In the past several years, ownership has changed hands 3-4 times and they've gotten further from what made them so good each time. I visited today and it will be my last attempt. There are several things you can do to ruin a great burger and they seem intent on checking all of the boxes. Weird, grainy and overly sweet "house made" ketchup: Check Oversized bun that is dense and almost stale? Check Horrible locally made pickles? Check Hopping on board with the weird trend of putting some of the condiments on the top bun and some on the bottom bun? Check I could go on, but nothing about the food at this place resembles anything they served during the glory days that allowed them to stay in business for multiple decades. Some people don't understand the concept of "If it ain't broke..". Too many Food Network style ideas with very poor execution.
