I couldn't even wait until I got home to write this review. Just got a chicken cheese steak and turkey provolone. Was initially taking a minute to decide what I wanted, and one worker was staring daggers at me. My boyfriend gave him his order, and the worker gave one-worded sharp questions in the middle of us talking. We weren't greeted, which was fine, but to immediately be interrupted multiple times as the first interaction I had with him was quite unfortunate. I moved on, hoping that it was the end of it, but after we paid and got drinks, the worker got frustrated at me for not reacting when he yelled at me to ask if I wanted it mikes way. "NUMBER 7! NUMBER 7! HEY!" Over and over until I noticed. Then he was dismissive and frankly quite rude when communicating with me. First impressions are important, and this worker has beyond failed that. It literally doesn't matter to me anymore that there are plenty of other nice workers there, I will not go again. I will make sure to tell people not to go to this location so long as that employee is there. Wish I got a name so I could directly call them out; they had brown hair and glasses and that's all I am able to remember. I only gave an extra star to shout of the other employees for dealing with that crap. read more

It was office lunch day. We ordered sandwiches from Jersey Mike. The bread is better than subway. I ordered Big Kahuba Chicken Cheese steak. Well, as you can see in the picture, there is cheese but it was not inside the sandwich. It was on salty side. Salt was leading favor when I took a bite. It does get saltier for each bite. Food was pretty good, made fresh and quite tasty. The service however needs some work. This is the second time I've visited and the manager dude is just rude and unfriendly. He barks at the other staff constantly and just seems highly disgruntled. It was an hour before closing and my buddy and I had finished our subs and were just chatting, and the manager felt it necessary to inform us that they were closing in 55 mins so we'd need to leave by then. Uh, seriously? Maybe if it was 15 til...but an hour prior is unnecessary! Let me preface by saying I love the food at Jersey Mike's but this location is AWFUL. There have been SEVERAL times that we've gotten there and they've been out of bacon and BREAD. I had eaten at Subway many times in the US, Japan and elsewhere, and have not eaten there for such a long time. I had not tried any of the other sandwich shops. Out of the ones in the area, my son said Jersey Mike's Sub was the best. I tried a regular club supreme which is pretty good. They have three kinds of mustard in the fridge. I had brown mustard. Whenever I'm in the mood for a sub sandwich, this is the location of Jersey Mike's. On my last recent, I came at noon for lunch and I was in the middle of the lunch rush. The line was about 5-6 people deep and online orders were coming in non-stop. Kudos to the employees working there that day. That assembly line was moving and they were making sandwiches without hesitation. To the distinguished blonde lady who was working the vegetable and condiments station, you get the gold star/all star/employee award for that day. She was motoring through the sandwiches even when customers had special requests, she didn't miss any. This employee was the reason that assembly line was working. My go-to sub here is usually the Regular Tuna on Rosemary Parm Bread. I get it Mike's Way w/ extra Cherry Pepper Relish. I like how the Tuna isn't so heavy on the Mayo. If I'm not craving Tuna, I'll opt for the Italian those 2 out of 10 times I don't want Tuna. There's nothing special about Jersey Mike's, but the employees at this location always have a great attitude and I appreciate that. I'll gladly purchase a sandwich from them. When it comes to a quick sub, I'll gladly choose Jersey Mike's over Subway, Jimmy John's or any of the other chain stores. read more

