Original Fatburger (1/3 lb.) Meal (not pictured is my Strawberry Lemonade)
    Christine S.

In College we would go to the Northern Quest Casino in Airway Heights (25 min outside of Cheney, WA or Spokane, WA) to get Fatburger. Now while it still tastes good, the experience is interesting. I feel like with all the staff working and sitting around the place could've been more picked up. Every table either had garbage or grease or something smeared on it. There was garbage on the ground. By no means was it like going into a city alleyway, but for a restaurant I always expect more. It's expensive (because we live in a state where going out to eat cost more) but I'm glad we made the stop for a small taste of nostalgia.

Love that they offer vegan burgers and vegan milkshakes. The fries and buns are also vegan. The patties are Impossible brand, so nothing special or unusual, but tasty enough -- but the milkshakes are delicious! It's not easy to find vegan milkshakes, especially in the suburbs, so this is great. Staff is also super friendly here and I was surprised both times I went that there weren't many customers. Great place to stop in after hiking the Issaquah Alps.

Power went out at the house so we decided to try something different and had a taste for a burger. Walked in and the service was great, took my order right away and within 10-15 minutes it was ready. I got a burger and fries and it was really good. Place has ample space and seating. Will be back to try something different.

    Western Bacon BBQ Fatburger

Office lunch: I ordered western burger with bacon, it was okay, little on the dry side. May be more bbq sauce. The sweet potato fries had no flavor. They messed up our orders.

Never been to a Fatburger before but I will say I was pleasantly surprised. I got the original burger size (1/3 lb) with the works and skinny fries and it was great. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, crisp, and provided great texture to the burger. (Dare I say it reminded me a bit of an In-N-Out burger!?) The fries were cooked to perfection and were yummy. Service was also good. Took about 5-10 min after ordering to get the burger but plenty of seating and TVs in there to hang out.

Hamburger, Fries, Impossible Burger friendly staff always fun music great family spot for dinner!

    Half pound sad burger.

This place has fallen off and should be ashamed. Pay about $20 for a 1/2 combo delivered and that's all the toppings I get. The slightest amount of wilted lettuce. Just sad. Save your money and eat elsewhere

Burger and fries were good. Had a dead mouse on our outside table. Told an employee but they just laughed.

10 piece medium wings, large burger with onion rings
    Joan S.

Portions were huge, food was fresh and overall was a tasty dinner! We got the medium wings- they were juicy and flavorful. The large burger was good- it tasted fresh and it was HUGE. Although the onion rings were pretty bland. Wouldn't recommend those. Overall a good meal. Would rate it a 7/10

After coming here for years and ordering the Impossible burger many times, there came a day (1/25/24) when we were given beef patties instead of the Impossible ones we ordered. We knew immediately by looking at the burgers that something wasn't right. The patties were shaped differently (not uniform like Impossible) and had a different smell to them. We are long time vegetarians and know the difference! My poor husband had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, about 20 minutes from our house. He first tried calling, but they would never answer the phone. Upon arriving back at the restaurant with the burgers, the cashier and cook insisted they were Impossible patties, AND refused to remake them or refund us! Whatever happened to the customer being right? Not to mention they were very rude about it! That's terrible customer service in my book! What a waste of $30! We will never be coming back here again!!!

I walked in, but I refused to order. Because I'm not paying almost 2 dollars for one small piece of chicken. My child's burger was okay.

Not a bad burger spot, but far from the best. While dropping off masks in Issaquah, I decided to swing by here for lunch. The last time I had Fatburger was when it was in downtown Bellevue before its building was demolished, so it had been years. I ordered the medium burger, which was big enough, as it's made with a 1/3lb. patty, and I added cheese and fat fries. The menu features a handful of different burgers, including massive sizes that are over a pound! So if you're really hungry, you can definitely splurge here. The burger was A-OK. Beef was flavorful enough, but it was so sauced up from the mustard and relish, that the burger became sloppy and hard to eat. Ended up finishing this with a fork and knife. I wasn't much of a fan of the relish with, so would most likely customize this burger in my next visit. Fat fries weren't too bad. They reminded me of Red Robin's steak fries. Some were crunchy. Some were soft. You get the idea. Located in Issaquah in a small business strip, parking was easy to find. Fatburger is open for dining in during this time, with every other table closed off, for social distancing. It wasn't a burger I'd go out of my way for, but not bad.

