I was hungry after finishing up my Christmas shopping at a couple of stores in this shopping center, and as I walked back to my truck I noticed Snarf's. I remembered their sandwiches being very good when I had them a couple of times while visiting my sons at school in Boulder, so decided to get lunch. I got a whole Big Fat Snarf, a pastrami and corned beef sandwich on whole wheat bread with Swiss cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce & pickles. I think I was expecting something closer to a Reuben (which I probably would have ordered instead if I'd noticed it on the not-on-the-menu menu). It was a good tasty meal, but short of "great, I gotta go back for another one." The $22 price tag seemed a bit much. I think I would have enjoyed my lunch more and saved a bit of money if I'd gone across the street and gotten a sandwich from Which Wich. read more

We went to this new locations grand opening party over the weekend. If I hadn't already loved Snarfs for so long, I wouldn't be writing this review. However, I feel like it's fair because I've been enjoying their sandwiches for years. So I had my usual, the turkey Swiss no oil/vinegar, but everything else. I love the hot peppers- they really take the sandwiches to the next level. My husband had his usual too, the chicken sandwich. We tried their soup for the first time (tomato basil) and it was truly epic. As per usual, everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Also, I love their bathroom sign- whatever, just wash your hands. So true!! read more

These sandwiches are good. I just don't get the hype. Maybe I just haven't had the right one. It reminds me of folks in Texas who swear by Whataburger or people in Seattle who love Dick's. Good sandwich but use on line ordering because it took 20 minutes to get the sandwich and no one was in the place.

I went there for the first time and was not impressed and was disappointed in the customer service. I waited about 5 mins when getting there for anyone to realize that I was standing at the counter ready to order and acknowledge that I was even there. The person who took my order wasn't very nice, she didn't ask whether I wanted a 7" or 12" and assumed I wanted a 7". Never asked if I wanted chips or drinks to go with it. When I went back up to the counter to ask if the sandwiches were 12" she said no and wanted to charge me again for another order of 7" which was not solving the problem and making the excuse that she already made the sandwiches and no manager in site to make the situation better. In all I had a bad experience and will not be going back to this location. read more

First, I would like to say that I love Snarf's and eat there a couple of times a month. I have even turned the place onto some of my clients. I got the corned beef sandwich last night and it was horrible. The meat was dry, chewy, and sliced way to thick for corned beef. The bun was great as was the cheese but the meat is just not what you would expect for corned beef. I have a feeling that the pastrami is as bad but can't say for sure as I didn't have that. They need to go to a good deli like The Bagel Deli on Hampden Ave. and try some good corned beef and that is what they should be serving. At $22.00 for the sandwich I got I won't be ordering it again. I will continue to go to Snarf's for other sandwiches just not the corned beef. read more

Service was fine. Having not been to Snarfs before, I was not thrilled to see that the sandwiches are heated. I don't like heated, and have noticed that at places that heat, the bread is lousy if the sandwich is served cold- as is the case with Snarfs. Bread (unheated, dry and tasteless) aside, the Italian sandwich was a typical, nothing special italian sandwich- the meat cut thicker than I care for, but it was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary- not enough lettuce/tomato/onions, and dried out without a good amount of oil and vinegar (I got a tiny side order of that, instead of on the sandwich). I agree with a review below that suggests that Snarfs is simply average, but asks higher prices- I had to give it a try, because it's a few minutes closer to me than my go-to- Jersey Mikes. Snarfs offers a Colorado "sub", which is very different than the kind I like (meat shaved, lots of lettuce, tomato, onion and oil and vinegar, soft thinner sub roll), but for people who like an average sandwich, this place is fine. read more