This was Sunday afternoon nobody was in the store. Was ignored for a couple minutes and told him it's a couple orders ahead of me. To get somebody else to help me? Didn't see anybody for another five minutes dude walked out takes next five minutes washing his hands prepping his hair whatever he was doing he was not motivated to get to me very bad. I asked for a tuna on wheat regular. I was told they were out of wheat bread and we're getting some in the oven. That's when I decided to head out and I went to Taco Time next-door. I finally tried Jersey Mike's Subs, which I know is a chain, but figured I should check it out after I spotted its new location in Issaquah. I was able to order online for pick-up, and my order was ready at the promised time. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak Wrap with a side of Miss Vickie's chips. By the time I got back to my office to start eating it, the wrap was lukewarm, so it didn't taste all that great as it would be as soon as it was prepared since it's a hot sandwich with the buffalo chicken. However, I did enjoy it better once I put the other half of the wrap in the fridge, as it tasted much better at a more chilled temperature. The bleu cheese flavor was distinct, and liked that the chicken was tender. But I didn't care for the wrap/tortilla used so would next time stick to the classic bread, and thought that there was way too much buffalo sauce in the wrap, making it sloppy and overbearing. Not a bad sandwich, but not worth $9. Overall, I'd recommend for anyone ordering a hot sandwich to dine-in or eat immediately after pick-up, to really enjoy the flavors and taste of the sandwich, soon after it's made. Glad there is another casual eatery/lunch spot in Issaquah, as I make my way through the menu and hopefully find a favorite. read more

I knew I was going to regret coming here and sure enough I did. I tried this place once before when they opened and was unimpressed. The food, well I'll get into that in a second, and the prices certainly don't match. The sandwiches are pretty bland but I remember them being OK which is why I decided to give this place another shot. Regret, disbelief and shock are just a few of the feelings I felt after leaving with my food. The kid who made my food asked if I wanted it Mike's way. I said "sure" not realizing this consisted of him drenching my sandwich in vinegar and oil. He literally took this almost wine sized bottle, turned it completely upside down and shook as hard as he could. I could not believe what I was seeing. I know, I should have asked him to remake it but I'm not kidding when I say I was in shock. Needless to say, I'll never go back there again and you've been warned! $10.33 down the drain, bummer. Worst of all locations in the area. Today (3/22/21 at 11:45), I ordered the Mike's Chicken Philly. I asked for no red peppers and provolone instead of American cheese. I also paid the $1.29 for extra cheese. I even tipped the staff. I had to use the notes because the app doesn't allow you to select specific modifications. I got what is shown in the picture - really dry chicken, dry bread, hardly any cheese, no green peppers, and a tiny bit of onions. This sandwich was so dry it cut the top of my mouth. This is the worst attention to detail and pride of work I have seen - and it has nothing to do with COVID. I also want to add a note about another review and the owner's response. No sandwich should have a soggy bottom, even "Mike's Way". It's not soggy in Bellevue. Customer's shouldn't have to ask for it to be remade if it's soggy. LOL. #crapcustomerservice read more

So this place is a little hard to find. It's not on the main road and it's tucked in between other places. The service was excellent (fast & friendly) and the place was clean. The sub was decent but lacked real flavor. I could really only taste the cheese. I ended up putting jalapenos and pepperoncinis on it as well as the red pepper sauce they have behind the counter. Now for the real reason for only giving 3 stars: My sub was $16.16 after tax. No drink, no chips... just a sub. For $16+ dollars the sub better be one of the best I've ever eaten! Now Jersey Mike's calls this sub a GIANT sub but in my opinion it's a normal size sub and they should call their other size the mini-sub or 1/2 sub. read more

Friendly, polite and great staff every time i come in. I usually see the same set of guys there on the days i come in for my lunch so in total I've only had the pleasure of interacting with two employees but i have no complaints here. The inside of the place is kind of on the small size but it's quaint and so i enjoy it. The prices are moderate to high for a sub shop, especially for Giant subs but it's way better than Subway which is lower quality ingredients. The food is absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients where they slice the cheese and meats in front of you and ask you what you'd like as toppings, bread, etc. My only complaint is that the last sub i got from them was drenched in oils. I had soggy bread and THAT is my only major complaint. The 2nd lesser complaint is parking. It's usually full so i walk from work to get a sub. It's in a smaller section of Issaquah and so i understand why parking is hard to come by. But so far i'm enjoying my lunch breaks here. Will yelp about them if anything changes! read more

Yesterday morning I received a buy one get one regular sub coupon. When I ordered the sandwiches and went to pay, the employee told me they no longer accept coupons that say "from participating locations".
