At least that's what the young lady working told me when I showed up at 8:50 and asked her if she was willing to make me a couple sandwiches. She laughed and said "NO we close at 9:00." I said "yeah it's 8:50, your not willing to make me 2 sandwiches?" I come here fairly often, and I think the guys know me by face because of this lol. But they are always friendly and accommodating! It seems like they keep a chill work environment and have a good rapport with each other. Even if there is a little crowd, they don't rush through preparing your food. They make sure they do the job neatly and they apologize for the small wait. I can't speak to the experience of dining in because I always get my sandwiches to go, and I think only once they used the wrong cheese instead of the one I asked for, but this is still my preferred location! The only thing that sucks about it is if I happen to order a delivery through UberEats for this place, there is no choice to customize your sandwich. I don't think that's the fault of the employees though. Just app limitations. You just have to go in person if you want the sandwich a special way! read more

We eat at Jersey Mike's at least once a month and have done so since moving to this area over a year and a half ago. We always order online and pick up at the store. Locations vary as we are centered directly in the middle of three jersey Mike's locations. This time, basing our decision on time of day and traffic, we chose the store located at 660 West Crossville Road in Roswell. We always order the exact same thing. A giant Philly cheesesteak on white bread with extra cheese, extra meat and I usually add mushrooms to the entire sandwich. I know that the total is going to be over $29 but not $30. This time we changed it up a little bit and only added mushrooms to half of the sandwich. Since I was ordering a giant sandwich, and also didn't want peppers and onions on that half of the sandwich, I didn't add the mushrooms on the app, I chose to add it in the special instructions instead anticipating that I would be charged "in store". I went to pick up the sandwich early, anticipating that they would still be making it so that I would be there in the event that there was any confusion with my order and to correct my mistake with the mushrooms. Maria was just making our sandwich, asked what I needed, I gave the name and before I could say anything else she said "you didn't pay for the mushrooms" I explained that was the reason I arrived early and said I'd be happy to pay. To which she replied "No. I won't charge you this time but next time, add the mushrooms online." She wasn't rude but she verged on being derogatory and condescending. I confirmed while she was still cooking the sandwiches that she had the order, correct... double meat, double cheese, mushrooms on one side with no peppers and onions. When I got home and opened my sandwiches, there was no double meat on them. When I called the store and spoke to Maria, she said, "Yes, there was double meat." I said we eat there all the time and there was NOT double meat on our sandwiches. Maria replied very rudely and smugly "I made those sandwiches myself and I DID put double meat on them." I said "OK next time we'll just eat at another location." She replied with some very short, curt "OK" or "fine". Maria could have cared less. I feel like she shorted me on the meat because she thought I was trying to get away with something. And she knew what she did. I want my five dollar tip back too. I don't typically leave tips for hourly employees, but I felt that since she wasn't charging me for the mushrooms it was the least I could do. This is for the new one opened up next to the chipotle. The service here is pretty awful. I've ordered multiple times on the app and arrived when the app said it would be ready. Nothing on the shelf in an empty store with one of the employees eating at a table. Had to tell the kid I have a mobile order. He acts surprised when there is a ticket with other orders sitting there. He rushes to make it because I'm sitting there and the sandwich is disgusting to be honest. This jersey mikes I pacifically called asked for my food to be chopped together with green peppers and onions and jalapeños , the steak was in big pieces , the onion and Peppers and jalapeños was not cooked well with the meat , they were in big pieces , not what I expected and I tipped , when your cooking food you have to make it with love not just for the money ! We came here on a Friday night, and the service from Breece was exceptional. He was kind, responsive, quick and efficient. He spoke to the Uber eats pick ups and made sure everyone was greeted. When I lived in Virginia-Highlands, the Jersey Mike's on Monroe was situated perfectly between home and my 14th Street office job. I had sandwiches for dinner more times than I'd like to admit. Fast forward to years later and I'm working in Roswell, living in Alpharetta. And while I endeavor to bring my own lunch from home most days, I still eat the occasional Jersey Mike's sandwich for lunch. But these sandwiches are far better than those I remember, because these come from the Jersey Mike's on Holcomb Bridge. Now, I know what you might say. How can the product of one chain restaurant be all that different from another of the same chain? But I'm here to tell you that this Jersey Mike's is something extraordinary. The service is always good. Never have I had to wait in line for very long, though it is always better to arrive just before noon, rather than just after. As with any Jersey Mike's, the sandwich ingredients are deli sliced to order, first the cheese, then the meat, all placed on bread baked that day. My choice? The #9, Club Supreme. But even better than the food might be the owner of this particular Jersey Mikes. Ron Longo can almost always be found behind the counter, manning any of the three stations of the sandwich arts. He is always friendly, always personable and takes an understandable amount of pride in the sandwiches his crew creates. While any restaurant might have the occasional off day, I have never had a bad sandwich from the Jersey Mike's at Holcomb Bridge. And one more thing ... they do theme days. They do have hot subs but the specialty is fresh sliced cold cut sandwiches, paired with chips, whole pickle, chocolate chip cookie, or a drink. the combo is a sandwich, chips and drink. To the latter, yes this is probably one of the best locations in Atlanta, I've been coming here for years and it's consistantly clean, friendly, and well made sandwiches. Being from the Jersey/Philly area all my life I've eaten a lot of hoagies. Since moving to Georgia I miss my "native" foods. Jersey Mike's Subs is the closest I've found to an authentic hoagie. The bread the sandwich is made with tastes like it came straight from South Philly. (Shout out to DelBuonos bakery) The meat is fresh, vegetables are crispy and they use the right amount of oil, vinegar and oregano. We shared a #6 Roast beef and it was moist and tasty. They cook the beef in store daily. The only reason they didn't score five stars was my account on their website was not taking my info and I had to call in the order. I love Jersey Mike's so this is not a poor review on the food. I typically order on my mobile app so I don't have to wait in line. The first time I did this, my food was placed on a shelf designated for pick up orders that have already been purchased. I ordered yesterday and when I got to the store, there were about 4 people in line ordering. I could see my order behind the counter, but was given no direction on how to proceed from the 3 people behind the counter. I went ahead and stood near the register, but was completely ignored and they continued ringing in two of the 4 customers in line. The employee was about to go to the next person so I spoke up to ask about my to go order. She asked my name and reached for the bag and rudely handed it to me as if I was being disruptive. I like Jersey Mike's subs, although the locations aren't as ubiquitous as the shoebox-like eateries named for smelly railcars that move people around in big cities. My Original Italian (#13 on the menu) was just fine. The people were nice, the store was clean, and my lunch was prepared expeditiously. However... This store dispenses Pepsi (a word synonymous with "tastes like the dribbles wrung from a week-old bar cloth") exclusively...both in fountain form and in bottles to go. Minus a star for that egregious affront to good taste. When we rolled in shortly after 1 p.m., there was a blaringly live version of some hippie noise cranked on the Kraco sound system. After standing in line for 5 minutes, watching my sammitch get made, getting an icy cup of Mug root beer from the self-serve drink station, the caterwauling bastards were still intoning "give peace a chance" out of tune with what sounded like people banging on 2-quart Tupperware bowls full of patchouli. It became laughable how long that cacophony went on...seriously, it was the longest "song" that I've ever been an unwilling witness to hear. I think my spleen warped from the experience. The lady at the register informed me that I could get chips or pasta salad or--and I quote--"the best potato salad that you'll ever eat." I sadly opted for the tater salad. It might actually be the best potato salad that *somebody* has ever had, but I'd wager that this hypothetical person would have to be a spanking-new inductee to the Tater Salad Eating Cabal. It was too sweet (tasted like it was made with salad dressing instead of a proper mayonnaise) and the potatoes were undercooked. We're pretty picky about subs and tend to shy away from the one chain that is super stingy with the protein. We try not to patronize the other chain that thinks that they can toast their way out of tossing stale bread. And they, too are stingy with the protein. There are a couple of sub shops that we will gladly give our hard-earned dollars to in exchange of a super filling, tasty, sandwich. One was started by some firemen and the other is Jersey Mike's. This JM is one of the better ones. It is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. This JM is one of our go-to spots before our league bowling so we can avoid bowling alley food. I love their take on the Philly cheesesteak. No it isn't Jim's or Tony Lukes from South Philly, but it is done pretty well. The significant other likes the wraps here. She gets them spicy and they are pretty darn delicious. Don't shy away from this location if you are in Roswell. This Jersey Mike's does not disappoint. read more

omg, I LOVE this jersey mikes!! I've only been here for lunch, and have for the most part do a take out order. I always call ahead to have everything ready since I spend anywhere between 10-20 min. in traffic. The food has always been ready and exactly how I order it. As far as I know, this is the only place that you can substitute darn good potato salad for your chips. The service is always great, and the cashier is always smiling and nice! Makes you feel good when you check out. I don't recommend the chicken parmigan sub. The chicken, although moist, did not have a lot of flavor to it and it was loaded down with marinara. I have lived out in Roswell for almost a year now. My girlfriend kept telling me about the Jersey Mike's right around the corner from our house. To be honest, I though it was no big deal. I had been to a Jersey Mike's before and held it to be just another sandwich shop. However, she took me over one night and I was blown away. Ron Longo and his employees are on top of their game. I did not think it was possible to have a local deli feel to a chain shop in the suburbs of Atlanta. Ron greets you when you walk in the door and then makes you a delicious sandwich without sacrificing quality for speed. The other employees are just as professional. NO CARE IN THE WORLD FOR FOOD ALLERGIES!!! Super Bowl night (one of the biggest nights for ordering food) we ordered a turkey provolone sandwich on white bread (my son cannot have wheat). The driver shows up with a sandwich on wheat bread. I call the store.. 1st guy answers and was clearly lost AND lying. He says, "They tried to call you." NO THEY DID NOT!! He then gets some rude, finger pointing, no customer service guy on the phone.. I guess they deemed him as the "manager" who proceeded with a ton of excuses. "We don't have your number... we no longer have an iPad for Uber Eats... we don't have access to the phone number... we told the driver to contact you... we had a lot of business today... kids eat for free today so no white bread was left... today is the super bowl so no white bread left...." seriously!?!? Usually this is my favorite place to purchase a steak and cheese from. The other day made me change my mind, well at least for this location. I had placed my order online for a 10:20a pick up. I arrived at 10:18a and they forgot to make my order because " we've been working on a catering order all morning." Then I noticed that the cashier was handling and separating the onion without gloves. After she was finished she started handling receipts, pens, and lettuce all without washing her hands. Ten mins passed and my order finally came up. I took it, walked outside, and threw it in the trash. I didn't want to cause a scene but I was throughly disgusted.
