Jersey Mike's is pretty consistent no matter which one you go to, but this location specifically is always great. They generally pack the sandwiches full of meat and ingredients, everything is always fresh, and the restaurant itself is always clean and well-maintained. The staff at this location always seems friendly as well. This is right near the house I grew up in so over the years I've probably gone here 100+ times and I can't really remember a time when I was dissatisfied with my order. The layout is mostly the same in all locations. Wait your turn and order sandwiches from the menu on the wall, free pour for drinks and pay prior for either take-out or in our case, eat in. The individual staffers each have a certain role to play, from bread/meat cutter," condimenter" to wrapper, and finally, the cashier. I ordered a half roast beef sub and a soda $11.24. read more

Ordered a #16 Philly CheeseSteak and within 7 minutes is was packaged up and I was checking out. I am a Shore point member and a somewhat consistent customer and as such I can make a comparison of this sandwich by its weight. Thou the sandwich was tasty is was lacking in ingredients as compared to the Wall and Brick NJ franchise's? This has happened during the summer at this same location but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stopped in hoping for a better sub, unfortunately this was the stingiest sub ever and I will not be returning...the word in this area is consistent with my review! They are not good when it comes to people who have allergies and are vegan. I asked for a veggie sandwich and after they got fresh gloves they're touching cheese then touching my bread. You have to understand people are allergic and don't eat certain ingredients. You can't be touching 2 sandwiches at once right after you were asked to change your gloves. This is the second time I've gotten subs from you and have been totally impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of your crew. It's refreshing to see employees who work well together and don't seem annoyed at having to speak to and help a customer. I dare say that your people take pride in their work and THAT breeds customer loyalty. It really does. This is by far the best Jersey Mike's location anywhere. The staff, including the owner (Brian), are by far the friendliest folks ever encountered at Jersey Mike's. My wife and I first visited Mike's when it had only one location on Arnold Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach NJ. The subs here are awesome, the staff here is extremely friendly to the point of making us feel welcome and at home.