Cold, soggy hamburgers and fries. It was "food" but not an enjoyable experience. Over priced and poor quality.

The place was packed and we ended up having to wait by the door for fifteen minutes before being seated. I wish there was more space by the entryway because it made the wait so awkward. Our server, Kaylee, was super friendly once we got seated and patiently answered all our questions. She brought over every bottle of alcohol my mom and dad asked about and even let her smell them. The menu was so huge it was difficult to decide on what to order. My family settled on sharing the hot chicken wings in buffalo sauce appetizer and the triple pig pizza. Both tasted exactly like we expected and were flavourful and delicious. For dessert I asked about the chef's special which ended up being apple pie à la mode! I was super excited to order it and it was the best apple pie I've ever had in my entire life. Even my mom who doesn't normally like pie was totally obsessed with how yummy it was. We loved our first taste of this local restaurant and we can't wait to come back again to try more of their humongous menu.

Must have reflected "friends and family" as my experience was no way near 4.6 [Google]. Really long wait. For one burger and a fountain soda, 25 minutes. Burger was not even average. Cold bun, internals didn't satisfy. "IF the food remains at this level I will not return, nor recommend. Only one order point and without room to form a line or for customers to self manage queue or locate themselves for the wait. Kitchen not productive enough; lots of seating underutilized while kitchen was 20 orders backlogged. A disappointing experience. Must have been hard on their team. However, my son is severely allergic to peanuts so I pretty much never get to come eat here. Today, I only had my daughter with me and we decided to have lunch. It was my daughter's first time at Five Guys, so I did the ordering for her. We got 1 cheeseburger all the way (she doesn't like bacon.... Isn't that crazy?) and 1 little fries (which is far from little). That's it! We just split and that was enough food for the both of us. My daughter is 12 so she eats like an adult. I remember my first time eating at Five Guys with a couple of my friends. We each got our own fries and burger and not even being able to finish half of what we ordered. Here is the bad.... Now they ask for tips! Wow! They do not offer wait or bus service. They don't take food to your table. They should not be asking for tips. This is not cool, guys. We must all refuse to tip at restaurants like this. Five Guys can pay their employees better instead of asking customers to chip in more. The food is already expensive. Ambiance itself was okay here but It was not very clean. Maybe this is by design though. They had peanut shells all over the floor. If you are allergic to peanuts, do not even enter this store. In summary - Good food. Bad value. Dirty venue.

We chose the bar patio, which was cozy, fully covered, and set up with a handful of small high-top tables, making it a really comfortable spot to relax. The drink menu could use a little more detail, since none of the draft options were listed. When we asked about cider, our server checked and let us know they had a cherry pomegranate cider on tap. For beer, the options were simply described as an IPA and a lager, so we went with the lager. It was good, though we never found out which brewery it was from. We also ordered a mule, which was well made. For happy hour, we shared the half charcuterie board ($12), and it was beautifully presented with a great variety. We were impressed enough to stay for dinner afterward. We ordered the burger and the Greek salad with chicken after learning they were out of prawns. Our server also thoughtfully mentioned they were out of Kalamata olives in case that changed my order, which I appreciated. Both entrees were delicious. The burger stood out thanks to the homemade ketchup, which was especially good. The Greek salad was fresh and flavorful, though a bit light on portion size. Overall, a really enjoyable experience with great patio ambiance, solid food, and warm service.

We decided to come in for dinner with our 3-year-old (important note: this is a pub that does allow children, so don't panic). You walk in, find your own table, and settle in. Once we were seated, things were off to a great start. Water and menus arrived quickly, and then, bonus parent points, crayons for my kid. Instant win. Anything that keeps a 3 year old entertained while adults attempt to eat a real meal deserves recognition. Foodwise, I was fully committed to the pressure cooked fried chicken, and my partner was clearly in a prime rib mood. For the toddler, we went with the obvious and correct choice: chicken strips and fries. No risks were taken. The service here really stood out. Our server was clearly juggling most of the restaurant, but you'd never know it. He stayed calm, friendly, and somehow made it feel like we were the only table there. Anytime we needed something, he was already on it. We even learned during our visit that he was moving away with his partner, so I'm not sure if he's still there, but if he is, you're in excellent hands.
