Never had problems with them before, but sjow up at 6pm and theyre out of wheat & Rosemary parm bread. WTF??!! Was told I could wait 15 minutes??? I have a family at home. I'm trying to feed. First off midday order nothing big three sandwiches easy to understand but apparently it is not easy for some. That will never return to that place. I've had issues a few times never said nothing. I got a GC that I won. I had been to your store twice before today. My daughter has allergies she can not have beef and neither can my husband. I came there with my daughter. We order 3 chicken Phillies on gluten free bread and 2 col roast beef on Parmesan one without tomatoes. The young man said he understood. Instead I got 3 beef Phillies. I have the pictures I got no chicken and I will gladly show you the pics and my receipt. I talked to the manager and instead of apologizing stated the guy who cooked your food said you got chicken. We certainly did not. Is this treatment because I had a gift card. I mean , your manager basically called me a liar. I was upset very upset because I had a kid with allergies who now had no dinner and a husband with no dinner. I will call the corporate office. This is despicable treatment. ...so I have these Jersey Mike's coupons which get me a free mini sandwich with the purchase of a drink and chips, @ $3.70. The surprise is ...to redeem offer, (sarcasm) the moon has to be blue on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Can't get gluten free bread and can't be heated, so one is left with a cold bologna sandwich option. Tossing the useless worthless coupons, 2 regular sandwiches cost @ $24.00. Could have gone to a Greek family restaurant for that and gotten a couple meals with sides. Looks like Jersey Mike's, subway, and Jimmy John's are permanently off my dining list. read more

It's another Subway, Quizno's, Jimmy John's style chain. All of them serve their purpose and all of them slightly different. The thing that stood out to me about Jersey Mike's is that they slice the deli meats and cheeses right in front of you. That gives you a more warm and fuzzy feeling that your meat hasn't been sitting in some tray all day. I went twice once getting a sandwich off of their hot side( A Philly) and another off the cold side (Jersery Shore Favorite.....enter your own Snookie joke). The cold sub was Ham, Cappacoulo and provolone dressed "Mike's Way with lettuce, onion, tomato, vinegar, oil, and spices. It was a solid sandwich as was the Philly. It didn't really standout to me but if I lived close to one, I'd go from time to time. Only chips for sides plus cookies for dessert. What I did find odd was that all 3 workers had on those black framed nerd glasses that Marty McFly's dad wore in Back to the Future.....both times. Worst Jersey Mikes of the area! Frequent customers; until staff started to fluctuate the charges on our custom subs...making extra toppings ridiculous amounts. Started questioning HOW literally ONE sub totaled to 28 some dollars and were literally and unprofessionally spoken to and decided before asked NOT to return. As if it mattered with such obvious racial remarks from the location GM AMBER. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone of color whatsoever. Was here this weekend after a kids soccer game for lunch. Alot of employees, all teenagers. I didn't see a manager up front with them. The sammiches were great! My kids had boring turkey only but my wife and I enjoyed the regular sized sammiches. I went with the club and it was great. Fresh bread, a lot of options to put on it. Unlike Jimmy Johns here at Jersey Mikes you actually get topping options and also can have it toasted. I do also like JJ's but it's different. Here they also offer salads!! My only one complaint is it took a long time to make 4 sammiches because the kids making them seemed like bafoons........ The line continued to get longer by the minute. Maybe because it's new and they are learning. Overall clean place with lots of options and good fresh sammiches. Give it a try! read more

My friends constantly called this "the expensive version of Subway and Jimmy John's". Upon a coworkers recommendation I tried them out and omnomnom they were wrong. They are completely different and their sandwiches are awesome. There are a bunch of teenagers working there, but that doesn't discredit them as a business at all. I was a teen when I worked at Subway :). Very friendly bunch and they were oh so nice to me even though I was thoroughly confused. I'd definitely return here because the sandwich was great and the faces were very friendly. The prices run pretty aberage. A reg sandwich plus chips and drink ran me at $10. Every time I have ever gone in the people working were very courteous & nice. Every sandwich I have ever gotten was yummy. The #9 is, and will always be my favorite. It's Jersey Mike's - not much else to say. Better than the typical sandwich chain and the fresh cut meats are a good change. Vegetables are cold and fresh and "Mike's Way" is no doubt the way to go with the cold sandwiches. For a hot sub, the Chipotle Cheesesteak can't be beat. It has a good flavor and is not spicy as the name implies. read more

We ordered sandwiches online- when we got to the store to pick up, the sandwiches were on wheat bread instead of white. After bringing sandwiches back, They stated that they ran out of all bread except for wheat hours ago- our email and phone number were on the order, but instead of calling us they let us drive 1/2 hour to pick up a order that they knew was wrong!!! The food is good but the staff needs to be better educated in sanitation. The staff repeatedly bounced back and forth from the sandwiches to the cash register and money handling with the same gloves on. They seemed to change them once-in-while but not at the correct times. GROSS The manager's name must be Sal Mennella. As I was leaving the store one of the worker's fingers had broken through the plastic gloves; it didn't bother her, she kept on dipping her hand onto the shredded lettuce and onto the sandwiches. Usually Jersey Mikes comes through with great sandwiches and service. Unfortunately the Caton Farm location in Plainfield has disappointed me more than once. Today topped the disappointment for me. Service was slow and the girl making the sandwiches was not on her game. She had to remake sandwiches which made the wait even longer.
