Used to love this Wendy's but not anymore! I asked the worker if all the ingredients were on my cheeseburger because it did not look like it. She proceeded to immediately get her manager to open my sandwich (with her bare hands), check it and give it back to me. She let me know all the ingredients were on it in the nastiest tone possible. I said "oh okay" and they said nothing and stared at me until I drove away. When I got home I checked another sandwich that was supposed to be a chicken Asiago ranch club sandwich but it didn't have any cheese or bacon. Safe to say I was only given a chicken patty and some lettuce. Definitely won't be going back there due to rude managers/ workers and paying for sandwich's that have nothing on them! read more

I just had a chicken sandwich meal (ghost pepper) that wasn't even edible. I took one bite and wrapped it up as it was so dry and disgusting. I was already home and called them twice but no answer. It's late and don't want to drive back, but for over $11 for a fast food meal I'd expect more than that. Definitely would not recommend this location. read more

We live 2 blocks from here and order for our kids often. I don't know why it is so hard to get a simple order right when it is ordered through the app and is in writing, but every time we have gone for the last 2 months at least, there have been items missing AND wrong. Not one or the other- BOTH! At this point it's a joke- what did THEY decide we are/are not eating tonight? And you can't call to complain or go back for your missing items- no one answers the phone EVER! At this point I feel like every time I place an order I'm just donating to the place because I'm not actually going to receive at least half of what I just paid for. This Wendy's doesn't even deserve 1 star after the service I just received. The utter rudeness of the worker was unbelievable. I understand in this day and age it is hard to find and keep the business staffed but this establishment's workers should really watch the tone they take with paying customers. They should also make more of an effort to get hot food to customers as my entire order was COLD!!! I usually came to this location vs the one by Walmart cause they never messed up. But lately idk wtf you guys are doing. My boyfriend and I go typically around midnight. Hire new night staff! The lady one the drive thru head set always greets you with an attitude, like you can hear how much she dislikes the job, and just gives an attitude the entire way through. Never a "hello" or "thank you." Two times I have gone, I ordered a grilled wrap. These dim wits always put ranch where it's supposed to be honey mustard. Same recipe as when I worked for Wendy's like 7 years ago! Nuggets are always stale and you can tell they been sitting out for a good hour. Ordered baconater fries, fries are always cold and tasteless, barely any cheese, one piece of bacon that I suppose I am to rip up myself. Wendy's on 88....you really might wanna wipe out whoevers running closing shift and start fresh before they run your location into the ground. In the mean time folks, check out the new Wendy's on 35 south where BK used to be. At least they try. read more

Came here as a last resort since the Wendy's and McDonalds in Point Beach were closed due to a power outage. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes - the traffic was so bad that someone actually got slammed in the rear end. Regardless, placed my order and when I got home I realized they forgot 80% of the food. I was not waiting again, called the store and spoke to the manager Rachel. She was very sweet and apologetic. She stated to come back in the next few days and I could get my food no problem. Today I came back and told them what happened in the drive thru. The woman proceeded to tell me to come inside with an attitude, mind you I have a broken foot. Once I got inside, the two girls standing behind the counter stated that they should have "thrown sauce at her car" meaning myself. They stared me down as I told the nice gentleman at the counter what occurred. He rung me up with no problem. Honestly wish I got their names because they clearly have no customer service skills. Too......Damn......Slow. Yesterday, we sat in a drive-thru line for 10 minutes and did not move an inch. We gave up and left the line, which by then snaked all the way around to the entrance on the other side. This was not an isolated occurrence. The first drive-thru window has not been used for a long time. As a result, the person taking your order must also process your payment, pour the drinks, and assemble the order. Open the other window and speed things up! Food quality is inconsistent; fries and chicken nuggets/tenders are often cold. Also, menu items, straws, spoons, napkins and condiments are left out of the bag far too often. New leadership is needed, so employees can be more customer-focused and consistent. read more

Worse customer service from as high as you can go to the bottom. Of course, it's a franchise owned and apparently own 26 stores so the "give a care" factor is VERY low. We have had numerous wrong doings with manager, Lori, and now had the unpleasant pleasure to deal with her hire ups. I was sweetly passive aggressively threatened by her boss, Tory, that she wanted to know where I worked so she could say hello & see how I managed my place. I'm good. I was also told they never get complaints here. Yeah. Ok. You can tell by the yelp reviews. They all have the same tone: No one cares. I was told by all 3 women that have some sort of management not to return if I did not like it. You got it, gals! Like they say, you know what rolls down hill. This here store is the perfect example. P.S. Don't have customers "pull up & wait" at the drive-thru so you can make your numbers. Just proves how pathetic the place is being run. read more

This place sucks ass. They cant even count to three. All I asked for was three for three 4 four 4's. It takes no education or actual skills to work at a fast food place, or to count to 3 but hey here we are. The simpiest of tasks can not be done. Extremely hungry so I decided to stop for fast food at this joint. Every dam thing I got was ice cold and the fries tasted like they were from a week ago. Place is horrid. Steer clear, there is a wendys right up the road on rt35 that cares much more about the food they send out. It's nothing special just another Wendy's. Only reason I even go is because it's across the street. Whenever you order something it's perfectly fine.. as long as you don't try and change it. This is the best Wendy's Food: Always hot and fresh. The fries are always crispy, even late at night. The burgers, chicken, all of it, no matter what time, is just golden. Service: Excellent. Quick and friendly Overall: I go out of my way to hit this Wendy's. This is what fast food is supposed to be like. Went to get food at 1:30am and they are supposed to be open til 2. I show up and the sign is still lit and nobody answers the drive through. All i saw was some guy running around with a mop.. wouldn't be surprised if they were having a party in the back. He looked heavily intoxicated. read more
