Normally, I rarely will edit a review, but this one needs it. The formerly sparkling location is now neglected badly. I had been ordering through the app and just zipping in to pick it up, but all of a sudden "This location is not currently supporting the app", one or two days, glitch, 3-6 weeks, problem. My wife went in to order and pick up, she's told staffing issues are to blame, and they've had to close early. I usually pick MY lunch up around 2:30, so...that shouldn't effect me, btw, one person attempted to tell her there was a glitch in the app, but 3-6 is not a glitch. "Just call in your order!" 35 rings? Don't think so, so instead of 5 sandwiches a week, like clockwork, it's every other Saturday or so. Last Thursday though, the app worked! Had a happy lunch at work! Sunday, app not working again, but I'll leave for work 20 minutes early to get a sand-, no, no sandwiches, no nothing because they're closed at 2:15 on a Sunday afternoon. Yesterday June 12 around 12:40-1, I visited JM in Issaquah Ordering and paying for my food was great and fast. The two girls and the young gentlemen helped me out. I enjoyed the experience with them. While I was sitting down eating my sandwich a younger girl and a woman came in together. Younger girl went behind counter not in uniform , hair down I've worked in fast food and that is so unprofessional and unsanitary and unacceptable even if it is just to help. I am highly allergic to gluten. Sometimes all I want more than anything is a nice, fat sandwich. Jersey miKes is always my go to. I stopped into this location and despite the line being out the door the nice lady taking orders (wish I could remember her name: brown hair, about ~30 yo) ensured me that she could accommodate my gluten free request and promptly cleaned the area/ changed gloves. The sub was fantastic and I had no allergic reaction. This will always be the only place a can get a good sandwich and this location is fantastic. read more

I am a big Jersey mikes fan usually in n out pretty quickly within 15 minutes. Gradually this location has gotten worse. Just waited 1 hour for a cold sub. The 3 employees were working hard. Was informed the owner also owns the Redmond one and to call that location to talk but never got a hold of anyone at that location and called multiple times. Couldn't even leave a voicemail. This location needs more staffing or to shut down the online orders this is just crazy. The line was pretty much out the door and online orders were being told 20 mins until ready for orders, would arrive 20 mins after order was placed and would continue to wait 20+ minutes until a guy asked for a refund. I have been going to Jersey Mike's locations for several years and have generally been very happy with them. This location is newer and, for the most part, has been good too. The service is always good and they make a good sandwich. I've probably been to this location about 10 times since it opened. My first time there, they asked me to join their email list and download the iOS app, which I did. Through the app, I've placed a few mobile orders which have been very convenient. Two of the times however, when I picked my order up, they said they put it on white bread because they were out of wheat bread. Through the email list, I get coupons in my email on occasion. Most of the time they accept them, but today they didn't accept the coupon I got, stating they aren't a corporate location but rather are individually owned so they don't participate. Essentially what this told me is they pick and choose which coupons they accept and which ones they don't and you have no way of knowing until you're already there. I would recommend they either accept all coupons sent out via the email program or don't accept any. It's unfair to the consumer when they pick and choose. I gave 3 stars because, overall, they aren't exceptional, but they're meeting my expectations. Good service and good sandwiches, but two flaws. One, if they're going to participate in corporate e-mail programs, they should accept any coupons that are disseminated. Two, and this is likely more of a suggestion to the app developer for them, if they're out of an item, they should be able to block you from adding that to a mobile order. read more

The female manager there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made every attempt to make people feel uncomfortable. When somebody would ask a question she would snap back at them in the worst way. I strongly recommend that you do not go to this place because of this female manager. read more

Have to agree with other posters...the price is a lot for the type of sandwich you get. The folks in the store were pleasant but the sandwich itself isn't worth $11-$14. I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations around the country and they added a lot more meat, veggies, cheese, etc. to the sandwich than this location does...maybe they're trying to save $ at this location by skimping on the ingredients? The bread was stale and hard and the cookie was also hard and seemed old. I used to love Jersey Mike's in other locations but this one isn't one I'll go back to. My advice would be to stop spending $ on sending out coupons to the area and spend that $ on the quantity and quality of your food. read more

New sandwich shop is always a plus in Issaquah. The cold subs are really good and recommend eating it quickly if you get the oil and vinegar. It is definitely not quick order and go place unless there is no one in front of you. Just go in with patience knowing you will be in line for awhile. read more

I've been eating at various Jersey Mike's for years and it is my go to place. Maybe it's because I'm from the East Coast but there's really nothing else in the area that comes close to me for subs. I've been to the new(-ish) Issaquah location several times now since it open and it has gotten better each time -- which makes sense for a newly opened location. Tonight was my best experience at any Jersey Mike's. The service was fantastic. Tristan was just ridiculously friendly and helpful. I didn't catch the name of the other person working but he was great, too. Honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. And on top of it, they made me a great sandwich (thanks for the extra pickles!). read more

Recently ordered the same 8.99 sandwich in Sammamish on 228th and experienced quite a difference! The sandwich simply had more meat and cheese on it and the bread seemed to be fresher. I would have rated JM's above Jimmy Johns until I revisted JJ's last week. Sorry, but for less money and this is only my opinion, Jimmy Johns wins the sandwich war. 10.00 OTD is simply over the line for what is a "good" but not a five star sandwich. Excellent food but terribly terribly slow. Absolutely not possible for a lunch break unless you have an abundance of time to stand in line. We have also ordered on the app- only to find when we go to pickup the food that they didn't "see" our order and we have to wait another 20 minutes while they make it.
