine. read more

I went in this location on University Dr in Huntsville AL., instead of going to my regular Firehouse Subs across the street, boy did I get majorly hosed by a fire truck that looked like a cash register. This is the second time at this location that service was awful. Placed a mobile order and it was not ready when we arrived. Waited another 15 minutes and watched as no one prepared our order. We had one hot sandwich and one cold sandwich for our order. I watched as the young man who was cooking finish an order and proceeded to clean the grill Great! Thought our cheesesteak was about to be cooked. Boy was I wrong. The young man then went to the back and started to eat. Didn't even acknowledge he still orders to make. As I watched him finish eating he then licked his fingers and then put on gloves WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. He might need a refresher course in ServSafe. I then waited another 5 minutes and went and asked for a refund. The cashier who was not so nice ( I believe she told the people at the counter her name was JC)called out to another employee named Erika as she was walking back to speak to her. She then came and asked what the name on the order was and proceeded to give me our refund. She didn't even apologize for the wait. Probably the worst Jersey Mike's I've been to. I love Jersey Mike's, used to eat there all the time, but this was my first time at this particular location. It took 20 minutes to get my cold cut sandwich, the guy who was making it was very noticeably high. The other employees, one was a girl who I think was the on-duty manager, she mostly just walked between the two employees while not really doing anything. The other guy was on the grill and seemed to be doing fine. My friend ordered a hot sub, which came was ready a few minutes after mine (understandable since it had to be cooked), but we waited at the register for someone to check my friend out. We waited for probably 5 minutes and the manager even passed us a couple of times. Overall, took way too long and the guy making my sandwich was obviously high and I could hardly understand him. Please do not look down on Jersey Mike's for what I said in this review, this only pertains to this location. The franchise in general is very good. read more

I eat at this place every now and then during my lunch hour. The sandwiches are good enough. I usually get either the chipotle cheese steak or the buffalo chicken wrap. It makes a good lunch, but I'm not going to wake up in the middle of the night craving it or anything. I really appreciate the large chip selection (hey, that's important!), but the drink selection is small and they only have diet Pepsi as a diet drink option. The line moves somewhat slowly because they never seem to have enough people working in there. However, when the owner is there the workers tend to be more on their game and the line moves a bit faster. All in all, I like the place. read more

I love love the Cappacuolo and Pepperoni, but I wanted to try a warm sub today. I ordered the regular size #17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly with provolone, grilled onions, and peppers. The guy took out the thin slices of beef and chopped it up right on the grill. They have the meats and fresh ingredients all out on display, and they make the sub right in front of you. I made mine a combo w/ chips and a drink. They wrapped up my sub in aluminum foil which kept my sandwich nice and hot. I have to say that the Philly Sub was fantastic!!! The melted provolone oozing on that grilled steak was on point, and the grilled onions and peppers added the extra "Mmmm." I found my new favorite place to get phillys. read more

The service at this location is very hit or miss. One day I walk in for lunch and the girl making the sandwiches was excellent. She was fast and friendly. Another time my husband and I go during the early evening hours and the service was bad. We informed the staff that the sweet tea container was empty and two employees just looked at each other. The person at the register managed to break the card reader. I verified with her that she could still take cards and waited for my turn at the register. While she reset the computer my food was handed to me. I waited 5 more minutes to be told they had no way for me to pay unless had cash because she still couldn't get the register to work so I had to give back my food which was then thrown away. In return I was offered 2 free sandwich coupons. In the past I visited this location frequently, even though they are slower than any other Jersey Mike's I've been to. I'll always be a Jersey Mike's sub fan no matter what the outcome or circumstances are as long as they keep making the sub sandwiches they do the same way each state and each location I visit for which they do always make incredibly delicious sub sandwiches. I walk into this Jersey Mike's sub and order my favorites of all time a giant number 5 Built Mike's Way add pickle and mustard, the lady who was building my sub looked at me with wide open eyes when I said mustard, she repeated what I said to make sure of herself, she asked add mustard? I confirmed with a head nod I said yes! Mustard. She proceeds to ask me one more time looking at me dead in the eyes and asked again like she was absolutely confused, "add yellow mustard" she asked Again with a very surprised look on her face. at this point I didn't know if they were messing with me or not I said again, yes pickle and yellow mustard thank you. She looked down and shook her head like in disbelief that someone would want yellow mustard on a sandwich she made the sandwich and gave it to me I left the restaurant in confusion why she was surprised I asked for yellow mustard on my sub sandwich after eating it still deserves a 5 star review. read more

This is a great subway shop and every time we visit this sub shop is delicious. Philly Cheesesteak was awesome and they have the punch card process and they have cold and hot sandwiches as well. The only downfall is when you are full and enjoyed yourself, you have the smell of grease in your clothing. Jersey Mike's is a great place to grab a sub. The entire staff is outstanding, they take pride in their quality of food and service. I got the Chipotle Cheesecake they cooked the steak, onions and peppers to order so the food is always hot and fresh. I had to come back two times that day the experience was truly exceptional. The crazy thing about this experience is that I am not a sub/sandwich guy, but this place has got me craving some damn subs! I will become a regular here for sure. I come here for one reason only: my wife loves it. That's why it has three stars. The sandwiches are fresh, which is good, but I've not been impressed by the flavors. The warm sub I had last time was definitely better than the cold ones I've had, so I'll stick with warm from now on. The price is decent and there are lots of coupons. For a while there was one for BOGO on almost every single Hwy 72 Kroger receipt, but I think that's ended now. The main reason I can't give more than three stars is the staff. They aren't rude, but they're not especially happy or kind either. The man whom I assume is the manager is a tall man with long curly hair... and no hairnet. I've not found a hair yet, but I consider that almost miraculous. The other workers are all very blah, and we've never had someone who looked or acted like they were happy to be alive. As I've said elsewhere, when my money is being given for your product, I want you to at least pretend to be happy to be getting my business! That's why they lost two stars. I went there 6pm on a Sunday, wasn't anybody on there, that could be why my experience was great. This is my favorite place now next to Jimmy John's. Excellent service (there was 4 people closing on a Sunday) how rare is that? Tables were clean, bathroom was clean. Their crew was very efficient. The food was great, I got the biggest one and it is easily for 2 people. I took it home for lunch the next day and I'm a fatty. Tasted excellent. Will be back for more. read more

Love the subs here, I only recently tried Jersey Mike's and have been back numerous times. Usually really well made but today I asked for no onions and got a ton of onions, and they forgot bacon...bacon's the best! I've had numerous sandwiches which establishments have forgotten bacon on in the last few weeks, maybe it's a sign but it's never good when an ingredient you pay extra for or is a regular part of the sandwich is left off. read more
